Peter and Tamara: they can be good friends! He'd understand her hyper energy and just encourage it. They're both childish and like-minded.

Peter and Bethany: they share the same major and they help each other in class. Friends but sometimes Peter just gets on her nerve because he's the way he is xD Kind of like the relationship between Bagheera and Baloo!
