I'm so sorry y'all I've been super busy! And I won't be on much this week. If y'all wanna go ahead and time skip, that's fine by me. Just know that I'm going to in and out for the nest week or so.

Like I said, I'm so sorry for not posting! This weekend was nuts with Halloween and such. Plus the next two weeks will be odd, I have dress rehearsal every night and then shows on the weekends.

What exactly do you think a Waste Management Specialist does? I think the term is a bit vague. If it means anything the skill associated with it is explosives.

Waste management is generally dealing with pee and poop
Since the associated skill is explosives that means explosive diarrhea. That's pretty much what I was thinking, I just wanted to twist the job description so it could fit my character.

Well, waste management would probably deal with trash as well as poopies and pee.
My current idea on how to make it a positive job for my character is that he takes bits of trash to use in his repair projects.

I am totally not indicating anything by my character being a doctor.
@Starfleet, your GOAT results were posted in the Overview tab. Congratulations, you are a shift supervisor.

For anyone not really familiar with Fallout, the answers to your questions in the goat are tied to skills. The skill with the most points by question 9 determines the job occupation. You can find the test with skill descriptions and results here or take the test itself and get the results immediately here. If interested, you can also build a character from Fallout 3 with stats, skills, and perks using this.

@ryanpk200 I imagine waste management would actually be a lot of reuse and recycling with the occasional incineration. Vaults are closed systems with no new resources so I imagine grabbing a part here or there would be fine.

That's my bad. I never checked the Overview tab; I assumed it was in Organizations and never got the notifications for it.

With the impending release of Fallout 4 and this RP has inspired me to start playing Fallout 3 again. I'm off to the Capital Wasteland! Maybe this time the mods will work!

Funny you should mention that, I just finished the last side quest in the game yesterday!

Wait, should I await for my GOAT answer before posting??

I'm honestly so confused and lost right about now..

@Xx\-Katherine\-xX Will someone be the Overseer for a while before we get out of the vault, or is he just going to be a thing that is mentioned once in a while?

@Riven If you look in the Overview tab you can see your job at the bottom. It's a Pip-Boy Programmer, if you were wondering.
I seem to be very far behind currently where the RP is right now, I'll wait till someone tags me in their post or something so I have a prepared beginning

@Starfleet

For the most part, there's not really anyone playing that specific role (although someone is welcome to!). If necessary, I can jump in as the Overseer, but for the most part he's just kind of there.
