Dylix first of all has a love for half species so he would be interested in finding out how Aten has become so many parts of a diverse species without being genetically deformed or having more of a severe reaction to the Demon. Did I mention he's a man of science and 100 questions? xD Of course he wouldn't out right do anything until Aten hops over the invisible line into death eater territory.

And that's a part of the reason why Dylix (ME TOO) loves her so much. She's like a breath of unfiltered, fresh air compared to his stoic propaganda.

Aten would probably allow him to do research if he's coaxed over that invisible line (just no experimentation)


but technically he isn't completely perfect, his body can't withstand being from water too long(unlike merfolk/half merfolk) or heat or cold(he could overheat or get hypothermia FAST)

Possibly a scale or just scrape some skin dna right off of Aten and try to see how it reacts to open heat/low temperatures. He's going to have a field day basically xD

He would basically be able to see that any time in summer or a cold cellar x'D Dylix would probably be interested in a mutation where in his mermaid form, his skin can breathe like amphibian skin, so he doesn't have to actually breathe underwater, just exhale(or the whole 2 minute without water and he be dead part)

'Are you impressed yet?' 'I have more if you want to read more' puppy face.

Only difference form the image is; his hair is still long, just has a few beads and ornaments in it and it's tinted blue in sunlight(sheen I guess), his pupils are slit like vampire pupils aand his eyes are still the same, gold and blue. his nails are blue just like in the pic, otherwise they're naturally black but he uses a small illusion spell to make them appear clear like human nails(@WhosJack @NicotinePuffs ) ... and he has earrings and other jewelry like rings and a choker ribbon around his neck - he does have those stray scales on his shoulder and arms
