"Kinda wish I wasn't a merc...Wish I signed up to be a soldier...But, do they accept demons? Or...half demons?" Cody looked to Tucker, "I do not know master...Maybe you can ask the king? Maybe he will allow you." he said, Cody nodded, walking past a man that was a tad skinny, Cody opened his bag and laid some food next to the man, and kept walking, "Was it poisoned master?", "No! You stupid mutt! Doesn't mean that I'm half demon, doesn't mean I have to act like one!" he said, wanting to kick him for saying such a thing. Cody hummed while they were walking, looking at the beautiful nature area.

(Sorry that this was late, anyone want to hop in, feel free!)

The king, Xilias , sat in his throne bored as he ran some thoughts around his head about the upcoming autumn ball. He yawned but sat up straight as the front door opened.

Pierrot enters the room, dancing on a ball with a happy mask. "Hey there! Want to see me do a trick? It's really cool!" He uses a couple of water jets to make sprinklers, and the water evaporates before they reach the ground. Suddenly, the sprinkler bursts into a sparkler, and leaves no ash. "See? I can turn water into lightning!" He rebalances himself on the ball before stopping.

"That's nice isn't it? It's always cool when nothing gets dirty! Now want to hear a joke? Of course you do!" He said swiftly before tripping and falling face first on the ground. He get's up, and there's a bit of blood on the front of the mask, but promptly washes the mask a bit with some water. Then more sparks came out of the water. "No mess at all!"

The king would merely clap in amazement and nod. "Very good jester, you're dismissed."

I feel like Aten will show more sadness than laughter at seeing something like that, when he does see it)

"Thank you sir." He said, "It is my pleasure to make you nice and happy!" He then jumps on the ball and rolls out of the room, to see if any other people would watch his performance.

As soon as the servant turned his back Hadrian's expression melted into one of indifference. If he had sensed the the boy's potential then it would be doubtful to assume that his mother hadn't as well. No doubt they would discuss this new development in a more private setting but judging her ever hardening expression, she was done playing 'nice' for the moment.
They continued down the spacious corridor, his mother at the front and his father's imposing stature silently walking beside her, his white hair the same discolored shade as his sisters. Hadrian himself took after Corvana, his being the color of charcoal black while retaining both of his parents deep red eyes. While his biological appearance deceptively matched theirs he always questioned why he never developed into a half-vampire. From there he began to notice more and more irregularities until he made the mistake of bringing his suspicions forward to the last person he should have. Safe to say that Corvana
thoroughly answered all of his questions that day.

Eventually Hadrian turned his attention back to the attendant. He considered feeding the demonic counterpart with enough dark energy to allow it to take possession of the physical vessel. A quick, easy solution that he dismissed without hesitation. No, he would have the pleasure of
persuading the little angel first. But considering his current status it would raise unnecessary suspicion if he were to intimately associate himself with a palace servant. His sister on the other hand would be able to play her part in his stead. For now at least.

"Well thank you so much for the information," Layla said with a smile. It took a lot not to speak sarcastically and keep up her disguise but it would do her family no good if she ruined their plans so early in the game. The servant seemed like he didn't want much to do with her with his blatant sigh and she couldn't help but wonder if he had backed away at her touch because of her dark powers. There was no way to bring something like that up though.
Layla however wasn't quite ready to give up yet. She folded her arms across her chest, "Sorry to impose but are you new here?" she asked him bluntly. "You don't seem to know a lot about this place." She tilted her head back toward her family, "It's too bad really because His Royal Highness the Crown Prince has requested a tour of this lovely castle. I was hoping you might be interested in being his guide?" She had said that last part loud enough for Hadrian to hear. Layla hoped he would be pleased she gave him the opening he needed to get close to someone in the castle but also to get a grand tour of the place so they would know each and every spot of importance. "I do apologize if this is asking too much," she smiled sweetly as she curtsied. There, she thought, now as long as he accepts part one of the plan is set in motion. She wanted to make her mother proud but she doubted there would be any praise in her current mood.

@Past Paradise Tears @WhosJack
He blinked at the question. Was he new here? No, definitely not, he's been here just a couple of years less than the princess has. "No.. I'm not new, but I'm not that much of a servant either, the King simply tasked me with this for your visit here" He said, tying his hair with the ribbon he undid, keeping his hair down and over his shoulder. His hair definitely was long and it probably seemed a chore to brush or wash, it looked like it got in the way a lot.

At the mention of a tour, he closed his eyes for a moment.. he might just manage to give a simple tour and sneak out with enough time to get to singing. If he couldn't go out during the day, he'd just sneak out when he was sure the guests were sleeping and he could go to the lake nearby to swim. "I guess.. that'd be fine.." He said, rubbing the back of his head. The teen looked a bit dazed, like he was listening to something else whispering in his ear.. which he was, the demon kept hissing and giggling in his ear annoyingly.

Corvana fidgeted with her dress the whole way to their room. The anticipation of taking off this horrid disguise was too much for her to not to get irrationally antsy. The walk down the hall took what felt like eternity, and with every passing second, her anger was starting to creep up her throat and spine. As soon as the servant gestured to their room, she immediately rushed inside and closed the door softly, dragging Dylix with her.

With the newfound privacy, she immediately pulled a piece of charcoal out of her pocket and wrote a sloppy spell onto the door. The spell was intended to make sure if anyone who wasn't a part of the coven opened the door and peeked inside, they would automatically see her in her disguise. That way, she wouldn't have to wear those clothes inside this room. She also soundproofed the room out of paranoia. Finally feeling secure in the room, Corvana released her hold on the facade. Her whole body went up in cleansing flames. This was a little excessive, as she could have just used a less... explosive spell to change into her normal clothing. However, her emotions and magic were tied together. When she feels very strongly, her magic gets stronger as well. In this case, she was very, very irritated. The fire started dying down, reduced to a tiny flame onto the floor. She stomps it out very aggressively, cursing expletives at it. "...and I had to apologize to a servant. A servant!" She screams at the already dying flame. With a final crack, the fire disappears into the carpet. Thankfully she was back in her own clothes and something that looks very different from her normal wear.

It was a red and black dress, as per usual. It looked like someone placed red fabric around the waist of a hi- low black dress. Around her upper arms was a swatch of red fabric that is lined with white, and a black fabric belt. The dresses sleeves don't cover her shoulders and upper chest, but start midway through her upper arm and extends all the way over her hands, essentially giving her gloves. This dress shows off an eye tattoo that is large and red, representing her Coven. Her hair, usually in two braids, starts with the usual two braids, but by the end they are tied together with a rubber band. And, on top of her head is a large bow with an eye in the center.

The change in outfit didn't improve her mood much, however. With a tap on her palm, her staff appears. She immediately starts haphazardly swinging it around, her magic being channeled through the staff and exiting in a concentrated form. Expensive pots and other decorations start knocking off their shelves or just exploding into little pieces. This doesn't make her worry, as it all can be fixed with magic later. As of right now, she is agitated beyond belief and her magic feels like it's overflowing.

Meanwhile Dylix stood patiently near the edge of the bed, airborne objects whizzing around the grand chambers until at one point a wrought iron candle holder hit him square in the back of the head. Of course it didn't do anything but bounce harmlessly off his skull but it didn't exactly feel like a gentle caress either. Props for him for remaining considerably unfazed as he crossed the room, steps deliberately loud so his approach would be known. He knew what his wife was like to unwelcome surprises. Eventually he was close enough to settle his hands onto her exposed shoulders, the previous outfit change revealing much to the imagine.

With a sense of practiced ease Dylix slowly eased the tension from her muscles; his long, experienced fingers unwinding memorized pressure points until her skin became soft and pliant under his ministrations. If there was anything he was well versed in it was human anatomy, in this case Corvana's body was a study in itself.

"Better?" He asked, voice low as he rested his hands gingerly on her collarbone.

Now that he knew where they would be staying for the foreseeable future, the Jester went down to one end of the hall and quietly slipped one dagger from the inside of his sleeves, carving a rune into the wall. Cross that line there, and double over that one there...and done. With a small chuckle, he stepped back to admire his work. The Mark of the Magi. Anyone with any magical or supernatural blood would be able to see this. Thankfully, this meant the guards could not, and as such his little mark will actually serve as a guide for him.

Now onto the fun part, no? Cackling, off the Mad Jester went, bouncing from wall to wall. Some may compare such speed and jerky movement to a bat out of hell. Add in the constant giggling and laughter, and it's safe to say any strangers this dark twist of a Jester ever passed will flinch at the least. Though he has given heart attacks to those with weaker hearts. If one of magnificently sharp hearing was around, they might pick up a faint humming from this laughing Hellequin. If they knew nursery rhymes , they'd identify this particular humming as Pop Goes the Weasel.

As he pranced through the castle, an old aged crow flew through an open window. Ah yes, the old Doc. Grey and on his last legs...or possessed by some lesser demon, he seemed like a perfect companion for this magnificent servant of the Laughing Man. Also, might as well serve as a guide. Being rather familiar with the Jester and his runes, this crow can track a rune down from just about anywhere. It appeared to add to the noise from this Jester, harsh caws thrown in with the crazed laughter. Somewhere, someone surely must hear it at some point. It kinda echoed after all.

Corvana eventually relaxed under her husband's touch, staff disappearing back into the symbol on her palm. She closed her eyes and only made a vague 'mhmm" to show that she was under control again. Shoulders slack, the witch cautiously looked around the room to see the damages that had been done in her moment of fury. Thankfully nothing was burnt, but there were still broken items and damaged walls. With a snap of the wrist, the damages started reversing. Cracks in the wall started mending themselves, the scattered pieces of vases started to come together, and stray items went back to their spots. When things looked more clean than before, she flicked her wrist the opposite direction, stopping the outflow of magic. It was like flipping a switch. There wasn't a specific trigger that controlled the input and output of magic, it was more of what the user decided would be the best trigger.

Okay, maybe things weren't quite back in place; the vase over to the left still had a few noticeable chips, and the painting over the door was crooked. However, they weren't noticeable enough to be a problem so she just left them. She rubbed her eyes in exasperation and part exhaustion. She hadn't had an incident like that in awhile, so the excessive use of magic had a toll on her. Corvana turned toward Dylix, looking up at him. "I was out there for 20 minutes maximum. What am I supposed to do about dinner? Or the rest of the time we're here? I might have to put a calming spell on to make sure I'll keep my cool here." She had never used one on herself. Sure, she had used it on others- mostly their victims- but it was almost shameful to even consider using one. It meant that she couldn't keep herself under control. Yet, making sure that they weren't compromised was a big enough reason to admit her weakness.

Shi would sigh and raise herself from the bed, changing into something a little more comfy, which was a Scarlett dress with black accents, two black ribbons attached to her wrists and neck as she placed her feet into her black ballet flats and tidied her room up abit.

After that, she exited her room and decided to take a walk in the forest, there was many stray cats and even a few dogs along with some other animals. She usually went to feed them or bring them back to her father if she could. Her father was a big animal lover, and didn't mind having some animals in the castle but many stayed in their own special outdoor room. Basically, it was kind of like a zoo.

The exchange was subtle. Brief enough to remain insignificant from prying eyes but between the two siblings a silent conversation had taken place. When the light of understanding reached Layla's eyes it was enough for Hadrian to leave her to her own devices. The beauty of his sister is that she didn't need words to rely on, a necessity that no doubt came from being Corvana's daughter.

For now he had some time to spare to examine his accommodations in private, shutting the door behind him. The guest room he'd been given was feasibly large with vaulted ceilings and marble walls. Expensive fur rugs were set around the alabaster floor while an unlit fireplace sat in the east corner of the open space. On either side of it stood two imposing bookcases, each filled with exotic baubles from distant lands and leather books that Hadrian made a note to inspect later. The main centerpiece however was undoubtedly the massive four poster bed situated in the middle of the north wall. He approached it leisurely, unbuttoning his coat and revealing the plain black vest underneath. Draping the jacket across the dark blue sheets, he rolled the sleeves of his dress shirt up to his elbows before extending a hand towards the double french doors leading to the balcony. A twitch of his finger and the doorway opened with a rush of late evening air, the wind rustling the beige curtains.

Instantaneously a quite hiss could be heard as a dark gray boa constrictor slithered in from the opening and straight into the brightly lit room. It one fluidly strike it wrapped itself around the young mans leg, throwing it's entire weight forward until it rested completely against his shoulders.

"Hungry?"

An enthusiastic hiss was it's response and Hadrian was all too happy to comply.

(I'll go ahead and reply to you cuz I dun wanna wait xD )

After speaking to the servant girl, he dipped his head and walked over to the room the Prince was occupying. After sighing briefly, he let his knuckles rasp the wooden surface of the door. Though he didn't open the door as he needed permission for that. "I apologise for the bother, sir, I was told by your servant that you wished for the tour of the palace?" He said with a calm voice, subconsciously running his fingers through his long black hair. He didn't like being seen as a servant as he wasn't but if it'd make the King overlook future leaves to the villages and towns for whatever he did there, he'd put up with it.

Finished her task of setting things in motion she walked to the door of an empty bedroom and let herself in. The room was breathtaking but honestly as long as it had a bed Layla was happy. She didn't really have a use for such luxurious things, still by the look of the giant pillow covered bed she would sleep soundly tonight. She snapped her fingers and a fire appeared in the over sized fireplace opposite her bed. Disliking the sunlight she pulled the drapes closed, now a soft, warm glow covered the room.

Lay heard a noise coming from under the large bed so she readied her magic and lifted the bed skirt to peer under. just as she did a sneeze erupted in her face and Nox, her cat ran out. She let out an embarrassing yelp that she hoped no one heard."What are you doing here," she hissed in a hushed tone, "And how did you know I was going to be in this room?"

The cat let out another sneeze and replied, "It's quite dusty under there, you might wish to give it a sweep servant girl."

Layla looked down at here clothes and folded her arms, "You know this wasn't my choice. And you didn't answer my question Nox."

"I am here to help you as usual dear witch princess and to attempt to keep you out of trouble. I knew you would choose this room because I am a cat a fact of which I thought you were aware," he said licking a paw clean.

As usual never a straight answer out of a witch's cat. "Well I'm glad you're here none the less," she told him scooping him up in her arms. In response he let out a calming purrrr. Layla put him atop one of the many pillows on the bed and flopped down beside him. There was still much work to be done but for now she was content to relax a little.

Two sets of heads turned to the sound of the knock. One irritated that her meal time had been interrupted and the other pleased with the quick turn of events. Hadrian sat up from his seat on the bed and made his way to the entrance, stepping over the struggling form of a small fawn. It had made the mistake of wandering too close into the palace gardens, unintentionally offering itself as easy prey to both Nightlock and her master. The snake in question looked to the door and Hadrian curiously, half wondering if appetizers had arrived. As if reading her mind her master turned slightly, enough for her to see the unreadable grin and index finger pressed to his lips indicating for her to be silent. Nodding in understanding she resumed wrapping herself steadily around her dinner. Nightlock knew the rules better than anybody and its that her master didn't like sharing his meals.

The oak door swung open exposing Hadrian's tall build in the center of the threshold. The boa constrictor turned slightly to catch a glimpse of the appetizer but found that the 'prince' was completely blocking the view, no doubt preventing the other person from seeing into the room as well.

Tie loose and sleeves partly rolled up, Hadrian looked every bit as lax and attentive as the easy smile he fabricated. The boys earlier reluctance did not go unnoticed and it thoroughly seemed as if he was
uncomfortable with the concept of being a servant. A role that Hadrian suspected was not his first. So he was switching tactics. If the boy didn't want to be seen as one than Hadrian would cater to his illusion. After all there would be plenty of opportunities to teach him how to properly serve in the future.

"No bother at all. I imagine that I should be the one apologizing for keeping you from your personal affairs."

Aten waited patiently, silently for the Prince and when the door was pulled open, he instinctively took a step back, peering up at the older man. He shook his head slightly, causing the shorter hair at the front to fall over his blue eye, exposing only the golden one. "That is rather absurd, a Prince has no reason to apologise to someone of a lower status..." He said, averting his eyes as he snapped at the voice snickering and hissing in his ear, but didn't snap aloud. He probably just appeared like he was shooting an annoyed glance at someone beside or behind him.

"Is there anywhere specific you'd like to know about, your Highness?" He asked, it felt strange addressing anyone else but the King like that, as he addressed the Princess either by her name or surname depending on his mood. He was rather on equal terms with the girl, seeing as they were sort of friends from childhood and Aten had little regard for status when they ended up being alone in the same place. @WhosJack

Mary walked through the hall of the castle.

She wore the ugly simple clothes of the servents.

She had left her bow and sword behind hidden in a hollow tree.

She had bought over one of the servents to exchange of clothing in a way to get into the castle.

The gaurds had asked her a hundred question before she could come into the castle.

Mary was here only because she needed to know what was going on in the kingdom and of course she was looking for one of those murderous Demons.

Soft sweet fur bruched past her hand and Mary looked down.

Maiden grey walked on her side and bruched with his head past her hand.

"What are you doing here? I told you to stay in the woods." Maiden grey looked at her with his big oranje eyes. They seemed so sad....

"No, looking to me like that wil not help you Lady!" She said.

Maiden grey began likking her hand.

Mary sat down on her knees.

"What do I need to do with you." She said. "Lady your the only living thing I care of, who is alive. Please your not save here."

There are people in this castle I can not trust..... there people everywhere who I can not trust.

"Return to my room and wait there until I return. I need to see the king."

Maiden grey made a soft crowl and walked out of the hallway.

Poor thing, it only wants to protect me. Though Mary guilty.

She wished she could say it was for no need, but that would be a lie.....

Everywhere she went she needed to be protected because in everyone and everything was something dark and dangerous

I strongly doubt the guards are that careless like they appear in anime or stuff. but I shouldn't complain)

William had started his mornings as he always did. Wake up before the sun comes out, tend to the animals, tend to the plants, harvest anything that was ripe for the picking. These activities would take a normal person entire days to accomplish, but he could manage it in the span of a couple hours with the assistance of the magic that he had learned from his parents, as well as his other abilities. The hardest part was figuring out what he would do with the rest of the day, a dilemma he ruminated on as he showered and dressed for the day. He could visit his brother Mark and browse the scrolls and books he tended to, or check in on one of his favorite cousins...no...no, none of those appeal to him today. Well, it's not like he was bored of them, far from it. Rather, he had not forgotten that today was the day when some neighboring royalty was visiting. William was not as familiar with the trappings of royal society and politics as he could be, but even a peasant knows that royalty from another land visiting the royalty of his land is not a small thing. It would be interesting to see who these people were and what kind of people they were.

After showering and dressing William made himself a simple breakfast of steak and eggs with a side of buttered toast, an apple, and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice with pulp included. He also cooked three large steaks separate from his breakfast, making sure they were extra rare as that was his animal companion's preference. When finished cooking William ate leisurely as he was not in a hurry, taking his time in finishing his meal and enjoying the fresh air and the morning sunlight. Once finished he used a quick spell to clean the dishes and cookware before putting them away, as was his usual routine after a meal, and turned to face his animal companion who was currently in its small, ferret-like form, and had finished its breakfast long before William had. Perhaps it was ironic that Sif was a Lycanthus Morphos because he he had a tendency to wolf down his food at most meal times. "Shall we go?" William's simple, quiet question was immediately answered by Sif jumping off of the table and curling into his usual resting position around William's neck in a single, swift, fluid motion. This response always made William smile and, as he reached to grab his usual jacket, he couldn't help but chuckle to himself a bit.

Once William adorned his jacket (he left it unzipped with the hood hanging down in the back), he stepped outside and looked over to the farm next door and waved hello to his parents. They were some distance away, but members of his family always had good eyes for seeing long distances. His parents waved back and made the usual motion of wishing their son well, then want back to what looked like a conversation they were having moments before. William turned and walked down the driveway leading to the main road, giving everything a quick once-over as he passed by to make sure that he hadn't missed anything during this morning's field work. Satisfied with what he saw William continued walking towards the main road and, upon reaching it, vanished as he continued moving forward, as if there was a door in an invisible building that he had walked into from the side.

William immediately reappeared on the front steps of the castle, walking up them and through the front gates as if it were the most natural thing to him in the world. He was a frequent visitor, even when he didn't have missions to carry out, so it was not out of place for William to be there, and all the guards knew him and let him pass without much more than a nod of acknowledgement. As William approached the throne room he thought once more upon the events that had taken place at an earlier age. His brother had left to study abroad and it had been understood by everyone that William would inherit the farm one day, but something in him just wouldn't settle for being tied to a single plot of land for the rest of his life. Surprising his parents and even himself, William announced that he would instead purchase a plot of land next to the family farm and have his own, smaller farm to tend. His parents objected at first, but eventually relented when William assured them that he would not forget his roots, and that he would take on the responsibility of the family farm as well as his own when the day came that they passed on from this world. It was a tense moment, but in a way it had brought them all closer together, and William was grateful that his parents trusted and respected him enough to make such a weighty promise and find his own way in the world until the time came to keep that promise.

William was pulled out of his thoughts as he came close to the throne room. Something felt off, something wasn't right. Not sparing another moment William made himself (and Sif) invisible and used a gating spell to close the remaining distance in a single movement, reappearing unseen in the throne room. The moment he arrived it became clear to William what felt off during his approach. It was the visiting royalty themselves, them and their servant and jester. They felt different from a normal person, every last one of them, and the boy felt strangest of all. What it was William could not readily tell, and he inwardly cursed himself for not taking the time to train the Animarian traits that he had inhabited. No matter, there were other ways of discerning what manner of people these visiting royals were. William decided to follow and keep an eye on them for now. Perhaps he was being paranoid, but he didn't want to take the chance that one of them would pull something and cause trouble for his kingdom. He lived here, after all, even if his place wasn't right next to the capitol.

It looked as though William was not the only person visiting the throne room either. The princess was there, but she seemed frozen in place, as though she had been struck by something. A quick glance in the direction she was looking just then revealed that the visiting prince had shot her a glance, but he was already turning away from her. His brow furrowed, William turned to the door leading into the throne room and walked into it, a gating spell placed on it so he would reappear facing the doors on the other side of them. In that moment he noticed that Aten was quietly waiting on the other side of the door as well. Had he been summoned by the king for some purpose? William's unspoken question was immediately answered as the doors opened and the visiting royalty, plus entourage, began walking straight for him, only to be interrupted by Aten who intimated that their rooms were in another direction. William felt a sudden shift in Aten's Aura, the energies shifting to something darker, more demonic. William knew exactly what that was, and it had him even more on guard. If the darker half of Aten was stirring, then William may have more to worry about than he'd initially thought.

As Aten led the visiting royalty to their rooms William quietly followed off to the side. He observed how the queen was growing increasingly fidgety with her dress, as if something was bothering her greatly, how she rushed into her room as soon as it was shown to her, dragging her husband along with her as she went and looking to William as though she couldn't stand being seen a moment longer, how the servant girl approached Aten and asked him of where the supplies a servant might avail herself of in case of need, and more importantly her relaying a request to show the prince around. That in and of itself was not strange, visiting royalty did, at times, like to be shown around. William was no stranger to that idea, but wondered why it was the servant girl asked for the prince to be shown around rather than the prince ask it of Aten himself. Of course William wasn't familiar with everything in how royalty associated with those below them, but it struck him as strange that the prince would not personally ask Aten for a tour if that's all he really wanted. William didn't like this situation one bit and decided he would stick around for a bit longer. He would give the visiting prince a chance to prove him wrong, but everything about this situation reeked. Was the servant girl setting the prince up for attempting to sway Aten into changing his allegiance? Did he plan on using Aten to gain access to privileged information? Or was it something else? Either way, William planned to intervene, should it be required.

"Lower? In height perhaps." Hadrian teased, filling in the gap as he shut and closed the door behind him. If the glare the young man shot at nothing in particular caught Hadrian's attention he payed it no mind. Instead choosing to run a hand through his hair, shifting the properly styled appearance into a slightly tousled look. It would appear that he was performing for an audience of two, still sensing the hazy point of light that appeared the moment they had left the throne room. Like a subdued candle light, not about to be blown out but rather hiding from wandering eyes. And Hadrian readily complied, not once glancing at their direction knowing how easier it would be to retaliate towards someone who felt in control of the situation.

"No, I have nothing particular in mind. I'd say feel free to take the reigns on this one, lead me to
your favorite spot by all means." He responded, already turning to walk down the halls at an unhurried pace. Not turning around or stopping he added, "And it's Hadrian not Highness, although I can see how it might be confusing with their similar first letters."

From the others position it would seem as if he sounded amused by the use of formal titles but his deadpan expression said otherwise. In fact the only indication that he felt any emotion at all had been the properly timed fluctuation of his voice. The reason being was that there was no need to school his appearance when his back was turned from both parties. The calculating thought process an indication of how truly disconnected he was from his own emotions.

Shi would be sitting by the waterfall in the forest, watching two swans swim around in it. Letting a yawn out as she noticed it was almost time for lunch, she got up and threw a last look towards the two swans and walked back to the castle.

She was unaware of a grey cat following her and literally snuck into the castle and into her room without her noticing as she got dressed, again.

She sighed and put her favourite lilac silk dress on which had a deep purple flower on its stash. She did her make up suttle, as she did not see the need for people to cake their faces in it.

She'd curl her hair slightly before putting a purple jewelled flower, the same shade as her stash in her hair and slipped some silk purple ballet slippers on before leaving her room and shutting the door.

The grey cat jumped on Shi's Queen sized bed and lazily slept on it, her tail twitching in relaxation.

As she walked to the throne room she politely greeted her father before taking her place at the table, which was on the left side and five seats down from the King's middle one at the end of the table.
