Why does the villain side seem much more compelling??

would it be Ok if all research and classified data that Markov work on be held away in the heroes hide out? knowing the heroes as the strongest force out there beside the military it would be wise to leave such data in there hands is it ok?

I Have added a "Parasite bar" to my character as well the more he uses his powers the more it will drain and when its fully emty he will go in that weak state ok? just so to make it much more interesting and when he needs to feed
