Personality: Silly, hyper, bi-poaler, likes jokes


Backstory: Mortey was once a simple clown act owned by an oppressive overseer, he then decided enough was enough, and that he would go around spreading happiness on his own, and after graduating clown school at the age of 20, now goes around spreading happiness to all.
