She bit her lip and nodded. "But eventually I will learn control of it?" She half asks and half says.

Kyle* smiled at her and nodded, "Yeah, you will, I can get someone to help you with that if you want me to?" he offered.

She nodded. "Is like that. Thank you...I mean as long as it wouldn't be any trouble." She adds. "If need be I can probably teach myself. I don't want to be a hindrance to anyone."

Kyle* smiled, "We have Masters here, you know, they can teach you, that is what they do. It wouldn't be hard or bothersome for them, since they don't have too much going on." he explained since Masters were limited with the kids that they dealt with since most were sent off.

She smiled and nodded again. "Then I'd really like that. I want to know how to control what I can do." She says. It had been scary before though she was sure the situation had something to do with that. But what if she'd been able to control her magic?

Kyle* nodded, "I am sure my father would have started you with a master already, but I will make sure that you have someone to train you before you get back. I 'll have everyone meet you in the infirmary too, so you can go."

She bit her lip. "I don't want to meet them in the infirmary. I don't want..." she hesitated. He was so easy to talk to, but she also realized she may seem silly to him with some of the things she was okay with sharing with him. "I don't want them to think I'm any more weaker than I'm sure they already do." She admits.

Kyle* smirked at her, "We will just tell them that you are there to get checked out before you go. This work is very different and we want to make sure you are healthy enough to wonder around here." he suggested, "Okay?"

She bit her lip again and then nodded. "Alright." She says. She sighed. "Thank you Kyle*." She adds with a small smile.

Kyle* smirked and nodded, "Sure, what are friends for." he assured her as they got to the infirmary, he left her on a bed, "I'll let Anthony know what is going on and have everyone meet you here soon."

She smiled and nodded. "Thank you kyle." She says as she got comfortable on the bed. Or at least as much as she could before it was time to go. But as soon as Kyle left to get Anthony she felt her anxiety for what was to come grow.

Anthony smiled at her, "Kyle* said you used magic and got week, do you feel any pain or nausea?"

Rowan looked up as he came over and gave a small smile. "Just a headache and dizziness. I was nauseous when it first happened but not now." She says.

Anthony nodded as he moved to the drawer and took out a small jar of herbs, "Take this with hot water and you'll be fine." he said, handing it to her, "Before using magic is preferred but after magic is safe too." he assured her, "I'll get some made for you, in a few minutes and then you'll feel better."

She nodded and smiled. "Thank you." She says, looking over what he had handed her curiously and then smiled a little as she looked over to him.

Anthony smirked, nodding, "I'll be right back." he said as he left the room to get her a cup of tea.

She sighed as he left and looked up, then closed her eyes. She was so afraid for what was to come. And now she felt alone in it. She knew she had Kyle. And that was good enough. But she was sure both Emery and Adam held a special dislike for her now.

Anthony came back with a hot cup and smiled at her, "Here." he said handing it to her and looking concerned, "Is something wrong?"

Rowan looked to him and thanked him as she took the mug. She shrugged and hesitated. "I'm afraid for the mission." She finally says. She gave him a half smile as she took a sip of the tea.

Anthony nodded thoughtfully, "The one you came for my advise yesterday?" he asked and nodded, "Yeah, leading any mission is hard and with the various skills and similarities I would be nervous too. You have a warrior from a Smith family, they don't like Psy or too many Warrior families. You have a Spy, who no one trusts, a Warrior that will be working with a Law who used to be best friends with his older brother." he smirked, "You have a mess of a group, but to be honest, I don't think anyone else could handle it. The personalities and people involved, I would say only your father would be so silly to think of doing this, but then again, you are his daughter. I'm sure you will be fine."

She couldn't help smiling a laughing softly as she listened to him. "I don't know how that's comforting, but it is." She says with another smile. She sighed and took another sip of the drink he'd handed her. She had realized it was a mess of a group, but she'd had Adam and Kyle on her side and with Adam then she had Emery. Now she had neither of them. She hoped the others would work with her just fine.

Anthony chuckled, "Well, if it makes you feel better, Emery and Adam are going their back and forth." he motioned behind hi, "They are across the hall, if you want to listen in.They can be amusing, might take your mind of the nerves knowing you are going to have those two." he chuckled, "I swear, they are the only ones that can deal with each other that way." He grinned, "If not, Shannon and Brandon are here, waiting for you and Caleb is around here somewhere, but he never waits so just leave it that way and he will follow."

She smiled and nodded and then decided she did want to listen. She wanted to at least know they were doing better with each other. "Over there I can listen and not be seen?" She asks with a smirk as she got to her feet, still holding the drink as she moved that way to listen, at least briefly. She also knew they needed to get going soon.

Anthony opened the door to go across the hall to the small door in the hall and walked in, he motioned in the room, "Patients lie, they tell the truth a lot better if they don't think anyone is listening." he told her as he looked at Emery and Adam seating across from each other with a few scratches.

"Feel better?" Emery asked.

Adam smirked, "You should have been a little hesitant." he teased.

"Nope." he smirked.

Adam sighed, looking upset, "Thanks, Emery, for stopping me. I can't believe that I did that again."

"You are a Smith." he pointed out.

"Yeah, well now she hates me and I have no idea why I did it."

"You are a Smith, I wouldn't jump to conclusions, she's a stubborn brat. I doubt she listens to reason for anything."

Adam sighed, "I'll never find anyone and not scare them will I?"

"Yeah, just not someone like that. You need someone like your mom."

Adam looked at him side ways, "Seriously, that's scary."

Emery chuckled, "Oh yeah, but if she can't match you, it won't work. Anger is just part of you."

Adam smiled at him, nodding, "Thanks Emery."

Rowan felt her heart break a little. She wondered if she and Adam could have been good together. She hated hurting him like that, she wasn't afraid of him, she just felt bad. She had been warned multiple times though and she was afraid of the consequences, and she hated how cowardly that was. She couldn't help smiling some as she listened to how they spoke to each other, glad they seemed to be doing okay, and she was a little hopeful too. Maybe she could mend things with Adam.
