Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

She smiled. "I suppose everyone needs someone like that huh? It's good that the two of you are like that with each other."

 

[Matreania]

Adam chuckled, "He is lucky to have me." he boosted before he was off to the next set of stairs.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She giggled. "Yes, he's very lucky." She says with a grin as she followed him. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smiled as he stopped by the hall door and waited looking out the window, "You know, when this is over you will be a good healer."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She looked to him curiously and then smiled. "Thanks." She says. She was curious about why he was stopping here. 

 

[Matreania]

He looked down the hall as he sensed Emery and smirked, "See I told you."


Emery sighed, "What are you doing here?"


"We are here to watch."


"I really don't need a girl crying that I am not asking questions to." he snapped.


Adam sighed, "What, you don't think you can do it with us there?"


Emery growled, "Whatever, come on." he said as he started towards the door to the large empty room, Jean in the center Karrel was laying on her back as she waited.

Rowan smirked and looked to Adam as they followed Emery in. She was a little too curious as she stood back out of the way, her arms crossed. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam grabbed her arm as he positioned her near the wall with him where they could still see as Emery stepped towards Jean, Karrel jumped up to her feet and hugged Emery, he chuckled, "Hey, girl." he said rubbing her fur, "Such a good guard." he said as he pulled away and teh bear got on all four, seating by as Jean smirked at Emery.


"Are you going to dance for me?" she asked cocky.


Emery stood in front of her, "Something like that." he said, taking a blade from his belt he placed if on her shoulder sliding it down her arm to her forearm he twisted the tip into her arm, listening to her fight the scream until the blade went through her arm. "Just so you know the pain, let's start."

Rowan looked to Adam as she stepped back with him and then looked to Emery, watching curiously. She frowned ever so slightly as she watched, but she felt oddly detached to what she was watching. She glanced to Adam, wondering if he felt the same or not. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam watched with a little smirk, he would have done a few things different but he knew Emery could get what they need. 


Emery sighed, "I have a few questions."


"I'm sure you do." she growled from the pain, "But you can ask whatever you want, I am not going to say a damn thing."


Emery sighed, "How about we start with your name?"


Jean smirked, "Jean Carmen Sutton, you should't forget your future wife so easy."


Emery sighed, "My parents broke that when you turned your back on us. Tell me what you were at a Warrior's home for."

Rowan raised an eyebrow curiously as she listened. She did make a mental note to ask Adam about it later though. Was an arranged marriage something common here? She returned her attention to the interrogation.

 

[Matreania]

"I was paying my respects." Jean taunted before Emery stabbed her thigh, leaning towards her as she screamed.


"Let's plan a different game, you tell me a lie I made cuts, deep, shallow, whatever I decided until you are died." Emery growled at her.


Jean glared at him half whimpering in pain, "As long as when it is over I'm on top."

Rowan raised an eyebrow, but she couldn't help the small smirk that came to her lips. She was sure that Emery was going to get the answers he wanted.

 

[Matreania]

Emery rolled his eyes before pulling out the dagger, "What were you doing there? Fair warning, next piercing you get is from Karrel." he said motioning the bear to stand and it did.


Jean rolled her eyes, "Fine, we were there for the same damn reason as you. The Shadow Weapons."


Adam couldn't believe it, "What?"


Emery and Jean looked back at him as Karrel roared for him to be quiet.


Jean smiled, "Of course Adam is here. Can't go anywhere without a boyfriend, can you?"


Emery looked at her and glared, "Shut up you." he snapped, before he started towards Adam, Karrel pushing her claws into Jean's wound and she yelled in pain. "This is why I didn't want you here."


Adam sighed, "Sorry, but Shadow Weapons, come on. Even I can't make those."

Rowan looked between them, her confusion only growing as she returned her attention to Emery. She was curious as to why the woman, Jean was it? Wanted the weapons in the first place. But maybe that was obvious to Emery and Adam. 

 

[Matreania]

Emery sighed as he thought about it and nodded, glancing at Rowan, "Shouldn't you go see Hector?" he stated.


"We wanted to see this." Adam answered.


"Well, take her to Hector and I'll tell you if anything else comes up, since you are so damn nosey." he snapped before turning around to go bak to Jean.


Adam sighed, taking Rowan's arm, "Come on, it's important to go see Hector."

She bit her lip, hesitating but then finally giving. "Very well." She says. She didn't want to, she wanted to keep watching this, but it was obvious they couldn't stay. So she moved to leave with him. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam followed after her as they left and he sighed, smirking at her when the door was closed again, "So what do you think, is she going to survive?" he asked.

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan smirked a little. "I think so, I think Emery if fully capable of carrying that out as long as he needs to, and eventually I think she will spill everything. No whether Emery wants to keep her alive or not is another story." She says with a smile.

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked nodding, "Honestly I think he was just showing off for his girlfriend." He joked as he led her towards were he was sure that Hector was. "But Karrel already loves him so he doesn't have to." He chuckled.

She laughed at that. "They do make an awfully cute couple." She says with a grin. As they walked she had this feeling that they were getting close to Hector. She wasn't sure what it was, if it was as simple as just getting to know the place better or not. But she was sure they were. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smiled at her, before stopping at the door, he sighed as he opened the door to Hector's office, where Kyle was talking with him. "I guess I'll see you later? I doubt he wants me to be here when you talk."

Rowan hesitated a little but then nodded. "Yeah, where can I find you after?" She asks. She didn't know what to do with herself whil she was here. So she felt kind of attached to any of the few 'friends' she'd made so far. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam shrugged, "I don't know. Hmmmm, how about I meet you at the central courtyard in about an hour. Pretty sure there was something I forgot to do, so i am going to figure it out."

She laughed quietly and then nodded before turning to step into the office. "Hector? You wanted to speak to me?" She says.
