Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

She laughed a little. "That's good to know." She says. She reminded herself that while the flirtatiousness was different, it helped her to feel a little more relaxed while she was here. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam grinned, he liked the idea that they could go together to the Sanctum, "Good, you'll love it there, when it rains there are colors everywhere."

 

[FangAndOzy]

"Really? That sounds beautiful. And amazing, how does it rain there?" She asks. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Magic." He shrugged, "It's something that just works. "

 

[FangAndOzy]

She grinned some and looked down at her feet as she walked. "Will I be able to learn magic? Or no because I am only half what the rest of you are?" She asks curiously. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Magic is easy, you have to have done it before. How do you think we hid in plane sight? Best magic there is, only special people can see us, even our own kind can't. "

 

[FangAndOzy]

She frowned some. "What do you mean? I thought your own kind could see eachother. Why else could I see Emery when he first arrived at my house. My father saw him too." She says. This world didn't make sense to her. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam looked at her confused, "Unless we allow it, no, it's not possible for others to see use, maybe some shade or a shadow of use, if we aren't strong enough, but no it's not normal."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She frowned again. "Then why could I see him, before he knew who I was and I knew what he was." She asks, though she was almost asking herself more than him. "Your world is so confusing, you know that." She says with a faint smile. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam looked at her surprised, "Wait, you could see through that?" he thought for a moment and smirked, "Guess that means you are more powerful then Emery. That's probably why he hates you then, it's not you."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She rolled her eyes. "That makes me feel so much better. Though I doubt he'd even know that." She points out with a faint smile. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam shrugged, "Well, so you know, I am not intimidated by a powerful woman." he grinned, "I honestly think that all woman are lovely, powerful is just another plus for your attractive traits." he winked at her again.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She couldn't help as she blushed, but then she smiled and shook her head. "Well that's good to know." She teases. As fun as he was to be around, he wasn't really her type. But it was still fun. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam grinned, nodding, "We should get to the mission, Emery is probably already there and looking for the weapons. He can be an overachiever when he is given a mission." he laughed, "You have no idea the stories I have about him."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She laughed a little. "Well you'll have to tell them to me sometime." She smiled. "Come on, get me there and I'll show you where the weapons most likely are." She says. Unless Emery found them. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he led her to the portal outside of the compound, he called for his weapons and his claws fit around his fists, "Okay, you ready." he said as he stood in front of the portal ready to go. He smiled, "You can hold my arm if you are scared but you should be careful." he told her, showing his weapon to her.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smiled some and then shook her head and laughed some as she cautiously took his arm. "Alright, let's go." She says. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam nodded as he motioned her to go in, "Lady's first." he said with a smile, following after her, he knew that there was no where that they would have to appear but near her home, so he was sure that they wouldn't get lost.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She hesitated just a brief moment and then stepped through. It was just as strange as the first time and when they appear close to her home she looked around and then smiled some. Then she looked back to Adam. "Come on." She says with a grin. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he looked around, after coming out of the portal, "So, where do you live?" he asked motioning in several directions.

 

[FangAndOzy]

"Come on." She says, moving to lead him to her house which was not even a hundred yards away. She hesitated though as they walked up the front steps to the front door. Her smiled falling. "Um, m-my parent's room is down the hall and to the left. The weapons are probably hidden in there." She says. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam nodded as he followed her, looking around as he noticed they were being watched, as they got there Emery opened the door and looked lazily at them, "You are late." he said as he moved out of the way into the house.

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan hesitated, she didn't want to go in there. She didn't want to see where her mother's mutilated body had been. Where she last saw her father....she started to breath quicker, on the verge of hyperventilating. She reached for the door frame, gripping it tightly. She had this irrational fear that the bodies would still be there. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam moved beside her and placed his hand on her shoulder, the blades close by her, "Are you okay?" he asked.


Emery glanced at her and rolled his eyes, "She's fine." he told Adam and then told her, "Hector had them clean the place up, no one even knows they are dead in this world. When we are done, we have to make it look like they moved so come on so we can go."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She clenched her jaw a little at how Emery responded, biting back her own response. Then she looked to Adam. "I'm almost certain they're in my parents' room." She says before stiffly pulling away from him and going up to her room. She hadn't realized she was trembling until she got up stairs and away from Adam and especially Emery.
