Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

Helena looked at him and sighed, before she nodded, "Okay." she said, "Why don't you go find Anthony and let him know I need your DNA, he should be able to get that for me and just bring it back to me." she told him.

Nicoli nodded. He knew this would probably be the end of his ability to stay in this tower, he would work that out. Because he couldn't leave Helena again, but he couldn't risk this not working. "I'll be back Helena." he said as he got to his feet, hesitating. "I will do everything I can to come back to you and Rowan, but only after I make sure those kids make it back to their parents." He said before he turned and left to find Anthony.

 

[Matreania]

Helena smirked as him, but frowned when he was gone.

Anthony sighed as he said, "But I can handle them both." he snapped.

Annales was unmoved, "Father agrees with me. I am more qualified and more experiences." she stated.

Anthony growled, "I'm not going to let you do it."

Annales stepped towards him, "Little brother, it is done. Besides, you will be able to join missions again."

"I'm fine where I am." Anthony sighed.

"But you aren't." Annales stated, then placed her hand on her brother's shoulder, "This is the best option. Father has already advised Kyle* and Hector on the matter. You always loved the Herbal."

Anthony looked at his old sister, who was shorter then him, "I love them both."

Nicoli heard the siblings talking before he’d fully entered the room and then stopped. He didn’t feel it was his place to interrupt. But he also knew time was limited. He bit his lip and then knocked, he could at least give them that courtesy. “Hey, uh, I need you to get my DNA for Helena. When you have a chance.” He said to Anthony before moving to step out of the room again. It still surprised him sometimes to see the two kids so grown up. He was also terribly curious about what they had been talking about, about the parts he’d overheard.

 

[Matreania]

Annales and Anthony turned to the door to listen to Nicoli. Anthony sighed, when he left the room, "I need to get to work."

Annales nodded, as she stepped back, "I'm getting settled at home. You have work to do and we can talk more then."

Anthony sighed, "About what, Les. Everyone has already decided on my position."

Annales smirked kissing his cheek, "We love you. I'll talk to you soon." she said before she left.

Anthony sighed, before he went to leave too, finding Nicoli and smirked, "So, DNA?"

Nicoli looked up and smirked. “DNA.” He said in confirmation. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to interrupt, but I don’t know what kind of time limit Helena has so I thought I should at least let you know.”

 

[Matreania]

Anthony shook his head, "That's fine. I probably should have closed the door a lot better." he said, "Extracting your DNA will be painful, but I can do it pretty easy." he stated as he motioned Nicoli to one of the free rooms, "But why do you need DNA?"

Nicoli hesitated a moment. “Helena is going to connect her tracker to me so Kelly has to take me with her. I wanted to make sure both Kelly and Gabriel made it back safely to Julia and Kevin.” He said.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony paused and looked at Nicoli, "Nicoli. I don't mean to tell you how to deal with anything, but isn't that dangerous? You don't know where Gabriel is and getting in the way of a Sky finding her Guard is dangerous and could go against the agreement we have. Hector might have to actually hold you."

Nicoli shook his head. “I’m not going to get in the way of it. I’ll make sure she gets her brother back. I also need to speak to rowan before we go because she seems to know where he is.” He muttered, none too pleased. He knew exactly what his daughter would ask.

Anthony looked confused, "If she know then she has to say something to Kelly. By law, she has to say something." he said

Nicoli didn’t answer at first. “I think she’s confirming a few things before that. I have a fear that she’s too much like me and is going to insist on coming with.” He said with a sigh.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony smirked, "Well, as long as it's not the Darkness I am sure it'll be fine. You know going into the Darkness has to be assigned by the Guardian. Last thing we need is what is up there to come down here."

Nicoli smiled weakly. From a few bings Rowan had said to him, he had a sinking feeling. “I guess I’ll be finding out soon.” He said quietly. “So...this DNA extraction, How is it going to work?” He asked.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony smirked, "Just lay down, the spell I use is going to extract the DNA into something small, normally it's like a feather only looks different, but sometimes it looks like something else. Either way, it'll extract enough DNA to even manipulate the cell bodies and shielding them, kind of like coating them into something else."he smirked, "My father used to use it to shade through Shadows to fix their bones, same DNA makes the spells you can use a lot greater."

 

[FangAndOzy]

Nicoli smirked. “Sounds like some pretty powerful stuff.” He said, mentally preparing himself for the pain and already finding a way to shut it out.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony sighed as he placed his hands over Nicoli, closing his eyes he started with a whisper before he stop chanting and the light started from his hands to shine on Nicoli and pull out the DNA pattern.

Nicoli clenched his jaw and hands into fists as the pain came over him. He didn’t cry out though, despite how long he hadn’t lived in this tower, he’d always had an incredibly high pain tolerance.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony took a breath, it was taking time to get the DNA sample but he managed to make it a little quicker then normal. He sighed when he was done and when he was done, there was a sphere of rainbow and see through just over Nicoli. Anthony took it and looked at it, "Never seen this design before." he stated before looking at Nicoli, "You should rest for a little while. I'll take this to Helena for you." he assured Nicoli.

Nicoli glanced over to him in curiosity at his comment about the sample. But then just nodded. “Sure thing. I’ll be there in a minute.” He said, closing his eyes and taking a few deep breaths.

 

[Matreania]

Anthony smirked as he left Nicoli in teh room, he went to take the DNA to Helena.

Nicoli waited a few moments, but not too long as he got up and followed Anthony towards Helena’s room.

After Rowan returned the stones to Adam. She tried not to linger, figuring he might want some space from her, she went to find Kyle*. She wanted to talk to him about what Eric had told her and what she suspected of Kelly’s Guard.

Helena was busy with the device that she didn't notice Anthony come in, but she figured it out when there was a new supplies that appeared. It was the DNA that she needed.

Kyle* sighed as he worked, before he moved to leave the library and into the Hall, he had one last thing to do to finish up for the next group of missions that were soon to go out.

Nicoli came up behind Helena and Anthony after a few moments. “Any other slightly painful requests?” He asked Helena teasingly, knowing there was a chance she wouldn’t hear him.

Rowan caught Kyle* just as he was leaving and felt a small amount of hesitation. “Do you have a moment? It’s...it’s about the Spy’s missing Guard.” She said quietly.

 

[Matreania]

Helena was too focused to noticed either of them as they came around and when Anthony had left. She sighed, biting her lip, as she paused, thinking of what was her next step.

Kyle* raised an eyebrow and looked at Rowan, "Really? What about it?" he asked curiously, he wasn't sure what Rowan knew, but he also knew that there was rumors of what was going on outside of the tower.
