Futuristic Transsolar

Screw physical impossibilities, the under caverns are filled with an atmosphere not breathable by humans loads of CO2. The upper layers make too much O2 because of all the plants, so the methane caves and the jungle keep a tedious balance sustaining the two.

And if you look at what happened to that city in West Virginia when the coal mines underneath it caught fire then there would be some severe damage done to the stability of the surface.

There are forest fires sometimes, but most of the caverns are too deep to have much effect (<1mile)

The atmosphere is quite cold, the heat from the lower caves keeps the lowest layer of the atmosphere just warm enough for a jungle climate.

So above a certain level it goes to freezing really fast. Which allows for things like 100m stone pillars with snow on top and jungles below.

Then you have the 'pipes' which are either large hollow rock figures going up blowing out hot CO2, or going down into the cave sucking up O2

Don't question it, just go with it xD

So if you get too close to the valves you either get sucked in if you are on top, or sucked out if you are below xD

EeeeehhhhHHHHEEEEHHhhhhhh......

I can't tell if those are just ordinary haunted temple sounds or if those are footsteps! Meh, stupid Skyrim sound effects.... -cowering in chair, away from computer screen. Still wearing headphones from which the creepy cave noises emanate-

If the underground caves are constantly burning with coal, shouldn't it be the other way around..?

Me. :3 Please, I had the whole 'life cycle' of a black hole memorized in like, third grade. Because I wanted to.

Face it. :3

I am a Demoncat (I trust Dra read the story oh-so-long ago when the CCC (-shivers-) still existed?), and I have intentions of getting myself a career that screws with quantum mechanics. I am also the master of puns.

Also, I have no idea where that voice in this almost totally abandoned ruin came from, but I'm just gonna keep going down that hallway and ambush someone with a fire spell if they come walking by. Actually, the skill thingy with two-handed weapons is better... Should I use the battle axe...?

Hand to hand ;)
NU. Giant spider, rising dead?!? I NEED MY MAGIC, NO BATTLE-AXE FOR ME!! Also, my one-handed weaponry stat just went up, so I think I'll stick with my mace. :3

I think anaxial was referring to something else spazzy, and it flew right over your head like a cuckoo over a nest.

Yes, I thought that was the point... the more danger, the more adrenaline.

And adrenaline makes for amazing RP's, albeit a little instable
