Chandar was born on October 11 in York, England. An exceptional and well-rounded student, he graduated from secondary school at the age of twelve. During his gap year he completed an internship at a prestigious British tech company where he contributed to the design and function of security system prototypes. At age fourteen, he was accepted into the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge where he majored in electronics and computer engineering. He later earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering and a PhD in Electrical Engineering.

His ingenuity caught the attention of Britain's national security office, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ). Having demonstrated acuity in code breaking, Chandar became an intelligence officer within the signals intelligence (SIGINT) unit. This experience proved to be valuable with his eventual recruitment into the SAS and later Rainbow. He continues to contribute to the applied technical research team and has recently expanded his field of study to include learning Korean

Appearance: Fluffy white hair contrasted by blood-red eyes. Always wearing a pair of blue-lens goggles either around his neck or hidden on his head by his hair. He wears a custom made black and white suit-like outfit that guarantees style and flexibility. Black tailcoat-like jacket with a white shirt underneath. The front of the coat is open in the shape of a diamond, the edge is lined with a strip of white. Black pants and shoes to match. Sharp teeth are hidden in his smile.
Abilities/Skills: Heightened senses and reaction speed. Keito is a master of stealth and light weapons.
Personality: Keito is very friendly and emotional, but very distant in mind. He seems to trust new people right away but really doesn't. Squad 6 second in command. Keito is prone to violent outbursts, mostly induced by emotional distress.
History:
Born third generation from a full-blooded Daracon. Aged 11 when dropped off for training. Age 13, assigned to a squad. Age 15, attacked an officer for “putting teammates in danger.” Age 16, Promoted to SiC by Corvex Inura. Keito keeps everyone together in the compound, lifting their spirits.

Sapphire has a charcoal coloration with black speckles peppered across her body, her chest and belly are a lighter, reddish-gray. She has lime-green eyes and light colored, ram-like horns with her ears naturally having a slight droop. She stands at 6'0 with a normal build.
She often wears a white blouse that is tucked neatly into her black dress pants, her shoes vary with her either wearing simple, black flats or tan ankle-high boots. Sapphire also enjoys jewelry and is often seen wearing hoop bracelets or one of the many assortments of necklaces she owns.
Abilities/Skills:
Fire: Sapphire can conjure and manipulate fire, however in colder conditions she cannot create it.
Is a really good secretary: She is very good at her job! The likes of which mostly revolve around scheduling meetings, filing prisoner reports/intake reports, and relaying information for other members
Personality:
Sapphire approachable and generally easy to get along with, however, she struggles to make lasting relationships as she is apathetic to those/things that don't affect her. The feeling of friendship does not come quickly to her, even if she is friendly herself, she sees her interactions as chatter rather than development of a relationship. Connections that do form are deep-seated, she prioritizes people that are close to her more and will often be biased from it.
History:
Sapphire is the half-sibling of Jasper and Lungwort, she was born in hell and was raised back and forth from there and the living world. As she grew older, she lost most interest in hell and left to live on the surface where she picked up being a secretary in her former world.​
