Phoenix looked at the two sisters and blinked several times and looked over at his sniffling sister who had already gotten red eyes.


When did I become so weak...


What do you mean weak? You are worried about Nichole. That isn't being weak.


Phoenix! Look at Luna's arm!


Turning to look at Luna he blinked at the faint scars and grabbed her arm and then looked at her, "......Why?"


Shuffling over to Nikki, Celena rubbed her eyes more and placed a hand on her friends shoulder, "Why are you doing this to yourself Nikki...?"

Luna said"this was a result of years ago Phoenix. Nichole remember what I said last time. Hm?" Nichole shrunk and said"j-just to e-either write o-or sing, bake, draw or go on a picnic with you and onnii-chan.." luna said"did I stutter when I told you that? No.Try again." Nichole swallowed and tried again but her voice got caught in her throat. "We got all day Nichole. " luna said crossing her arms. Nichole swallowed and tried to find her voice. "just to either write, or sing, bake, draw or go on a picnic with you and onnii-chan. " Nichole said softly. "i-i was only doing a small scratch cel..i-i was stressed. "

Celena cried and hugged her friend, "You can always *sob* come to me *sob* you know!"


Phoenix looked at Luna and sighed letting her arm go. Ruffling his long hair he folded his arms and tried not to get angry.

Nichole teared up but held back her tears her hair in her eyes. Luna watched her closely but didn't expect what happened next.


Yuki came out and tackled Nichole pinning her. But got celena out of the way first. "ARE YOU SERIOUSLY THAT FUCKING SELFISH NICHOLE?! HUH?! YOU DONT DO SHIT LIKE THAT! IT HURTS OTHERS AROUND YOU! IT HURTS YOUR SISTER, CELENA, PHOENIX, ME! EVEN DIMITRI AND THE OTHERS! DO YOU NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT OUR FEELINGS?! WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HAPPY GO LUCKY NICHOLE WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD? W-WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU CONSTANTLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE WAS CHEERED UP AND SMILING? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE NICHOLE WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE!" He shouted. Nichole teared up but once again held them back. "Why?! Huh?! Answer the question! " Nichole choked back her tears, the ache in her heart, she just went numb. Yuki had tears going down his face. Nichole's fist clenched and she looked up at yuki. Really looked into his eyes and gave a small. "Im sorry.." before clocking him. She sat up and dusted herself off.


Yuki held his cheek and luna shook her head. "Sister. Dont act like this. Come here." opening her arms. Nichole crawled into her arms and her shoulders shook as she cried. "Hic im so sorry! Sob im sorry!"

Celena was a mess as well crying and sobbing, making his way to Celena, Phoenix wrapped his arms around her gently and cradled her. Looking at Yuki he gave the slightest of nods agreeing with him and turned to face Nikki still holding Celena.


"I am sorry but I agree with Yuki," without another word her turned his head and gave Celena a small kiss on the forehead before turning into a flame and entering her body.


I am sorry Celena... But... I can't....


Phoenix...


Looking at them Celena wiped her tears away and stood up. Looking at them both she snapped. Her eyes burned and her hair started to change into it's torch form. Her body was soon surrounded by the flame as it engulfed her. Her tears now turning into sparks that helped the fire grow more. Her eyes looking at them angrily she began to speak in a dangerously low tone.


"...... don't..... do.... don't do that ever again.... either of you!"


Her flames roared and certain objects around her began to melt. Glaring at them Celena remembered what had happened before. When someone she knew had done the same as them.

Nichole coward some and clung to her sister closing her eyes tight a flashback coming back. She shook and covered her ears. Still hearing the crackling of the fire before the roof caved in. Luna trying to get her out before a beam fell on her legs.


Luna said"celena I quit doing this! Now stop it you're scarying her!" holding her sister tightly. Nichole said"b-big sister c-cmon. Y-you can make it...d-dont give up...i-im sorry.."

Celena saw the beam fall onto Luna's leg and she fell backwards stopping her flame as she did so and Phoenix came hurling out rushing to Luna. Shaking Celena stared at her hands and began to scream clutching her head she began to scream more and more. Helping Luna out, Phoenix rushed over to Celena and slapped her.


"GET A GRIP!"


Shaking Celena stared at Phoenix and then back at her own hands cradling herself Celena began to mutter things and Phoenix sent a electric bolt at her.


"Control."


Her shaking began to cease and she looked at Phoenix she understood what he wanted to do but she knew that if he continued more than the roof would cave in. Standing up Celena walked over to him like a ghost and gave him a good punch before falling to the ground. Rubbing his chin, Phoenix knelt down and looked at Celena.


"That wasn't your fault.... It never was..."


Celena shook and began to breathe again.

Luna winced looking at her leg. She didnt expect that part of the flashback to actually happened all over again. Nichole quickly covered her and luna in a bubble of water. Then started healing her sister. Luna sighed and said" nichole.."seeing how hard she worked to heal the burns and was trying to stop the flashbacks of that day from returning. She didnt want it to happen again.


Yuki held celena close and said"shhh calm down. Calm down." His ears flat.

Celena felt the world collapse around her and she couldn't hear Yuki all she could do was stare into the distance and waver side to side. Suddenly she began to glow and she turned into a flame entering Phoenix's body.


"... I didn't think it would happen again...."


Shaking his head he looked at them, "everyone alright? No serious injuries?"

Luna nodded and said"we're fine. I just didn't want nichole losing her sanity...I had died in a fire and if she saw the flames go again going for us...I dont wanna know what would happen. Around celena she's ok with fire. Cooking the same. Unless its a big thing of fire. And then..She has a flashback of that night..." Nichole finished healing her and put some aloe vera on it and wrapped it. Then slowly put the bubble down letting the water sink into the ground.


Yuki pinched the bridge of his nose and groaned.

Phoenix looked at Nikki and Luna, "... I never told you but... Someone close to Celena passed away from cutting themselves too much... they accidentally cut a vein and..."


Sighing he looked at them, "She had her reasons... please trust me on this..."


Looking at Yuki he gave a small pat on the back, "She is alright... But are you alright?"


Looking at the three he could see that Luna and everyone was alright Physically but he wasn't sure about mentally.

Luna nodded and sighed softly. "Yes im alright.you sis? Nichole? Nichole answer me."luna said shaking her sister some. Nichole was in a trance like state not answering to anything.


Yuki said"im fine. Just peachy."

Phoenix looked at the what seemed somewhat pissed off Yuki and looked at him eye to eye, "I don't think you are."


Looking over at Nichole, Phoenix looked at her, "Nichole?"

He got no response. Luna lightly slapped her suster trying to get anything to register. Nichole did absolutely nothing. Just sat there staring at nothing.


Yuki said"I just need some time alone." Changing into a bird and flew off.

Phoenix watched as Yuki flew off and decided to allow him to do as he wished, going over to Nichole he knelt in front of her.


"Nichole...? Nikki?"

Once again. He got nothing. Not even a peep. Luna started to get worried at this point. She gently shook nichole. "Sis snap outta it. Please?" some vines rose up and slapped luna's hand away. Then surrounded Nichole. And picked her up placing her on a couch made of vines. Then they made a chair for luna or phoenix to sit in.

Phoenix looked at the seat and motioned to Luna to stay, "I'll sit down... Don't know what it might do to you..."


Worried about Nichole, Phoenix went over to the seat and sat down waiting for whatever to happen to happen.

Then a vine picked up Nichole's clipboard and paper and a pen. Then handed it to phoenix. One gestured to the pen amd paper then to nichole. They twisted into words. 'Ask her questions to get to the bottom of this '

Phoenix blinked and took the paper and pen, " umm.... okay..."


Glancing at Luna he shrugged and then turned to Nikki seriously, "Where are you right now Nichole."

Nichole said"im at home with jake..." her voice sounding hoarse. Luna bit her lip hard. Not that memory. Anything but that memory of Nichole's heart breaking for the first time.

Phoenix looked at Nikki and began to prod questions, "Who is Jake?"

Nichole said"jake was my boyfriend...." her voice soft. Luna bit her lip and cursed in her head.

Phoenix allowed questions flow not taking notice of anyone but Nichole, "What do you mean was"

"I broke up with him after finding out he was cheating on me...and he took it bad.. he nearly tried to kill me once. He kept calling my phone none stop, and stalked me.." she said looking at the sky.
