Hm, well recently I've been sending everyone towards the same place so I suggest going there too, a summary of what's happened is basically a Ghoul girl named Angel was kidnapped and taken to a Chasm of Kakuja ghouls, Certain individuals including an investigator Kyle, my character and a few others went into the Chasm taking out some of the ghouls inside, now there are a group of investigators heading there now to try gather up some clues about the ghoul organization "Akatsuki".


So either you can lead off your own investigation on other Ghouls that aren't in the Akatsuki but show threat or also aid in the search for the ghoul organization. If you find yourself having trouble I can partner you up with my other Investigator (I was planning to not bring him in till the 2nd Arc but I wouldn't mind rping him for a while to get you into the RP) in the end it's up to you.

Weapons: John was prior military and mostly sticks with conventional weapons(carries a varied arsanel in his vehicle and always his ka-bar (6" blade) and .40 m&p shield pistol on him at all times) and the help of his partner to defeat his enemies. Personality: John is very calm and decisive. He does not have a strict moral compass but will try to do right as long as it does not conflict with his job. He loves to nap and has picked up various vices due to his line of work. (More will be disclosed in rp)

I was thinking that maybe he could have special bullets that would weaken/wound (not kill) ghouls so his partner could go in for the kill. I like the idea for his knife being the special material that could kill ghouls but it's so rare there was only enough for the blade of his knife.

Well I was actually about to say, since normal blades won't work against Kagune if you say that your blade was a 'custom made' and one of a kind that used Quinque steel to create the actual blade of the sword, and as for the bullets there is already something like that called "Q-Bullets" basically the same thing as Quinque steel just in bullet form ^-^

Kuro is portrayed as entirely self-serving, self-absorbed, and selfish; he does whatever he likes as long as it pleases him in some way. His insatiable love for spilling the blood of powerful fighters in combat and his enjoyment of extreme pain while doing so fuels his seemingly sadomasochistic desires. In order for them to grow to their full potential (so as to improve the pleasure of killing them later), Kuro allows the main protagonists to live in situations wherein he is easily able to kill them. Likewise, he grows excited to meet any new people he deems worthy of fighting or anyone with potential to be a good fighter and entertain him in the future.


With his manipulative and self-centered nature, Kuro is essentially a sociopath. While he does like Tristan, Toki, and many others, he has stated that for him what is valuable one day could easily become trash the next, and he will not hesitate to kill anyone should they not meet his standards. He does not care for what has happened in the past, as he is only interested in what could be amusing to him in the future or present. While Kuro's nature tends to be malevolent, he isn't an indiscriminate killer. He has no problems killing anyone regardless of age or sex; however, he only kills people who are in his way or those he deems "worthy." As such, his character is more simply amoral than flat out evil. He even assists the protagonists if there is "fun" in doing so or if it will make them stronger leading to a more entertaining fight in the future. Above all else, Kuro cares only about having fun and a good challenge which may or may not involve killing people. He has a nasty habit of skipping out on Akatsuki meetings.

The only weakness of Kuro are surprise attacks that he doesn't see coming himself, which is still proven to be difficult.


Strengths:


Immense Strength: Kuro is incredibly strong, ranking 3rd in the Akatsuki in terms of physical strength.


Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: One of the pillars of his distinctive fighting style is his speed, matched with his surgical-like accuracy. He was able to dodge continuous attacks from The Story Teller without moving from the position he was in. He can wipe out an army of Investigators before they can attempt to call for aid, and dodge or catch bullet-fast objects rather easily. With his already high speed with the help of his unique kagune he can disappear out of sight and move at speeds that even people like Ukaku types who specialize in that field are unable to follow.


Enhanced Agility: Kuro is very agile, as he can attack from any position.


Enhanced Stamina: Kuro has never been seen tired after any of his fight, even after severe physical effort, mental strain and aura consumption.


Immense Resistance to Pain: Kuro appears impervious to pain, which seems to leave him unfazed when minimal and bring him pleasure when very intense. He can take having his arms cut off, one after the other, as if it were nothing. Though blows still damage him, they can't slow him down or incapacitate him. His inhuman resistance, coupled with what looks like a total disregard for his own life and an unquenchable battle frenzy, makes him unstoppable.


Formidable Coordination: His coordination may be considered the core of both of his offensive and defensive power. Thanks to it, he can adapt to any fighting style he faces and avoid most of the threats he may encounter. He is able to grab knives out of the air or catch kagune of almost all kinds with his bare hands. He is an unrivaled master in the usage of cards as edge weapons. Using his kagune to create a set of cards and toss them with formidable speed.


Immense Perception: Kuro has proven to be able to sense the presence. Kuro’s ability to gauge a person's talent and current power is so refined, he has created a point-based system to quantify them. Partially thanks to his vast fighting experience, Kuro is capable of discerning a person's strength just by looking at them; on one occasion, he detected a very strong individual nearby and measured his strength without even seeing or recognizing him beforehand.

Kuro can often tell what an opponent is thinking and how he will react at his moves. He can plan whole battles beforehand and prepare his victory right after the get-go. Furthermore his deviousness and volatility has prevented many opponents from anticipating his next move, and this has led him to win many battles. Despite being mentally unstable and impulsive, his instincts and insight are of a genius level. He can come up with crafty and unthinkable solutions. Furthermore, combining his twisted genius with his prestigiatory skills, Kuro can set very elaborate and effective traps, often using his kagune to deploy them. His tricks usually don't get discovered until after they are already in use.Instead of fearing pain, he sometimes seeks it, as a memento of his opponent. Summed up, what makes Kuro such a dangerous opponent is his unpredictability.


Master Hand to Hand Combatant: Though he doesn't show it too often, he is very skilled in unarmed combat, despite lacking any literacy in martial artistry. The best instance was given when he effortlessly avoided all the blows from a martial art master.

Strengths:power, speed, defense and intellect. he is a warrior of legendary skill.


Backstory: his files are hidden in a secret CCG archive, those unlucky enough to find themselves on a case involving him should be highly trained first. he once went up against the residing captain of the CCG and fought to a stalemate. this is the battle that ended the Manhattan Organization and lost him his eye. he became vary wealthy at a young age and used this wealth to give his children the life ghouls could never have, but he was arrogant in his thoughts and the CCG was able to discover his underground fighting ring, capturing his favorite pet, Joffry. he had been training Joffry to be a merciless weapon for the Ghouls and was planning on having him infiltrate the CCG, but he was captured before the brainwashing could stick. these days "the one-eyed dragon-king" is a fairytale people tell their children to scare them into being good little human children.

By most she is considered childish, ignorant and brash, they cannot be more wrong however, as the ghoul is way more mature than any of her peers. She is also seen having a little bit of brother-complex, often wondering where her brothers are. She, when not acting childish, is aloof constantly, on guard and cold. Rather paranoid.


Likes(Optional): Reading, drawing, singing, dancing, arrogant people who in her opinion are easiest to manipulate, her family, detective shows, the color green, her mask, masks in general.

Sadly, it's only because he never got the chance. On a weekend when Jason was finally able to spend some time with his parents, they were attacked by a small group of binge eaters. As it turned out, the CCG had been tailing the ghouls and engaged them. The CCG were able to exterminate a fraction of the ghouls, but Jason's parents were killed in the crossfire. Because of this he is now dedicated to eradicating the ghoul threat. He has been dubbed a vigilante by the CCG, killing Doves that oppose him. He has earned the name "Ski" because, like ghouls he wears a mask that is similar to a ski mask.


He now lives in a large orphanage run by a woman who's parents passed away named Aio Hizuri. Jason has grown very close to her and consider eachother family. Though they are practically family, there are still many things that he tries to hide from her, namely his goals. There are also some things that Jason suspects she might be keeping from him as well.
