Yeah I thought investigators may have a tough time trying to get themselves in the Rp, for your investigators make your intro in at CCG headquarters and you'll be getting instructions of what to do, I'll be using Kanashimi (Look in Neutral character tab to see his Character sheet if you want) and it should be easy from there.


As for a summary basically there was a fake murder at the school which got everyone freaked out, the school was dismissed and everyone started heading home before a black figure appeared and kidnapped one of them, while a group of people are trying to work together along with an investigator who also realizes them being ghouls while my character is trying to track down the person on his own but came across his old friend.


The basics of what you'll be doing is hearing of this incident and also hearing about one of the investigators going missing on a mission so you two will most likely be investigating that as partners.

Backstory: Joffry was born into this world staring at a ghoul. his father had just been eaten and his mother was the next victim, for some reason this ghoul had spared the new born child and had returned it to his home, an underground pleasure palace for ghouls of wealth to come and bet on fights. Joffry was first put into the ring at the age of 4, a large man who had been captured the night previously was to be his opponent. Joffry, who had been trained since he could walk, instinctively killed the man to the thunderous applaud of his captures. his "owner" had two children, who would play with Joffry as if he where a pet. the girl, Amy, was the only person who was ever nice to him, and the boy, Alex, was also vary kind. after years of being forced to kill and kept as a pet, Joffry was "saved" by the CCG. only a few Ghouls had escaped, including Alex. unfortunately Amy had been killed. the CCG convinced Joffry that in order to escape ALex had killed Amy as a distraction for the CCG, in order to insure Joffry had a hatred for the boy as well as his captures. now he has been trained by the CCG to kill the monsters, and his weapon of choice is the only thing he has left of the only person he had ever cared for.

Backstory: Miwa was born in a small town. Her father was a ghoul and raised her an only child, having been her mother died a month after Miwa's birth, her cause of death is unknown. At the age of 4, her father packed them up and they moved them to Tokyo, where they lived in a small apartment. Miwa grew up like a normal child would, except she was a ghoul and fed off of flesh. Her father would often go out and hunt criminals for their source of flesh, saving a portion of the flesh and gave it to Miwa, teaching her not to feed off of the innocent, but to feed off of criminals, eventually weening her off meat and transitioning her to coffee and occasionally the privilage of flesh. Around the time Miwa was in 3rd grade, her father had been caught by ghoul investigators and was killed, Miwa's father had gone over what to do if he were to die, and Miwa did exactly that, grabbing her father's old mask, she ran until she found the address that was given to her as an escape plan. The address belonged to her uncle, who was a ghoul like her father, she lived with him until she was 15, she then moved into an apartment with financial aid from her uncle. She now works at a music shop to help with rent.

  Personality: Rio unlike his younger brother is a rather respectful and well mannered man, often being polite to others he isn't like most other investigators in the sense of being completely serious about his job and mostly sees it as a hobby he is always thinking positively and will share his thoughts with others. Rio highly values friends and is an open person in that perspective he is known to have even given a few ghouls a chance and due to his honest personality he had admitted in working with a few ghouls in a few of his investigations in order to take down some of his target's.

  Rio's Quinque is shaped like a blade without it's guard and is believed to be a mixture of two different kagune types, Ukaku & bikaku it is able to change modes the first mode of the Quinque being the blade without a handle which Rio uses for close range combat from afar he is able to convert the Quinque into a pistol shaped weapon which also covers his hand & wrist which is able to shoot crystallized shards at the opponent at the simple pull of the trigger.

  Fighting Style: Rio often uses others strengths against them, often playing on his opponents to come at him recklessly he will often be seen taking a defensive stance when in combat often allowing his enemy to hit him several times before actually beginning to take the offensive, he often explains this to be a way to give himself an advantage taking down the Ghoul when they least expect it Rio plays on taking them down quickly or wearing them out slowly before delivering the killing blow.
  
  
  Strengths: Rio is fairly intelligent and isn't easily fooled, great investigation skills he is able to track down ghouls with ease and is able to find even the most hidden clues he is also very open minded and expects the unexpected, his timing and tactics are respected within the CCG.

Backstory: Jason was born to Melissa and Jason Ren. He was the proud brother of Zack, and plaything to his stepdad once his real father passed away. For years, his step-father forced him to consume ghoul and human meat, in order to see if it would make him develop a kakuhou. The experiment was a success, and Jason was now a ghoul. The step father then proceeded to torture Jason further, using his little brother as a way to make him submit. This continued on for years, until Zack killed the ghoul with his own kagune. Jason was put into a mental hospital for PTSD. The hospital actually turned out to be an arena, pitting patients against each other. Jason trained constantly, and eventually became the champion of the arena. With no one daring to challenge him, he looked to the outside world for something to fight or eat.
