Fandom To The Top [RWBY]

'K guys, listen. The thread started like, 21st July, and there are characters we've gotten like... one post of. And there are some that really could post a bit more.

This isn't a detailed roleplay, we don't expect 6 paragraphs of your tragic backstory and shit, but like, try to post a bit more regularly? I don't think either of us thinks that like, at least two or three times per week, 2-3 paragraphs per post, is too much to expect from like, anyone. Unless you are going somewhere, which you could tell us. This is a RP that can't work without all players, since we are split into partners and teams.

Just my, creator's, two cents. I won't tag anyone in this post, but I hope you got the memo.

Really it just comes down to being more engaging with characters that would opt to engage others, and finding things to do.

Obviously Hina isn't going to go 'look' for people, but as a bird faunus you would think she'd draw more attention, and once she's spoken to and has somewhere to go with conversation she goes.

At this point we have two options I think would be best.

We either, as a group, decide to post scenes leading up til our characters go to sleep, then, from there, we move on to them waking up and going to the test, or we simply post one or two more finishers, skip to a post about them going to bed, and then have them wake up and go to the test.

That and I think we could all benefit from planning some of our postings here a bit more, maybe let people know if you want to interact with their character in a specific way, at some point to enact some specific plot point and the like.

Good suggestion, I agree.

About character interaction - sure, or get it done over PM's, which works too, if you want privacy. Ignian and Hina could meet up, since you two are on the same team, if I remember correctly?

Sup with Mari, tho. @The One Eyed Bandit

Also, @Flip Jester Boy , idk, we still have to see about that. :P

I'm working on it ~_~

Paging @Riddle78

Post so I can :P

Also, I agree about the eventual skipping. We'll have too much useless time on our hands if we're going to act the entire day out. I vote we skip to the evening, make a sleep and wake up post, then go on with the exams and stuff.

I'll make my post now. @Veirrianna Valentine might wanna post soon. I realize cows can kill your internet in a hurry, but they don't do it THAT often,do they?

Hey sorry to interrupt, but as I've said before I'm lurking your RP (as a reader it's looking good) and I though an analogy should be used to help you guys understand the importance of sticking with planning and posting a few times a week. (Well not an analogy but like, a way of thinking)

RPs, in a way, are like TV shows/movies. When stuff plays out like character development and conflict, the individual scenes are paced continually. Like how each week a new (average) 1 hour episode comes out. But in this case, say a few 24 minute episodes are released in a week. Planning wise, actors usually get together and discuss their characters and why they say and do certain things at certain times, etc. same goes with writing RPs like good one.

I probably shouldn't have interjected, but I thought maybe thinking about it a different way would help coherse some people to post quickly. I mean, no one likes skipping an episode of their favourite TV shows right? Like how some shows take Christmas and Easter break (it's easy to understand that life is in the way and writing is timely, that's why I couldn't join, but if I had stayed I was aware of the responsibility I had to the RP and the respect I have for my fellow RPers would keep me focused on posting AT LEAST 2 times a week - or how much the creators want.)

Anyway, sorry for the interruption. Keep up the good work guys. :)

Right, I will get my post up tomorrow, because of the fact that my internet provider is coming out tomorrow to ascertain the reason my net keeps cutting off randomly, which it was done a few different times as of the past night.(And now cows don't keep hitting it. But I do think it's cos of Bronson, the bull that hit it last time)
