Fantasy Titans of the Lost World

Ashlynn had stood beside the king the entire time during the speech. The announcement for him to step down surprised her, but she hoped the new king would keep the trade between kingdoms. She was actually excited to kill the nature Titan. With its magic returned to the world, her people would be able to thrive and spread once again. After the announcement, she took the king aside. "My king... Do you even have a predecessor? If you can't pass the stick down to someone then the kingdom will be in ruins." she said a bit worried. She did not want to see anything bad happen here, as she did like the seraphs. "And if you tell me it is one of those damn paladins you are signing the kingdoms death contract." she said seriously.

He looked at her. "Of course not, dear Ashlynn. I made a terrible mistake in waking those gods, and I'll not make another. I can't trust the Feathers to even exorcise a demon, let alone have the leader run the country. Sir Avery was asked about 6 months ago, but he said he doesn't want that much responsibility." The king wasn't done. He pulled out a picture. The woman looked like a seasoned warrior. A savage that looked like she'd kill before she'd talk. "I have another that I've been training for for years, a viking woman who is very skilled with axes and the sword. The only one she can't defeat is Sir Avery. Even my round table that includes Sir Avery approves of her. Her last test, however, is this Grand Campaign. She'll be accompanying you all and helping."

The woman stepped forward. "Hello, Lady Ashlynn. My name is Ariel Scimone, known by some as Goldilocks. Very nice to meet you." She was armed with nothing but a dagger, but the more notable feature was a bear following, really little, but big enough to carry her. Probably a juvenile. She rubbed the bear and leaned on it. She was sporting leather armor with fur instead of the typical metal knight's armor

"Goldilocks here has been trained for years in diplomacy, she was an ambassador for the peace talks with the orcs and helped establish trade relations with the elves, and knows the woes of the common man. She's almost ready to take the reigns as queen."

"You flatter me, Your Highness. I just aim to serve and hope to best Sir Avery in battle." She held out her hand for Ashlynn to shake. "I'm not as bloodlusty as I look."

Training Ground

Avery looked on approvingly. Her homeless looks were certainly deceiving, as that spell ravaged the ground around the target along with the target itself. "Fantastic," he said, still sort of stunned by the display from someone who didn't look all that formally trained. He had a big grin on, one that only really came about when he was in an incredibly good mood. "You've shown quite enough skill in the Ice Arts to be of great contribution to the Grand Campaign. A spell like that would be of great use against a large group of enemies. You don't seem to be someone who's a trained warrior, so you'll be of best use to the group in the middle. You will be behind the Vanguard. I hope to work well with someone like you. Just make sure to armor up, yes?"

King
Castle Balcony
The trumpets started sounding again. It was noon and time for the proclamation. The king walked out to the balcony to the loud applause and cheer of the people.
"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! Subjects of the country of Ishrion, after a long and painful process, lots of soul searching, and thinking back on how my actions have affected this kingdom, I have come to a conclusion..........I do not deserve to serve the people of this great country as the king, so I have decided to step down." Dead silence. Not a single person expected this sort of announcement. "I know, it's a lot to take in. Some of you are happy, some sad, some of you don't care. However, before I step down, I've decided to do one last thing for this kingdom: I have planned extensively for the Grand Campaign, gathering the best of the best warriors from amongst my Guardian and Secret Service, as well as my soldiers and skillful volunteers from the subjects of this country............all to find these Titans and do what we need to do as a country to take these Titans down and restore the Magic to the world and apologize to the Ancient Gods for disturbing their peaceful slumber." The King was amazingly regretful and he spoke with a sobering solemn regretful tone. His voice was booming over the entire town and not a single person spoke over the King's proclamation.

"Led by my best warrior, Sir Avery Valencia who's currently in recruiting the volunteers and escorting the skillfully beautiful Ashlynn to sense the Sigils to release the Titans, We will set out very soon to find them. The path is dangerous, both to neighboring cities, caves, deserts, forest, and wherever else may contain dangerous creatures or Titans, but I'm faithful in the leader of the Black Seraphs can do what he do best and serve and protect the citizens of this good country. We will receive regular updates from Avery and his team of warriors and mages as they complete the task at hand. We will set off soon to pursue the Nature Titan, who's Essence will allow Druids, Sages, and Gardners to use their Nature magic to get our Agriculture Industry back on track."

Kai Takeshi
Kai watched the girl show off her skills as he nodded slightly in aw. The showcase was quite brutal yet well organized, all he could do is stay quiet though as she was the first to show off. He wanted to see everyone's capability when it came to magic. Kai kept the hood over his face as he stayed hidden. "So it seems you're tough." Kai stated that to himself as he watched the silver head, for some reason she gave him a small feeling that he hasn't felt in a long time, the way she moved gave him that feeling on wanting to fight her and strike her down.

Looking over at Sir Avery Valencia he heard the guys comments about the girl, he thought to himself if the guy would allow Kai be teamed up with her. Kai also got intrigued by the girl.

Kylesar1 Kylesar1 Elm Elm

Holy hell, she got accepted in. Eira was shocked yet extremely happy, smiling and nodding as she got back up, dusted herself off, and regained her composure. She nodded at Sir Avery's question and started to leave the training grounds to head back into the armory and pick out some light armor pieces that would fit her, be comfortable enough to move in, and would be hidden by her mage cloak easily.

As she walked past the others into the armory, she suddenly got an odd wave of coldness wash over her, causing Eira to shudder and have goosebumps line her skin, which was odd as she rarely ever got cold, but this was a different kind. This was that cold feeling one would get if being stalked by prey; glancing around cautiously now only to spot the hooded figure that had been watching her demonstration. Not wanting to stick around much longer to find out who that even was or why they were watching her like that, Eira retreated back inside where she could hear the remnants of the kings speech echoing from outside. Eira sat down, letting out a shaky breath and holding another mana potion in her hands, figuring she would be allowed to take another since she just spent all her mana on her demonstration. So, after ingesting the mana potion, she got back up and began rummaging around for some light armor pieces that she liked and would fit.

Ashlynn took Goldilocks hand and shook it. "It is an honor to be going on this campaign with you." she said with a smile. "I hope you will keep the deal I have made with the king... As you are about to see the state my people are in." she said as she looked to the king.
"I do not like this, but it has to be done." she said with a sad sigh. "I already know where this sigil is. It is where I grew up, in the ruins of my forest home." she then looked to Goldilocks. "I hope you are ready... We have to pass through my kingdom on the way, and it is in our sacred ground. First impressions are important to us... Especially to the elders." She sighed as she looked to the king. "An offering of peace would be best. I can make it if I had the materials. I need some metal, cloth, and a valuable item. The Corian will return one of our valuable items in exchange." she said

Hananya Thirío
Hananya smiled back at Eira as she looked at her with the same kind of expression. She could sense the girl's sympathy which indeed made the Kewan somewhat uncomfortable but she did not show it to her, not wanting her to feel bad. In a sense, she did feel some kind of... kingship? No, that was not it... Maybe? Anyway, she saw similarities between herself and Eira. They were both alone, un-noticed and separated from the rest of society. Of course for different reasons but still, in a sense they were the same. The Kewan then looked at Avery as he then explained who was doing what. At the mention of a "strength test", Hananya frowned and grumbled a little under her breath. She was not so sure anymore... But Eira was going first with her own trial so... maybe she could watch her first and see how she went.

As the younger girl went to perform her trial, Hananya blinked a few times before folding her eyes and watching closely. As she performed, the Kewan's eyes widened in surprise but also admiration. She looked strong, and was clearly able to hold her own. Much like a Kewan. At least that's what Marian would say. The Kewan sighed as she looked at both Avery and the new stranger that had joined them, Kai. They both seemed equally impressed. Hananya was not too surprised. She had seen it in the forest, when she would try to hunt down a sick looking buck, which looked like it could not hurt anything only to get gored as it fought against her. She had the scars along her torso to prove it.

She frowned as it seemed she was next. With a deep sigh she stepped into the arena. In front of her were four different kinds of weights and a rather sturdy looking dummy in the middle. Having listened to Avery's instructions, she bit her lip. As she flicked her ears around, her head suddenly turned and raised like a dog as she could hear the King speaking. Despite them being a distance away, she could clearly hear what he was saying. She doubted the others could hear so clearly. She could not focus on it though, she had this to do first. She was at a disadvantage though. It had been at least a fortnight since her last proper meal and she was feeling the effects of it. She knew she would not be able to perform to her best because of it, but still she wanted to try her best.

Breathing deeply, she walked to the closest weight which was also the smallest. Picking it up, it must have weighed at least 104 kg. She grabbed it in her claws and lifted it above her head with little to no effort. Dropping it to the ground, she moved onto the next one which was simply a large and thick block. Grabbing it, she growled as she dragged it up from the ground but still managed to lift it up fairly easily.

She moved onto the third one without saying a word. But as she started pulling it up, she felt her breath become shallow as she struggled with it. She managed to lift it up to her chest before finally bringing it above her head. But the stress of lifting the heavy weights caused an effect in the Kewan. She felt... angrier. Like when she would go hunting. Her hackles raised and her tail started thrashing wildly. Holding it above her head, she growled in her throat which sounded like a mix between a bear moaning and a wolf's howl. Hananya knew she had to at least try to curb her instincts and not go wild, but that would be difficult. Moving onto the final weight, she simply stared at it. It was part of a thick tree trunk with metal handles forced into the wood. Gripping onto them, she groaned again as she tried to pull it up off of the ground. Hananya felt her muscles grow hot as she lifted it up to her chest. She bared her teeth, pulling her lips back to reveal them all. She needed to attack something! Now! Before she got herself worked into a frenzy! After a lot of effort, Hananya managed to lift it over her head with a loud yowl, her arm muscles quivering in effort of keeping it up. After about ten seconds, she dropped it back onto the floor with a loud groan. But she could not shake off her urge to attack something, she instantly turned to the dummy that she had been instructed to punch.

Unable to stop herself, Hananya released a deafening roar and lunged at the dummy, instantly feeling how tough it was. She sank her teeth into its head and ripped into it with her claws. At that point, she completely lost all awareness of what was going on around her as she attacked the dummy. It wasnt until she was exhausted that she finally stood back and saw… well what used to be a dummy. She did not know what to think. But just to be sure… She gave the thing a hard punch, knocking it back. She let out a deep sigh and just turned around to face the others. She could guess their response. Despite her exhaustion, she managed to stay upright although the extreme extortion of energy only made the Kewan more aware of her hunger. She put a hand on her abdomen with a heavy sigh, trying to mask the dull ache in it. At least if they kicked her out she would still be able to eat so that was a positive, right?

Goldilocks shook her head. "I intend to keep every promise His Highness has made to other countries, yours included. We have plenty of valuable items to choose from. We intend to help our allies or potential allies as much as possible." She didn't want to change all the good the King has done that got overshadowed by this Ancient God fiasco.

Avery clapped but was far from surprised. Hananya was massive and brimmed with strength. "Hananya, this was all just a formality for you. I knew you were strong enough just by looking at you. You're best as either a vanguard or a berzerker. Glad to have you aboard. We'll have s warriors feast soon, so don't worry about meat."

More tests were taken. Some passed, lots failed, and it was a tedious process, but they were all done now. Time to get the convoy together to brief on their trip to Corian Country.

Kai looked at the girl who attacked the what was once a dummy. He was uninterested the instance of noticing she let her primal side take over. Attacking it like a savage animal, people who let their savage side take over them, are easier to take down. The only exception is they gain phenomenal strength. No matter it had seem to time has passed and everyone had finished their test except for Kai. It didn't bother them as they had no time but to move to the next location. The more hidden he can keep himself the better. No one took notice of Kai's ware bouts yet, but two people which made it easier for him less dialogue for him.

Watching the girl who presented her skills first kept Kai interested as he watched her scavage for something to wear. Why did he have the instinct to kill her, honestly that was the way for everyone in this room. Kai's main reason of being here is to kill the titan of darkness to gain his magic back, destroy all churches, and soon kill King Richard regardless if he'll still be king or not once the journey ends. Kai had already caused trouble for most churches but he wants to end all across the world for their wrong doing to his family. Gripping his fist under the cloth as he noticed a rather holy fellow in the group. He didn't show his face, but Kai's eyes glowed a bright red under the hood. He closed his eyes and took a steady breather as his eyes shifted back to blue.

It took a little while, but Eira eventually found some light armor pieces that were small enough to fit her and sturdy enough to actually provide protection; putting them on under her mage cloak and walking back out over to Sir Avery. She hadn't seen Hananya's test results, but she had heard the roar which had been surprising enough to hear on its own, so she could only imagine how it sounded if she had been outside with the rest of the group when that happened. Once all the tests were done and a good amount of people passed, Eira glanced around to see who all was joining in the quest to find and defeat the Titans. She took note of the priest, the paladin from the church who arrived late in the group, Hananya -to whom she smiled and waved at- and finally...the cloaked person from before. Of course, there were other's as well, but Eira felt extremely uncomfortable around the cloaked person, mainly due to feeling as if she were being watched by them, unsure why as it wasn't a nice feeling to have. Yet, despite the inconvenience and uncertainty of her feelings, she stuck relatively close by Sir Avery and Hananya, mainly since she was partially more familiar with them only from having seen them the longest throughout the day; plus at the fact that they were really the only ones that had bothered to communicate with her....also at the fact that she felt safer near them in regards to the other person. "Um..," Eira suddenly spoke up, voice still quiet as she needed to retrain herself to speak in order so that she can be heard more easily later on. "If you don't mind me asking, where are we going to first?" She asked Sir Avery, looking up at the starkly taller male compared to her shorter height of 5'2".

Hananya Thirío
Hananya listened to what Avery had to say, causing her to growl in a disbelieving tone. She didn't have to do any of that?! Why dd they make her do it in the first place then!? Hananya threw her arms behind her head, reared her head back and let out a loud groan in frustration. If they were so sure she was able then why did they make her do the trial in the first place?! She shook her head, looking at Avery as he mentioned a feast. This news made the Kewan lick her lips at the thought of finally getting food. Although she could not help but feel more unsure. It had been a long time since she had eaten in company so her table manners were... lacking, to say the least. She would cross that bridge when she got there.

The Kewan had watched others do their trials, only a few succeeding. She could see that they were still rather alarmed by her presence, or totally ignored her. She didn't care for them. The cloaked stranger, Kai made her feel somewhat uneasy. She had seen how he watched her during her trial and she knew he was judging. It was like a sixth sense, to know what others are thinking. She looked to Eira who seemed to share her worries. She let the girl be close to her and did watch Kai closely. There was something about him that rubbed her the wrong way. She had seen his eyes and was not trusting of them. That cloak hid something. Her attention was taken from Kai back to Eira as she questioned Avery on what they were doing next. Han had the same question but did not feel like asking something already asked.

Avery started his brief, pacing the round table and looking at all gathered. Appointed Black Seraphs, knights, some of the better Paladins, Archers, and of course, this group of newcomers. "First, we're heading out to Corian Country. Kuflea (Cuff-lay-ah). It's been ruined by the magic seal." He pulled out a picture of a beast. "According to some text and drawings found in the Ancient Corian Archives, the Titan is named Amabalis. Made entirely out of plantlife, it's located in the place now known is the Fokirk Woods, at least to humans. It's not really located in Fokirk Woods as much as it IS the Fokirk Woods. We tracked down the sigil that far, but Ashlynn will get us to the actual place. The woods are MASSIVE."

Avery took a bite out of some bread and washed it down with water. "It shouldn't be all that hard to damage if we can get the water source down, as humanity does fire exceptionally well. A couple of ponds and a waterfall, as well as water creatures make it hard to damage with fire if we can't take them out. This may very well be our easiest Titan to defeat relative to the others."

Ashlynn walked into the conference room as Avery was giving the mission. "The Corian call this Titan Shimala... Meaning 'Nature's Life'" Ashlynn said as she explained the details that Avery Could not. "My tribe used to worship at his temple before my village was destroyed and I made the kingdom of Somber... Which we will have to pass through to get there unless you want to walk another five days..." Ashlynn looked around seeing no one arguing.
"This Titan granted us bountiful harvest and hunts... He has the power of nature, but that is his weakness." She then pointed to the nape of her neck. "Right here will be his weakest but most protected point. The Blue Ruby... We take that out, fire will be the end of him." she said as she looked around the room once more. "I have the kingdoms peace offering prepared for the road... Let us pray my absence has not affected the kingdom too much."

Kai looked at everyone who stood around the round table, he stayed in the back as he watched from quite of way. Listening to the girl speak he gained more knowledge on the titans. He wondered though why out of all titans nature was the easiest, if anything he thought it be a medium level based off the creatures that defend it and it's control of it's surroundings. Knowing this won't even be an easy battle based off that he was sure the titan would not be able to be surprised as it has vision of everything simply because it was nature. That girl who controlled the ice element would be useful if she could concentrate and muster enough strength to demobilize the titan. Kai was trying to analyze battle strategies based off everyone's test.

Ashlynn took over the travel briefing for the most part, as she knew her Kingdom better than any other. When she was done, he continued the combat part if the briefing. "Shimala is the name we'll use out of respect. Now, since Titans are massive, you can expect us to fight on 2 unconventional fronts. We'll call this the interior and the exterior. The interior is actually on the Titans body and the exterior is taking it on from outside the body. It's likely to be multiple towns and cities, as well as knights to take down any creatures who'll come to its defense on the exterior front. We'll be known as the Titan Defense Convoy, and we'll almost always be in the Interior Front, as we'll be trying to kill it from the inside."

He continued after a moment of silence. "This will be one of our easiest due to simple fact that we can approach easily. You can expect most others to have some form of magic or special gear to approach the rest. For example, expect the Titan of Fire to require anti fire gear lest you burn from getting too close and the Titan of Water to require naval combat. This is all speculation, but it's fairly logical in my mind."

He sighed at the conclusion. "Any questions? If not, we can arm up, board up and head out."

Eira had remained silent the entire time, listening to the plan and what they were to do first. Of course, the sound of meeting a Titan in person and having to attack it sounded incredibly overwhelming and even a little scary -scratch that, pretty scary actually- but Eira was calmer than she expected. After all, this is what she had signed up for, and she was used to seeing different beasts and monsters throughout her travels, so the thought of seeing a Titan was overwhelming, but not terrifyingly so. She glanced around the room to see if anyone had any other questions to ask, still remaining silent herself as she didn't have any more to ask; now getting up and ready to follow after Sir Avery once the group heads out.

Meanwhile, in her head, Eira thought up of what she could do against this Titan. Immobilizing it completely was downright impossible with how massive the creature was, but for a small amount of time was doable, although it would nearly drain 3/4ths of her mana with how thick the ice would have to be, how much ground she would have to cover, and how cold she would have to make the ice in order to immobilize the Titan for at least a minute or two at very best. It was better than nothing though, and that's what she hoped to do -well that and test out this bow that she picked up. Since it didn't have arrows yet had the magic runes carved into it, Eira assumed that she would be making arrows out of her own ice magic, which would be rather helpful in the long-run, but first things first, she was going to have to practice using it in order to know her capabilities.

Upon entering the large room, Hananya looked around as she saw some of the others at the table including knights, Paladins and Archers. A few looked at her then looked at each other like they couldn't believe what they were looking at. Han tried to ignore them as she sat at the table... or tried to. After a few failed attempts to get comfortable in her seat, she just sighed and stood up as Avery spoke of what their mission involved.

Upon hearing where they were going, Han's ears flicked back and forth. Fokirk Woods? She could have sworn she had heard that name before somewhere. She had never been there before, and Marian had never mentioned it but she was almost certain she had... been there before. She had not heard of that particular Titan before. She took a piece of meat and tore at it, not paying attention to the fact that she was in company. She was too hungry to notice it. As both Avery and Ashlynn talked about the mission itself and the Titan, Hananya tried to think of where she had heard it before. And how they were going to take this thing down. Hananya herself did not have any use of magic, as far as she knew. Well... she would figure that out. As Avery questioned on if there were any questions, the Kewan simply frowned. She had a lot, really but... Nobody else had asked so she wouldn't. The only reason she was doing this in the first place was for Marian. And that was it. "I wonder if you use your brain as much as you use your muscle." Kai said to her quiet enough only she could hear. He was leaning against the wall peacefully, Kai understood his whereabouts. He was generally bored and decided to pick on the rather.. primal one in the bunch.

"Let's head out then to the convoy." Avery said in conclusion. He walked out and outside to the back of the knight's grounds. He was anxious to get going. This was only the 1st leg of a fairly long journey, not really to Kuflea, but this Titan journey as a whole. He was a leader and had not only the lives of this convoy, but pretty much the fate of magic as a whole resting on his shoulder as the leader. "Everyone choose a horse and let's go. Following Avery towards the horse stables, Eira looked around at all the different breeds and got pretty nervous as she had never ridden a horse before -well no, that's a lie. She hasn't ridden a horse in a fairly long time...really long actually. It took her a minute to find a horse she was comfortable with, which just so happened to be a charcoal grey mare with black hooves, mane, and black spots further closer to the back of the horse. It was calm and even nudged Eira's hand gently, almost encouraging her to get on. Once she did, it took her another minute or so to steady herself but eventually got the hang of things and started trotting around in wait for everyone else to find a horse. As she waited, Eira couldn't help but think as to how Hananya was going to get on a horse that could carry her size and weight, eventually spotting the Kewan further back and offering a small smile in case the other met her gaze.

Hananya had heard the man's snarky comment, causing her to pause in her eating to glare at him. "Ye'd better be as good with yer brain as ya are with yer fecking mouth!" She growled back, low enough just so he could hear her. She then saw as the group were starting to leave. Finishing her meat, the Kewan followed them, keeping further back. As they entered the stable, the strong scents of horse dung, hay and dust attacked the Kewan's senses, making her shake her head. She noticed the younger girl, Eira giving her a quick smile. Hananya gave her a small smile back but she really didnt see how she could ride any of these horses. She simply sighed "...I'll walk." She said to Avery. She had a big stride and good stamina, she could just as easily walk with the group. Also, she had never actually ridden a horse. The only time she saw a horse was when she was... eating it. Kai listened to the Kewan as he got a response out of her, mission accomplished. Kai chuckled to himself until he watched the group leave to the stable as he followed behind everyone. Noticing the smile towards the beast like human Kai took note to their forging bond. Listening to the Kewan mention of her abilities to keep up with the group. Something about her gave laughter to Kai, maybe because he never really liked her species as the males gave him problems. Since they are humanoid animals the males usually tried testing Kai for dominance which never worked in their favor which forged the emotions of dislike towards the race. Kai walked down the rows as he came eye to eye with a black horse.

The horse gave Kai the same look he gave it. "So you're my partner." It was like they understood each other on the spot. Love at first sight a person would naturally say. Kai reached his hand out to the animal as he looked at it gracefully. "Hakai." Kai said to the horse as his arm swung back to his side, he had officially gave the animal it's own name. A rather dark name for a creature like this, but it's appearance made up for it. Kai noticed the other horses getting a bad feeling about him when he was walking by as they would jump and scream. What about Kai gives everything that uneasy feel.

He looked at the palm of his own hand as a sigh blew through his lips. Flexing his hand as he watched softly. "If you seen what I have gotten myself into you might be surprised to know I only followed the path of darkness for so long. Mother.." Kai mentioned the term with a shaky feeling in his voice.

The only time she saw a horse was when she was... eating it. Sir Avery Valencia
Horse Stables

Avery looked back from his mount. "Nonsense Hananya. We have heavier cavalry for heavier units. No need to walk. Move into the next room." The heavier stables contained things like rhinos, war elephants, armored goats, armored lions and heavier animals like that.

He was at the head of the convoy and they were about to ride out of the city through the crowd gathered around for the king's speech

"It's been a week since my departure" A silver haired boy muttered, lying on the bed daydreaming, remembering how he departed, Esther chuckled before getting up, he heard a knock at the door and opened it, it was Ship's captain "Hero of Halasia, we're nearly approaching Wakefield's harbor" the Captain informed Esther, the youth sighed "Please stop calling me the Hero of Halasia, It's still embarrassing", Esther grabbed his bag and equipment, he wore his luxurious blue coat and walks to the Main Deck, the fresh smell of the sea, the bright glow of the sun, but with a bit of observation, Wakefield, the capital of the Country of Ishrion. The Ship stopped as it arrived at the harbor, Esther jumped down the ship and before his adventure starts, the Captain called out to him, "We're wishing you luck Hero of Halasia!" the Captain joyfully says with a hearty laugh, Esther just smiled as the ship departed back to the Kingdom of Halasia.

In Wakefield, Esther took his time wandering around the city and sightseeing which tire him out eventually and settled for a drink at a restaurant. "The drink is also wonderful" he stated, he sips his drink again before pondering what he is gonna do next.

Eira was about two to three horses back from Sir Avery, residing closely in the center as she waited for everyone to get ready. In the meantime, she figured she may as well bond with her horse, stroking the mane lightly and smiling at how sweet the mare was acting. Although she did have to calm her horse down when the hooded figure -Kai- moved past them; her horse let out a distressed whine until Eira calmed her back down. "It's alright," she spoke softly, stroking the horse's mane until it calmed back down again, now just waiting patiently along with Eira for when they could finally set off on their adventure.

Hananya listened to Avery as he insisted that she had a mount of her own. The Kewan did what he said and went into the next room to see what they had to... compensate for her height. She looked around the room, eyeing the animals one by one until one caught her eye. A huge tiger-like creature with long sabre like fangs and tack.

Hananya looked the tigress in the eye, who met her gaze. Hananya growled lowly under her breath ("Are we going to get along here?) To which the tigress chuffed stoicly in response ("Depends... You'd better not push me, beast.") which made Hananya growl as she grabbed the reins and took the tigress with her. "Call me a fecking beast, why don't ya..." She grumbled, to which the tigress growled in a rhythm as if laughing mockingly. Hananya had glanced at the name on the tigress's nameplate: Zaynep. Mounting the tigress, she could feel her breathing beneath her. The feeling of riding another creature was strange and alien to the Kewan. She allowed Zaynep to follow the others, who were all on horses. She could sense Zaynep's gaze on the horses and knew what she was thinking. She decided to keep to the outside of the group, hoping to deter the tireless from her temptations.

Ashlynn mounted the horse beside Avery's horse. She looked behind her to see everyone else preparing to embark. She never thought that she would be the one to help bring the Titans down. Never even thought she would have been captured because of the Titans.

Esther thought of exploring the city again, he asked a guard for directions and found out the castle is not far away from here, as he walked to the castle, most homes in this area are high-class, nobles with frilly clothes, large sized houses, carriages, and such. Esther seems to blend in and did not catch any attention, except for curious women who he seems to disregard. Eventually, he arrived and saw a bunch of people preparing just at the entrance of a stable, he quickly assumed that they must be preparing to find a Titan which gave him the idea to ask them but, he became a bit nervous as he's not really used to talking to strangers, he took his time, tapping his foot on the ground while thinking of how he can ask them.
