Futuristic Those That are Hunted

Larassa raised an eyebrow at Rosalyn and then decided against responding to that question. Speaking over the coms to Amelie, Larassa said, "She says that it'll be permanent." Regarding Rosalyn again, Larassa then asked her, "Would you be able to erase a person's existence from his mind as well? Specifically, the rebellion leader?"

Rosalyn faltered at that. She wanted to correct Larassa that that stupid child was not a rebellion leader but decided against it. "Erasing people from someone's memeories is very difficult and would need to be done in sessions. That would take weeks....." Plus she's only done that one other time and she really didn't want to do something like that to the boy. It'll put more stress kn his body as well as hers.

Larassa simply nodded at Rosalyn, only caring that it'd take too long to do such a thing to Hayden. Unless they managed to keep him imprisoned after making him forget about his Gift. Then they'd have the ample time to do such a thing. Speaking over her coms to Amelie once more, Larassa added, "She can only erase Kytha from Hayden's memories in multiple sessions, spanning over several weeks. Unless we could detain Hayden after making him forget his Gift, we'd be unable to do such a thing to him." Looking back at Rosalyn for what felt like the hundredth time, Larassa then said, "Well, for now, we wait. Not much else to do just yet."

Piper began spitting flames on Hayden. Luckily, he had enough time to slide and dodge away from the fire. The piranha tentacles started to grow from his back again, and from that, while Piper had her head lowered as she was breathing fire, Hayden took this chance to use his tentacle to bite and cling on Piper's snout as he swung himself towards Piper's eyes. He began clenching his right fist to charge up liquid blood poison. Charging up blood poison usually takes 10 seconds before it can shoot out of Hayden's hands perfectly and effectively. But at this rampage state, he was surprised he only took a mere second to produce the acidic blood and finally, he releases the substance and it comes flying towards Piper's left eye, hoping it would hit.

Piper's torrent of flames abruptly ended, as she felt something bite onto her snout. Enraged, Piper shrieked and then shook her head to get whatever it was off of her, only to shake her head in the direction of Hayden's blood poison attack. Piper didn't see the poison until it was too late, as it struck her left eye and instantly, Piper felt the sharp and unforgettable pain, as she felt like her eyeball was on fire from within. Roaring in both anger and pain, Piper lurched backwards, and then swung her right talon at Hayden, hoping to at the very least daze him so she could try to get rid of this agonizing fire within her left eye.

She looked at him. "Go get him. I will help toron. We will meet in the hall ok?" She them put her brothers arm over her shoulder. He placed the tray on the ground and grabbed the water. "You ready?" "I think so." At that she began lifting him to his feet. He almost fell but she held on tight. "I've got you. Don't worry. Just try to take a step." Slowly they began walking out the door. The footsteps small and careful.

Tucker nodded at Kytha and then in a flash and blur, Tucker appeared in the cell of the young agent from before. Grinning, Tucker continued to vibrate his body at high speeds, making him look like some indiscernible figure in the darkness of the cell. Speaking while vibrating, resulting in a distorted tone, Tucker then said to the agent, "Exit this cell now. You are to aid us in retrieving a small dragon from the labs as well as my friend's pet dog." Despite knowing he wouldn't follow through with any threats, he figured it wouldn't hurt to throw an empty one out there. Taking a step closer to the agent, Tucker then added, "Try anything funny and I'll put a fist through your heart, now move."

Once the young agent had entered the cell and locked the door behind his back, he stood in the corner and sat down. He could hear the voices of the rebellions in the hallway but paid them no attention. He was thinking he was completely safe here, that no one would come and look for him here, until a red blur in the shape of a human appeared in his cell, which caused him to scream out in surprise and shock. "Oh, Jesus Christ! Please don't kill me!" he pleaded, not even looking up at the figure but after hearing the threats, he quickly stood up and walked to the door. "Please, I'll do anything." he muttered and unlocked the door using his watch.

Vulcan pushed his way through the front door of the med hall, letting it close on itself. Then he shifted and now ran at a much higher speed towards the solitary confinement. He could see Piper struggling to stand her ground but he couldn't help her much at that point anyways. Their only real help could come from Toron and that mind gifted. Everything else was a waste of time and precious energy.

Tucker continued to vibrate his body to keep up the facade of being intimidating while he followed after the agent and soon saw Kytha helping Toron along in the hallway. Deciding to get the pets first, Tucker said to the agent, "Lead the way, agent. We're going to the labs first to get that dragon." He could see Kytha struggling a bit, but she wanted those pets so damn bad. He had to secure them first. Plus, they could help provide cover in the long run.

((Also, Hayden hasn't summoned any worms yet. Let's just assume that the agents are fleeing from the rampaging Hayden regardless))

Kytha and toron finally got out and were standing in the hall way. He was already much stronger than he should be thanks to that little tree. Toron opened his water and took a long drink. Drinking half of it at once. Now they just had to wait.

The little dragon continued to fly around searching for the dog. The barks were coming from another room she couldn't get in to. The human grabbed her leg somehow and she squealed before swivelling around and shooting a fireball at his hands. He let go and she hurriedly flew onto a beam and landed softly. She began growling and making tiny roars hoping to get one of the rebels attention if they were near.

The agent nodded and walked at a quick pace towards the door, unlocking it and holding it open for the rebels. He was so getting fired for doing this. But better lose his job that become minced meat.

Right at the moment in which the agent was opening the door, Vulcan charged into the solitary facility, digging his claws in the ground to make the turn and look at the rest of the group walking into the hallway towards the exit. "Kytha, we need to talk. Now." he barked at her and Toron impatiently.

Tucker nodded at the agent and then said, "Keep walking, agent. We need you to unlock the cages and any other doors that may stand in our ways." Yet, before Tucker could usher the agent to continue moving, Vulcan made his appearance, his claws scraping against the concrete floor when he skidded to a halt. Glancing at Vulcan, Tucker curiously wondered what was wrong. He then briefly wondered how Vulcan would react upon seeing Tucker as this distorted, blurry figure.

Hearing Vulcan, her head swung. "What is it?" She left Toron rested against a wall. She walked up to him. "What's wrong? We need to get going." Her arms crossed and she was staring hard. We don't have time for this.

Vulcan wasn't too bothered by her glare. He was talking fast. "Listen. There is a gifted prisoner who can change Hayden's memories. If this succeeded, he apparently won't remember anything from his gift, even having it in the first place. But that is going to take some time and she needs to get in close." he said loud enough so that Tucker and Toron especially could hear what he was saying. "Would Toron be able to create a force field to protect her for that time being?" he asked and looked at the teenager leaning against the wall.

She growled at this. "First, toron is weak, second, why would I ever help them when all they have done is harmed me and what I consider my family. Hayden may be a huge threat but he actually was faithful to me. If you are just asking this because you miss Amelie, it's not my problem. You aren't an agent. You are a rebel. They are your enemies. Now lets go. We need to leave." She walked back to her brother. "Plus, us helping them will result in us being stuck here again. I'm not giving up this opportunity." She began helping him walk again. He was already much better and almost ready to walk on his own.

Tucker was in front of Kytha in a flash, no longer vibrating himself, with his hands up in a defensive manner. "Ky, Hayden is going out of control out there. Not everyone who works at the agency is bad." Making a face, Tucker then added quickly, "I've actually seen some of the good agents before, okay? If Hayden kills everyone in this prison, he may very well end up killing more good than bad agents." Eyeing Toron warily, Tucker then added, "Besides, Toron's already looking much better. Seriously, we need to stop this before it ends with everyone around us dead. Killing people won't solve any of our problems, Ky. It won't solve any of mine, that's for sure."

"So you'll prefer letting a mass murderer kill everyone and everything in sight? Kytha, this is beyond you and him. We are talking hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Or not so innocent. But still. Do you know how many men and women I've met over those past couple of months that do this to either protect their families or that were taken from the slums and forced to do this? We are rebels! We are supposed to liberate those people, not murder them." he said, trying to keep a calm voice. "If we kill them, how does that make us any better from the government?"

"ENOUGH. I'd rather let him kill and escape than make him forget everything and be stuck in this damn place! I can't do it ok?" Kythas eyes were filled with tears. "Not after what he's done for me."

Tucker furrowed his brows at this, confused. He then shifted his gaze to Kytha's eyes before asking her, "What has he done for you that's worth it for you to let him kill hundreds of potentially innocent lives? Ky, he's only hurting everyone around you. He might even hurt someone you care about if you're not around all the time to keep him under check. You say that you can keep him under control, yet he's out there right now, killing more innocent lives." Tucker's gaze dropped to the floor now, as he added in a whisper, "If you won't do it for them, then do it for me, okay?"

"That's good I'll take what I can get." Amelie responded. "You, check how it's Going outside." The earth bender bodded. "The dragon and Hayden seem to be fighting again." Amelie wished she had a way of telling Piper help is kne the way but she didn't. "We will have to wait."

Rosalyn just watched Larassa, she was still a prisoner after all. After everything g was over she would still attempt to escape. At the moment it seemed that they were treating the shifter with respect, like she was a friend. That friend was going to help her with Hayden so maybe she will help her get away as well.

Vulcan lifted up his head high, took a step back and looked at Kytha, his eyes filled with disapproval. So this was how it was? He had to realize it sooner. This wasn't a plan for a revolution. Everyone was seeking their own goals. There were prisoners down there in solitary, people that fought to escape or were trying to organize a prison riot. And yet, she didn't even think of telling the agent to free those allies as well. She only cared about Toron. Toron and Hayden, now even Tucker. Vulcan snorted loudly before turning around and running through the exit, towards the middle of the plaza where Piper and Hayden were fighting. Piper looked as if she was in pain, striking at Hayden, who was now hardly recognizable with the blood armor covering his whole body. But how could be possibly reach him. He was dangling from her snout and Piper was huge. Vulcan could jump quite high but didn't want to risk getting hit by her wildly shaking head.

But then he saw him parting from her snout and flying towards her wing, a large blood scythe in his hands. He was going to literally rip her wing open and he could do nothing about it. But he would come loose from there eventually. He sprinted towards her wing, making small steps to keep himself agile and avoid her large wing if she decided to strike around with it. If he was lucky enough, he might just reach Hayden in time to grab him while he was sliding down.

Honestly, Vulcan didn't care one bit at that moment. He wanted him dead and gone. And if he was to perish in this fight, who would miss him, who would mourn him? He had lost the most precious thing in his miserable life - the woman he loved. And how could he think badly of her? It was him who betrayed her. And for what? Nothing. She deserved better than this. She deserved to be the next chief as well and she would be a good leader, without anyone to distract her.

Xander would probably miss him. They have known each other for, how long now, almost two months or something? A short time but they said real friends didn't need long to form a bond. He would get over it. Ivan... His father had always known that what his son was doing was dangerous and that it would some day cost his life. He knew exactly that some day his boy would find his match and had learnt to live with that thought.

Hayden barely dodged Piper's talon attack, the back dull sides of the talon hit Hayden in the lower chest, but he managed. He was still flying around Piper's body, unsure of where to strike. Until, Vulcan got his attention. The wolf was challenging him into a fight, it was as if he wasn't even siding with Kytha's rebel group the whole time. As his enemies began to show up, his objective was clearer now: Kill Vulcan, Piper, and Amelie. Then protect Kytha.

He formed a blood scythe and gripped it tightly as he glared at Vulcan. The piranha tentacle then lets go off Piper's snout, allowing Hayden to glide for a few seconds in the air and find a weakness. Spotting Piper's closed wings, Hayden grinned. Her wings were surely made of leather or any material that can possibly be ripped to shreds. But he wasn't sure, and it was time to find out. Hayden raised his scythe up high, aiming on Piper's wings. If it be successful, he would hit and cut Piper's wing and make Hayden slide down the wing while also ripping it apart with the scythe.

"Ma'am, there is a new person out there." ~Who the hell could be out there now?~ The man concentrated harder. Her could only tell where people were if they were on the ground now jumping in the air. "It was only for a few moments but it felt like Vulcan." "What?!" No. She didn't want him in this fight. Amelie would rather have him leave with the rebels not fight Hayden "He will get himself killed!" She stood up again and placed a hand on the ice. The two agents glances at each other and then her. "Please. If you put your dome down our chances of dying increase drasticlly." Amelie's was trying to think of a way to protect these two agents and get Vulcan but there was no way. She couldn't keep the dome up with her weapon out. She made her hand into a fist and punched the wall. "God damn it!" She pulled her fist back and looked at the dome. The was no damage to it. Looking back at her hand she saw the very thing layer of red ice on it. It was red because of the blood on her knuckles. The air bender moved to her side. "You need to be more careful." She glanced at him and sighed. "Yes, I know. I'm sorry."

Seeing Vulcan run out she screamed. "VULCAN!" Instantly she shifted wolf and sprinte after him. When she erupted out the doors and saw the scene, she froze. She knew what she had to do. She cared for him but this had gone to far. She shifted dragon and let out a bellowing roar. Kytha took flight her 50ft wingspan making small, powerful gusts as she soared towards Hayden. She out stretched her front claws in an effort to tackle him to the ground just hoping she is successful. "Hayden this is gone to far!"

Toron grabbed the wall when his sister let go. "Kytha stop you'll get yourself killed!" When she paid no head he pushed off the wall. "I will take care of her. Get any willing prisoners out of here if there are any. Then go save the pets. Don't worry. I won't let her die."

Cursing at Kytha's reaction to Vulcan sprinting away, Tucker was at Toron's side in a flash to make sure he didn't fall over. Making sure Toron wasn't going to fall over once he pushed off the wall, Tucker then nodded at his plan and turned to face that young agent, who was still nervously standing nearby. "Hey, agent, we're going to do some rounds in the cells. How does that sound?" Without skipping a beat, Tucker appeared at the agent's side, a hand on his shoulder to ensure he didn't try anything. Then again, Tucker had no idea what kind of Gift this agent had in hiding. Or if he was gifted at all.
