Futuristic Those That are Hunted

"ENOUGH!" Kytha screamed at everyone. "I'd watch your mouth larassa. One word I don't like and you'd be dead. I say that word, and all of you will be dead in 10 minutes at the most. Right now, even though we are small in numbers, we are stronger. So I suggest you obey his orders. Alright? Or I can just say the word. But then we'd be trapped forever." She began to stalk sadisticly towards the two. Her eyes burning with a flame. Her steps light, slow, and devilish. The way she walked was painfully slow and without words. Her hair covered one eye. "Don't test me." She spat as she came to a halt just in front of Hayden.

(Hey guys.? Mind if I make the dragon and dog somehow escape?)

Her little dragon meawhile was struggling under one of the doctors hands. It twited it's head and bit down right on his hand making the human yelp in pain. It flew out and began to fly towards the exit when it remembered the dog.

When Kytha started walking, Vulcan followed and stopped somewhere between her and Hayden, watching Amelie and no one else. His eyes were pleading her to do them this one last favor. To do it for him although he was starting to doubt she would ever do anything in his favor. She tried to basically have him killed but that for some reason didn't make him hate her. He felt betrayed and heartbroken but there was no hate. He still loved her, no matter how she felt about him. And in that moment, if she was to try anything stupid, try to attack someone or give such an order, he would be near enough to stop any further actions before anyone could get hurt. This could end in everyone's favor... or in a disaster - one just like the many others they had experienced already.

Tucker remained back with Richter, still warily watching him to make sure he didn't try anything. He could hear Kytha's rage past Richter and Tucker desperately wanted to be at her side for her protection, but he didn't trust Richter to just sit still and wait about idly. Still, Tucker used his peripherals to watch Kytha, ready to move her out of harm's way in a flash.

Larassa snarled at Kytha and then sadistically smiled down at her before saying, "I don't take orders from you, child. I saw your childish actions during that failed escape attempt of yours. After nearly finishing the deed of killing some of the agents here, you broke down and cried like a little child. You're pitiful." She snarled that last bit, practically egging Kytha on. Raising an eyebrow at the girl, who now stood between her and Hayden, Larassa then crossed her arms over her chest and said, "I could kill you with the flick of my finger, girl. If I were you, I'd back off and let the adults speak."

Amelie didn't feel threatened by Kytha, after all they were able to take her down before, but some of her soldiers thought otherwise. She noticed Vulcan walking with Kytha and felt a pain in her chest. Seeing him by her side reminded her of the day she first met him. So much has happened between them since that day. Seeing the pleading look in his eyes, she looked away and gripped the hilt of her sword. Amelie didn't know what to do. She could just let the dragon and them go, but if she didn't mostly everyone here would be killed. Her head was spinning and she was happy her weapon didn't give her away for once. She could feel the light headedness come back again but faught against it. ~Not now.~ Her armor thickened as the cold felt nice. Hearing Larassa beside her she smirked. Man was she happy that woman was on her side. "Or we keep the dragon, Hayden can stay with us and you all can go." People wouldn't like that but as long as she had Hayden and the dragon it didn't matter and with the dome up it wasn't like Tucker could race back in and take others. Plus the one actually killing peolle would be back in their hands. "I'll even throw in the dog."

What was she thinking making that offer? No walls could contain Hayden, definitely not these here. And Kytha wouldn't rest until she got him back. What was she even trying to achieve? He would kill them all, force her to open the dome and then kill her as well. "No." he growled a made a small step towards her. He had noticed her armor thickening and her hands gripping the hilt of the sword. Whatever she was planning, it wasn't going to lead to anything good.

Amelie's eyes met Vulcan's. She needed to end this soon. She could feel the tension rising and believed thst someone might accidently fire at them. That and she didn't know how long she would be able to last in the fight. Amelie would refuse to fight Vulcan. The only time they had was when he wanted to fight her wolf and she wanted to keep it that way. She had no response to what Vulcan said but her eyes never left his. Amelie had her reasons for making that offer. She fully believed someone made a mistake and that was the only reason Hayden is here now and if they were able to get him back in she would personally over see his prison sentence.

Kytha just laughed. "How sad. You both think you're threats will work or your stupid offers which keeps my dragon? HA! Now that is pitiful. I guess there are just too many freaks and too little circuses hey larassa? The only reason I am talking like an idiot is so you may actually understand me. I'm sorry dear but those insults won't work. I'd have to actually give a flying shit first. The only reason you aren't both already split in half is because I don't want two of each of you around. So why don't you obey like the good little lap dogs you are for your precious leaders and do as we say this time. Or do I have to tighten that chain so your heads pop off?" She snarled. "Someone get these cuffs off me."

Larassa's expression didn't change once, as she listened to Kytha and then replied, "Bite me." She was amazed that this teen seemed to think she held so much power in this moment. She was probably one of the weaker Gifteds in the world and yet, she actually thought she held so much power that she could just boss around the future Chief and the agency's best interrogator and torturer to this date. Honestly, it was rather ridiculous. Either way, even if Amelie told her to, Larassa would sooner punch a fiery hole through Kytha's chest then take any orders from the girl. If she didn't have the guts to finish the job when she had the chance, then she was in no position to be any kind of leader.

She smiled. "I'd love to. Once I can get these cuffs off, turn into a dragon and take off your whole arm. Then I'd take you into your own lair and torture you like you did to hundreds maybe thousands of people. Oh how I'd love to see you suffer. Alas, no one will take off the cuffs. Maybe I will just have to cut off your head with a knife. You'd be prettier without it." She stepped closer again. She looked on. "Maybe I can kill all of you. Then I'd have an unlimited watch supply."

(You guys still okay if I continue with making my pets escape?)

Larassa looked down at Kytha with a raised eyebrow, saying, "That's a lot of empty threats that I'm hearing, honestly. You should practice in the mirror with more legitimate threats, girl." She wasn't buying anything the girl said, mostly about her killing or mining Larassa. Honestly, Larassa would love more than anything to see Kytha try such a thing. Larassa would electrocute holes into her supposedly fire-proof dragon body before she ever got close. And if she tried to bite on Larassa's arm, well, she'd either get a nice surprise of electricity lacing her through her jaw and head, or possibly blue fire that would burn straight through her jaws and down her throat. That'd sure be a disappointing way to go.

(I mean, I don't know why they'd be in a position to escape in the first place. Everyone should've been evacuated to safe places at this point, so neither of them would've been getting handled at the moment. Just pulling out the logic in this moment)

"Remember when I asked for your opinion? Me either. Why don't you go run off and interrogate someone in another country. Or you can stop acting like you know everything. Unless your name is google. Oh wait, it isn't."

Larassa chuckled at Kytha and then said, "You have spunk, I'll give you that, kid. And why should it matter if I know everything. Nobody does. Though, I can bet I know far more than you do." Larassa was finding herself wholly amused by this conversation with Kytha. It could be seen as perhaps a heated argument from anyone else's point of view, but Larassa's heart rate hadn't spiked once throughout the whole...debate. She still felt calm as ever, even as calm as she had felt when Vulcan had attempted to escape earlier. Such a feeble and humorous attempt, too. The stab wound from the knife in her leg had already healed at this point though.

Kytha just smiled. "I've had enough of this. Anyone want to shoot her? Or do I have to do it." She walked back to Tucker's side. "Or you could run up to her and cut her head right off her neck with my knife."

Tucker frowned down at Kytha and said softly, "What's killing her got to do with anything here, Ky? Killing her won't get us anywhere and will only initiate a fight, leading to chaos and then most likely everyone dead around us." His expression softened and then Tucker added in a whisper, "I don't know about you, Ky, but I don't see us living contently in a world razed by Hayden's bloodthirst..." He trailed off after saying this, his brows furrowing slightly in thought. While Kytha had been bickering like a little kid with one of the most dangerous Gifteds out there, he'd come to the realization of just how unhinged Hayden was. At Kytha's word, he'd kill everyone in this area without a second thought, or even any remorse. The man was mad, and somehow Kytha saw herself standing at his side. Yet, Tucker didn't see himself standing near Kytha if Hayden was there.

Larassa frowned at Kytha's suggestion and crossed her arms over her chest, fully knowing that nobody was going to do anything to her.

Amelie let them have their conversation but once Kytha walked back over to Tucker Amelie lifted her sword up and pointed it at her. I wouldn't do that if I where you. You still have your cuffs on. So what if your friends manage to kill us all and escape. There is no person on this planet who could get you out of those things unless they are an agent. And I wouldn't try Vulcan's. His got deactivated the moment he smashed the first camera." No agent would dare take those cuffs off of her. In fact if they saw her roaming the streets with then on they'd go strait for her. Amelie sighed. "You know, for Vulcan's sake I was going to start being nice to you. I let you keep your dog and dragon but that got turned against me real fast so they had to go. And then before Vulcan turned rogue I was going to let you back into a normal cell. I could have done much worse things to you. For instance I could have sent Larassa in to torture you, but I didnt. My kindness got turned on me and I won't make the same mistakes twice." Her eyes narrowed. She was trying her hardest not to make the first move but she was making it hard.

Hayden smiled at Kytha's order to attack. Strangely, his piranha tentacles began laughing like a real person. Hayden laughed so hard, his head was lowered to conceal the bloodthirst in his eyes. Suddenly, he grew sharp fangs in his mouth, like a real vampire. His right hand transformed into large blood spike and the ice shard in his knee was manually removed by a tentacle. Hayden grinned with a continuous chuckle, "Who wants to play?"

Larassa regarded Hayden calmly, seemingly not fazed by his transformation one bit. Raising an eyebrow, Larassa then said evenly, "I'm not sure if I understand how this is considered playing." She could feel the intense urge to shift and fight with Hayden, but Amelie hadn't given the order yet. So...nobody moved a muscle and Larassa continued her agonizing wait for the order to fight back.

Seeing Hayden getting ready to make his move, Tucker then looked at Kytha with a worried expression, saying quickly, "Ky, it doesn't have to be this way. Please, don't let him kill so many innocents." Despite the hardships the government had put Tucker through, he knew from experience that most of the agents and guards here had been forced to work here. It was hard to find any that were successfully brainwashed into thinking this place was the right choice or that its way of thinking was right. If Hayden lashed out at everyone around him, he'd end up killing more innocents, who were simply following orders, than he'd be killing actual bad guys or girls.

Kytha snarled. "Hayden not yet. Our aim is the entire government not these idiots." Her attention end turned to Amelie. "You turned it against yourself twice Amelie. Not me. And that is complete bull crap. You'd have left me there to rot. I did that to save myself. You really thought solitary would make me nice? I was going to stop. Leave everyone alone and stop fighting you. You doing that merely infuriated me. How dare you think you are the good guy working here. Vulcan was the only one I had considered family. And you took him from me. I sought out to kill you but didnt. Because he loves you. You put a chain around his neck and it finally snapped. This is what happens because of the government. If the government wasnt here, you'd still be together."

A small crack formed in Amelie's armor, it was barely visable. Only a person who knee what to look for would see it. Seeing Hayden transform, Amelie to a step back. She liked having range and her claymore gave her it. "You have no idea what you're talking about!" She yelled out. The image of her father flashed through her mind. ~No that wasn't my fault.~ "You put me through hell. My career was going wonderfully until you came along and ruined everything and the only good thing that came out of it is gone as well and guess whose fault it was? Yours." Amelie took a momoment to calm down and then lowered her voice, looking at Larassa. "I know you're itching for a fight Larassa, but we aren't going to make the first move." In a fight like this, Amelie never made the first move. Before she was sent out onto the field she served in the defense unit, protecting the important people of the agency. I is where she learned how to make her armor, which has saved her life more than once. She learned how to improve the durability of her wolf companion and her shields. The defense unit motto was "A person's offense is only as good as their defense." She mummbled.

Hayden obeyed Kytha's orders. What irritated him was that the suggested order came from the speed bender that tried to keep protecting Kytha as if she was his girlfriend. Hayden knew he was the only one who had the right of being concerned at Kytha like that. He gave the speed bender a glare as if saying, "She's already mine."

Larassa looked between Kytha and Amelie while they spoke, but ultimately kept her mouth shut. She didn't know the history between the two, so it wasn't exactly her place to add a tidbit. After all, Amelie still wanted Larassa to stand down and wait. As annoying as those orders were.

Tucker regarded Amelie carefully while Kytha spoke, but when Kytha was done and seemingly very angry, Tucker began to worry a bit that high emotions would make Kytha make a bad call in the end. Yet, he had no idea how to calm her in this moment. There was too much at stake and one wrong move could send Hayden into kill mode. That was the last thing Tucker wanted. He wouldn't be able to save everyone if it came to that, though he'd do his best at getting as many people out of the dome as possible. Suddenly, Tucker's thoughts were interrupted, as he felt someone watching him. Looking around, Tucker's eyes soon landed on Hayden, who was glaring at him for some unknown reason. Blinking, Tucker furrowed his brows in response, as he was confused about why Hayden was glaring at him. Did he do something wrong?

When Kytha left them, Vulcan stayed where he was. He wasn't particularly happy about having to be near Hayden but he had to keep an eye on Amelie. Stop a foolish action or protect her from someone's foolishness. When she lifted up her sword and pointed with it at Kytha, he bared his teeth and the fur on his back stood up, tail raised slightly to indicate dominance and aggression. He still believed there was a way for them to make peace, to unite, to stop this fight that has continued for generations. Gifted would always try and fight the oppression, fight for their rights. They were handled worse than animals. As if they weren't even human but beasts and demons. People were afraid of them because that's what the government wanted them to think - that everyone possessing a power was a criminal, a monster, something that had to be caged, in chains, or eliminated. And gifted like Hayden only made things worse. How was society not supposed to fear gifted when there was this one who murdered thousands without even a single thought of the consequences. "Take the cuffs off, Amelie." he said with a low growl in his voice.

Larassa glared at Vulcan when he told her to take the cuffs off of Kytha. "What, so that child can then let her demon pet" she gestured at Hayden "kill hundreds more? Do you seriously believe that working alongside that thing is going justify anything you all do now?" Larassa still held some hate for Hayden after he killed countless of their agents and guards. If there was only good quality in Larassa, then it was her loyalty to those she worked with. And Hayden had killed a few agents she'd known over the years, so now she had it in for him. He wasn't going anywhere with that freak show of a rebellion group.

(@ProxCnC Hey, what's happening outside with Rosalyn and Piper? We're waiting on you to make a move there)

"Do you seriously believe these walls can hold him?" he growled at Larassa now. Cataracta couldn't, so what would this little facility do. Hayden was pumped up with energy harvested from the many he had killed to even come here. Handcuffs wouldn't work on him now and if he could penetrate the barrier, which was made of meters of the strongest metals known to man, then what would a small cell do. "I thought you were cleverer than this, Larassa." He then turned his gaze back to Amelie. He knew she was aware of that fact so what was she trying to achieve? Get herself and everyone here killed? That would be the first thing that would happen.
