Fantasy The True Strength of The Warrior

Adrian cringed, letting go ow his blades. "Whatever you say..." He muttered, crossing his arms oher his chest.

Adrian tensed again, ready to spring to action. "What is this, a family reunion...?" he muttered angrily. Just in case, he slipped his finger into his sleeve and looped it around a dagger, ready to defend himself.

She slid onto her bed, sitting rather distressed. She placed her palm over her face as tears began to slide down through her fingers, "Can you both, please... stop being so barbaric!? I really... Cannot handle this..."

Artorias sighed, "Someone from our past came back, how about you come in and see?"

( I might not respond as much, tablet got taken away. So I have a old computer that works half the time, and only can be used through the week for about 3 hours and 30 minutes a day. )

Adrian spread his legs slightly, grounding himself, ready to bolt for the window. He may be able to easily evade the knight, but Isaac would be harder to deal with, especially if they came at him at once.

"I haven't gone anywhere, brute" he spat, picking up his mask and slipping it into his pack. "I'm offended you have such a low opinion of me. If i wanted to leave, you wouldn't have known until I was gone."

Isaac was quite angry that Adrian came back, especially since he tried to kill him but he kept calmed and asked Adrian "What do you what and why are you here?"

"Cool it, hotshot. I didn't want to see any of you again. And I'm not here to be questioned by the troublesome trio" he said sarcastically. "I happened upon this house while working a job, and one thing led to another... poof. I'm here, and the angel doesn't want me to leave." Adrian sighed, shaking his head.

Adrian laughed. "Oh, i would leave. But the couple is keeping me here against my will. I could easily escape the knight, but im not sure if my speed can compare to the chosen of Myran. So, ask away kid. I've got nothing to hide... well, other than about a dozen weapons. But that's inconsequential at the moment."

"Keep dreaming, its good for you" he said, leaning against the wall. He turned his head to Artorias. "So, why do i have to stay here? Is it my company that pleasurable?"

"Oh, this isn't a contest of measuring d-" he stopped himself, forcing a calm demeanor. "You wont believe me. I never had any intention of hurting you" Adrian answered, crossing his arms. "Keep up that superior attitude, and i might change my mind." He looked the trio over, assessing each person's strengths and weaknesses by observation.

The knight would go out of his way to protect Christina, but his armor would way him down. Christina was pregnant, but he was sure that wouldn't lower her skills in a fight. Isaac looked like he got stronger all around. But his biggest advantage was that no one knew how he'd changed. They didn't seem to recognize his mask, which symbolized who he had become, so they would underestimate him.

"Some of us aren't born perfect. I was cursed the moment i was born to be incapable of standing the sight of blood. It drives me crazy. So when Christina was publicly executed... you get the point. I have grown beyond that hindrance quite a bit, but it can still weaken me at times."

"You're right I don't believe you, but all that's in the past so I forgive you." Isaac said, he wasn't one to hold a grudge even though what he did was very important. @Rook

Adrian scoffed, easing into a wooden chair. He wasn't afraid of them attacking him at this point, but he had to keep up the attitude. It was the only thing keeping him calm at the moment, which was literally a lifesaver for him. With a grunt, he pulled his pack to his feet and began running his hand through it, searching for a peace offering he had found during his travels.

With a content grunt Adrian pulled a sheathed blade, about a foot in length, beautifully crafted for some royal official he had been set on. The blade wasn't flashy, with jewels and gold built in the pommel, but rather it was made of wood. Its handle was sanded and smoothed, carved to resemble vines, and the blade was slightly wavy- perfect for cutting through thin armor. He placed it on the table, offering it to the rogue. "Here, kid. Saw it and thought of you. No returns, though," he said, closing his pack.

"Of course. Anything to make me less of a psycho killer" Adrian laughed, rubbing his forehead. "Now, from the frying pan to the fire. What do i have to do to prove to you that I'm not here to murder all of you?" He asked, turning to the knight.
