Fantasy The True Strength of The Warrior

Christina's spirit returned to the great hall with a fragment of the Lord of Corruption, her figure knelt before Myran as she presented it. 'VERY GOOD MY CHILD...' Myran's form was passed the fragment as a bright light began to surround Christina. She quickly found herself returned to her human form, her flesh, her body... well, something was different, she looked over her shoulder and saw massive feathery wings, hers... she moved them a few times, rather enjoying the feel as she then folded them up, her body was bare as she knelt down before the Goddess, "Thank you... Thank you Myran..."

'NO.... NOT SO FAST...' Myran spoke sincerely, 'YOU ARE NOW MY CHAMPION, YOU MUST WEAR THE ARMOR OF SUCH...' She then allowed Christina to be filled with light again as magnificent, sparkling silver, ornate armor appeared on her body. She wore a full breast-plate, articulate pauldrons, thigh-high boots, and had a waist-cape covering the back half of her. She felt magnificent. "They're beautiful... thank you..." She felt another warmth from her hand blossom as a legendary looking blade that was incredibly decorated form in her hand, it was lighter than her old one, shiny, had a hilt made of gold, and bore new language on it, 'Myran guide us all to a haven.' To add more to it, it was longer than the other, and much sharper. She knelt once more, accepting the gifts honorably.

(Ok) Isaac soon realized he wasn't there so he began following the blood trail that was left coming to a field he once again called out "Artorias?"

(HEHEHEEHEHEHEEHEHEHEEH #100 ON EVERY STAT! JK, but seriously, after this fragment of the story, everyone who has posted at least 50 times in this thread will gain an extra ten points to assign to their skills, and update their character description.)

Artorias looked around, confused "Hello?" He normally would shut up until he's sure it's not an enemy, yet at this point, how many allies does he actually have?

(Well, crap. Im not sure if I've done 50... If Mikhail fights her, ill have to use his full strength, but still make him realistic. Crap again.)

Artorias groaned, "What, are you here to attack me like Adrian?" He stood up, hands on his greatsword, her sword on his back. "Well, come at me."

( I'm quite sure I've had fifty posts. )

"Adrian attacked you?" he asked "Why and why would you think I would attack you?" he didn't quite understand what he was talking about (I started posting around the same time as Artorias.)

You have. Let's just make that everyone who makes it through the first adventure... alive.

"Because I left her execution, and because I abandoned my country" Artorias shook his head, muttering. "I just assumed that you would agree with him. Or at least hit me for abandoning her during her execution."

It began to rain again, it started out light, but soon grew to a heavy downpour.

"It was to hard for you to watch a good friend die and if he can't understand then he might as well not have a heart." he said "So no I won't hit you." he said as a downpour began to start.

Artorias looked up at the rain, sighing as the rain started again, smiling "Thanks for understanding Issac, at least I know someone else understands."

The necklace Sif had given Artorias began to become warm as it glowed softly against his armor.

About 3 knights were saddled up, riding with Mikhail. Adrian was inspecting the sword the knights had given him- it was a tick sword, heavier on the end to break through weaker armor. He knew he wouldn't be a good fighter in his condition, so he pulled out a root from his bag. It looked just like any plant root, but it had incredible effects on his mind. It would make him less susceptible to pain, allowing him to fight, even if it hurt to walk.

Mikhail looked up as the rain began. Heavy drops began to fall on his helmet. He sighed- rain and armor didn't mix. They had followed the tracks up until this point, but with the rain, they began to disappear.

Artorias looked confused, bringing his armored hand up to the necklace, feeling the warmth through his armor, a sense of peace came over him, this warmth so familiar, yet unknown to him, a hazy memory of something he thought he knew.

Artorias shook his head, chuckling, "You can go ahead and find somewhere to take shelter in, the knights might be after me as we speak, I doubt you want to be around here for that."

( gotta go eat, brb )

(Just so you know, Adrian is kind of unstable- he's insane. Blood does that to him. Thus, his random betrayal, and becoming an antagonist.)
