The human population is what we have in panorama city as such killing is forbidden. Even to heroes. If you look in the laws you will see that the law pertaining to killing is not covered by the hero exemption law. So to clarify you cannot kill a villain, if you do you will be arrested.

Monsters are fair game feel free to really cut loose on them, they are deadly and often times will survive a lot more then it looks like they will. Never let your guard down.​

I like Cassidy, she's basically the light version of my own raven twins. Copper heroes have 30 skill points. And the graduation ceremony is a annual celebration a lot of people show up as do many heroes.

You can use dr. Hearth or you can make your own NPC.

Or use Dr. Gardner

Dude with portal generation powers and a genius IQ. Works in the Research and development as the 17th Gold tier hero. His portal abilities could effectively cancel out the possibility of collateral damage. She has an outburst he sends her to the outskirts of the city.

Joseph will not be joining you guys. How you get there is up to you all there is an old office building in X District that was condemned years ago.

Ok you guys im about to blow your minds.

So for lols i calculated Joseph vecna up to 100ppm. Now i never intend for him to reach this level in story it was just for giggles but here is is.

Strength from a starting point of 200lbs raises to 1.26E29 tons.
That's 12,600,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 for those who don't speak calculator gibberish (many of the zeros aren't infact zeroes but my calculator gave up.) [thats enough to lift over 10,000 earths!!!]

Speed wise its no better
Starting at 10mph and gaining 25% per each ppm. His speed at 100ppm comes out to 49,012,162,983 MPH! For comparison that is Mach 63,878,709. Or 73x Light speed.

Reflexes dropped to such a small fraction of a nanosecond that the calculator didn't work anymore but he could literally snag light particles out of their stream. Light itself would seem to move slow.


Again he will NEVER reach these levels in story i just thought it was rather interesting that the climb was so drastic.

Its actually bothering because the intend was to create a character whose growth would be easy to quantify. But by 20ppm he is lifting 100,000 tons and moving at mach speeds.

This is a problem as it makes his growth far too much. As such i am gonna retract Joseph. Instead of replacing him with another rookie im going to leave the roster as is without him. I will instead focus more on the storyline for the others.

I think you could just add diminishing returns to his rate of growth. His power currently grows linearly, but you could change it to be logarithmic so it approaches a limit.

Yes and no. Its not full body holograms like in star wars. But holographic keyboards and such like from iron man do exist. Unfortunately it is by no means portable. Its like a large table you can erect hologram maps on.

Also side note. You all may want to check with Dr.Hearth before you head out. Investigation is a part of heroics and you don't want to be caught flat footed.
