Xander is fairly easygoing except where it comes to his work. He is sympathetic and kind to those working in his department as long as they are honestly doing their best and not being lazy or intentionally slowing down production. He is very sociable; the kind of person who will meet a stranger in a coffeeshop, strike up a conversation with them, and have invited them to a dinner party at his house within ten minutes of their first meeting. He enjoys managing people and making sure that jobs get done correctly, but after years of becoming accustomed to having such authority on a daily basis, he doesn't take it well when other people step in and try to take his job. Outside of work he can usually catch himself doing this and stop, but it has become somewhat ingrained in him. P E R S O N A L I T Y : Mike is smart, and confident. He considers himself a "self-made", having come from a lower class memory and paid his own way through college. He also has a very competitive edge to him, something that can sometimes get him into trouble. But the combination of intelligence, competitiveness, and confidence is what led to him entering one of the most difficult majors at his college.


L I K E S : Michael enjoys physical fitness. When he isn't working or studying, he's almost always in the gym. Michael also loves sports and, (due to his medical major) has gained a lot of interest in the medical field.


D I S L I K E S : Michael doesn't like to feel useless. He's the kind of guy that always has to be doing something productive. So being unable to do something useful always pisses him off. Also, he isn't a big fan of people who have it easy. As someone who's had to work very hard to achieve what he has, he can't stand someone who's taken shortcuts in order to achieve.


F E A R S : Michael has always been claustrophobic, which makes plane rides tough for him. The only other real fear he has is of drowning, due to an almost-drowning in a pool when he was a child.


S T R E N G T H S : Michael is fairly knowledgeable in the medical field, specifically in fitness or injury. He's also very physically fit.


W E A K N E S S E S : Having been a "city boy" Michael's experiences in the wilderness are sparse. He's smart enough to avoid making too many mistakes, but he knows little of the fine details of surviving in the wild.


A P P E A R A N C E : stands close to six feet, but not quite. He has a stocky body that boasts of many hours put inside a gym. Michael has a simple buzz-cut to take care of his brown hair. He has olive green eyes, and his skin is of a slightly tan complexion. The only other noticeable feature is his nose, which appears to have maybe been broken a few years back.
