Try all you like, please do, but I've been here long enough to know when someone is grasping at straws. I see potential in all if you for a prosperous life but hardly do I see it acted on." With a flick of her wrist she began walking away. "Take him to the main yard."

"You just might." He joked at her offer, though he would without a doubt accept it if she was serious. "And of course I like you. After all you are the first person in a long while to know who I am and what I have done, and not utterly freak ouy, beg for mercy, or glare at me with pure hate. So...you have peaked my interest." He said calmly before sighing and looking around. "I have a sudden bad feeling." He muttered before shaking his head. 'Nothing I can do about it.' "So, how where you caught? Was it during your attemped assassination or...?" @Bills352

Alice smiled at least he knew she wasn't being serious as that could have made a bad situation. "You better keep that might in mind." Alice said licking her lips she was joking of course she was joking, after all its not like they could do anything as she would end up breaking a leg..literally. "Really everyone fears you that much... Oh I think I know why people looked at me strange now since well we have basically have done the same, other than I staged a coup and you well you have done more than me but well most of the severe stuff is the same." Alice said before smiling 'so I interest you do I guess that goes both ways.' Alice thought to herself before biting her lip. "Yeah the presidential assassination attempt plus my coup attempt." Alice said before folding her arms and looking to the side. "I'm not telling you what happened though its embarrassing."

That guy over there got caught because he took too much gum from a store which caused a commotion, which involved mall cops, who just happened to recognize him, they then proceed to call actual cops, who then arrested him after a twelve hour stand off. So really how bad can yours be?" He asked with a smirk. "If you answer this question I'll repay you by answering a question you may or may not have for me." He said keeping his smirk. ((That's fine, I don't expect you to be on 24/7, xD . Sadly I also have to go to works in a few hours))

Alice burst out laughing. "Re-Hahahaha-really." Alice took a deep breath to recompose herself. "Okay just for telling me that I will tell you what happened but I swear if you laugh i'm blowing you into a million pieces." Alice said she was thinking about demonstrating her ability but that would just give this guy a way to think up a counter action against it. "Right so everything was going well the infiltration worked, we got inside took out the first then guards and then we came to the part I was dreading, we had to jump down a gap onto a elevator everyone else did it, however me with my brittle bones didn't make it, I fractured my leg right then and the and the rest of my crew attempted to leave me but I killed them, after all I thought I was getting the death sentence so well they weren't getting away with nothing now." Alice said before sighed. "And so that's how I was caught, now then I have a question for you how did you end up in here and no one word answer either?"

Outbreak's eyes narrowed furiously as the girl walked away. "...don't turn AWAY FROM ME!" Outbreak yelled, charging at the girl. Before he even got close, several soldiers stepped forward and restrained him and forced him away. "This way, before she decides to teach you a lesson," the soldier warned. The continued forcing Outbreak away from the girl until the reached the main yard. The threw outside and a soldier stepped forward as Outbreak stood up. The soldier moved to release him from the strait jacket but Outbreak turned and threw a punch just as they freed one of the hands. Another soldier then stepped forward and put a collar on his neck through a pole and forced him to his knees so that he could stay still as they finished taking off the strait jacket. Once they did that, the soldiers turned and locked the doors back inside. Outbreak slowly stood up and began to observe his surroundings, noticing the other people around him.

"Blow me up? You don't have access to explosives so...woah! Nice power!" He said when he guessed what it was. "*shrugs* Good choice, those idiots would have likely been killed later anyway. They most likely knew about your dieses, but they didn't bother to help you or plan ahead because of it." He said before shaking his head to get back on track.


"How did I get caught? Well first off I didn't, I turned myself in. Hahaha You should have seen the looks on the cops faces, when I causally strolled in the station in the town in the middle of nowhere and asked them to hand cuff me Hahahaha! It was hilarious." He said as he began to laughed the memory. "And before you ask, it was out of boredom and...I have another job." He said with a smirk. His attention was soon caught by a man that had just entered, he looked at him for a bit before shrugging. "Unimportant." He muttered before looking at Alice. "I just want to confirm this, but...your gift, those it allow you to create explosions?" @Bills352

Othni stood a ways off, observing the apparently hostile newcomer. A small smile rose to his lips. I assume I'll get many good pictures of you, won't I?





Genevieve watched as a group of soldiers threw in a new convict. Jeez, that's a little harsh... After watching him though, she figured out why they weren't being so gentle. "Why is everyone here so scary?" She wiggled her fingers in his general direction when she mumbled that. Then, turning back to Kain she said, "Well, if you find a chess board, I wouldn't mind playing you."

Alice nodded. "Thank you, at lease someone agrees with me as it is your the first and only person to not call me a betrayer for killing them." Alice said before smiling as it was she may have saved them from either life in jail, the fate Alice now has, or a slow death due to blood loss. "I mean they could have carried me and anyone that got in our way would have died." Alice added shaking her head in disgust just at the thought.


Alice blinked he turned himself in to life imprisonment maybe even death because he was bored... now that she thought about it if she grew bored of her old life would she had done the same, thinking about it if she failed to become the next president and still had her life of crime she probably would have, just for the shear fact doing the same thing over and over day in and out would bore her. "God I wish I was there just too see their faces I bet it was priceless." Alice said smirking just thinking about it. When she was asked about her power so was reluctant to answer but she did. " Kind of I can make the energy in something explode, or if it is a liquid such as water I can evaporate it, now if its used on a living organism such as a human its body fluids will evaporate and the body will explode with its red blood cells scattering outwards like a crimson flower blooming in the spring."

Outbreak looked at the others, his virus, although made nearly harmless, spread out and quickly infiltrated them and taking stock of their physical health. He looked around for anyone who was looking at him. Most were in their own conversation. Then he spotted some people looking at him. Outbreak's temper was tipped and he wanted someone to take it out on. Outbreak over to a boy that had glanced at him. He stormed over and pulled him by the collar. "You need something?" Outbreak growled. He glared at him with deadly eyes.

Othni watched from a distance as the convict strode right up to another and grabbed him. With an exasperated sigh, he rubbed his temple gently. Honestly, it's been five seconds... Othni made no move to go over though. He simply watched from a distance, cleaning his camera lense absent mindedly.

Nether was about to ask Alice if she actually wanted to see the look on the cops faces when he was suddenly lifted up. He blinked a bit before looking at the man that grabbed him. "Do I need something? Yes actually, I asked for one earlier, but have yet to get it. Do you have a schedule so I know if I want to stay here?" He asked with a grin before he began chuckling. "Haha As nice as the view from up here is, put me down." He said giving the man a smirk. "I have no interest in being frozen in some stupid picture, because of you. If I get frozen, not only will I have that god damned song stuck in my head, but it would be plain annoying." He said seriously. He didn't bother to grab the mans arm he just looked at the man his arms dangling by his side.

Outbreak stared deep into the boys eyes. Then a maniacal smile got plastered on his face. "You want me to put you down?" Outbreak said, his voice charged with coolness. Outbreak lifted him even higher and then brought him down to knee him in the face.

Othni rose abruptly and decided it was time to break it up. He grabbed his camera and began to head over. "You know the rules." Othni said icily, raising the camera to his eye.

Nether was a bit surprised at the attack, though he had sort of provoked him...still. He was able to move his head to the side so instead of hitting his mouth or nose it hit the side of his cheek. He then backed up and slowly placed his hand on his cheek. He just stood there completely silent before looking at the man and bursting out laughing. "Hahahahaha! Is that the best you can do!? I was completely vunrable and that's all you did!? Hahahaha!" He began to laugh hard and started to tear up. "A shame you are one of those all talk no bite type...well more all yell, but you get my point." He said still smirking ignoring the purple bruise that was forming on his cheek. @Maxwelle

"For that you would need to step out of the picture. The only one who would receive punishment would be him. I'd unfreeze you after." Othni shrugged. He went to snap the picture and... Nothing happened. "Out of film?" Othni tapped the camera annoyed. "Well, nothing I can do. It seems if it escalates any further you might draw the attention of Max. Play nice." Then Othni turned away with a shrug. So there's a dispute? Not much I can do now anyway.

Alice simply watch as everything play out in front of her, it was interesting to say the least very entertaining to watch although they was one bad thing, no blood had been split yet. Alice decided to slow sit herself on the floor since well what better place to watch then right next to the situation and on the floor. "Warden with your permission I can end this dispute" Alice said before the warden got out of hearing range, to put an end to the Dispute in her books translated into make it a more fun and bloody scene but the fight will be over after all.

Even though Outbreak had his back facing the boy with the camera behind him, his virus alerted him of his presence and according to the muscle positions, he was holding something...a gun possibly? Outbreak didn't wait to find out. He swiftly moved to snatch the boy again and held him firmly and an insane smile etched across his face. Outbreak turned around and faced the boy with the camera, using the guy he was fighting with as a sort of shield. He was expecting a gun but saw the camera. "And what the hell do you plan to with that?" Outbreak called out, mockingly, and keeping an iron grip on the boy so as to not let go.

Nether was a bit confused when he was once again grabbed. "........Did you intend to use me as a human shield?" He asked before clenching his fist. He shoot the man a death glare before laughing. "Hahaha A sh-Hahaha shame you grabbed me instead of one of those brainless buffoons." He said before yanking his head back to hit the man on the bridge of the nose. He then brought back his elbows trying to nail him in the gut. @rapjack123

Max had grown increasingly aggravated by the dispute. She headed quickly down the stairs and out into the yard, drawing her dual pistols. "Quit acting like children!" She growled at them, pointing her guns at them, her eyes glaring menacingly over the guns.

Outbreak grew furious. "You son of a b---ch," he said as his nose started bleeding. He kept his grip, except it wasn't as strong as before. Outbreak then took the elbows to the gut. "Argh!" Outbreak cried out. He sent his virus to attack the joints on the boy's body but the ring made what would've immobilized him become something like arthritis pain. Still, it did something to get him to stop moving. "If I didn't have this damned ring, I'd kill you where you stand," Outbreak told his in a soft dark tone. Then he looked over and saw someone with dual pistols. Outbreak clenched his teeth. "I call your bluff. Take the shot," Outbreak dared her, cockily.

Nether smirked, and kicked him in the gut twice. Trying to break the grip. "Only an idiot completely relies on there gift." He said with a crazed grin. "Also head warden, if you shoot anyone could you please not hit me? After all he was the one to start this." Nether said with a grin. @Maxwelle @rapjack123

Max narrowed her eyes, channeling her electrical energy. Quickly lowering her gun, she made a shot to Outbreak's leg. It wasn't enough to hurt him badly, just enough to shock him and send him to the ground. "Don't underestimate me."

Outbreak's grip began to get looser and looser as the boy kept kicking him. Then he took the shot to the leg and he let go of the boy. Outbreak simply stood there, letting his insanity take over. Outbreak smiled maniacally. "You know what?" He said, grinning insanely. "I think I just decided to kill everyone here," he said laughing. Outbreak brought his hand up to show everyone the ring restraining his power. Then he slowly put the finger to his mouth and bit it off. Blood began to fall from what used to be his finger. Outbreak spit out the finger with the ring, smiling crazily. "Consider yourselves...INFECTED," Outbreak said, laughing loudly. His virus began to quickly make work. His first plan of action, anyone who had a weapon would have their joints immobilized so his virus then moved to start it's work. There was a small time period before symptoms kicked in, but Outbreak doubted anyone could do much in those valuable seconds.

Alice smirked it seemed that this Othni knew what was one Alice mind and it wasn't the same kind of dispute end-er as he was looking for. Alice decided to continue watching the situation unfold in front of her as it got worse and worse, until even she was getting involved mostly because of this what them getting infected by something. Instantly once hearing this she used her power on the ring, sure its meant to restrain abilities but that requires alot of energy in which Alice used against it. She quickly aimed her hand at this insane inmate, she wasn't going to kill him and wouldn't have to if all went well. "The moment any of us have any sort of symptoms from whatever the hell you have released, i'm going to kill you so you may want to rethink your plan of action." Alice said before licking her lips if she is lucky someone will just simply cough and well she would just blame it on this guy, whoever it was.
