Outbreak spun around, smiling madly. "Oh but you wouldn't kill mean, that means you broke the rules...yet again, AND you'll have to stay here longer...unless of course," he smirked, "You help me break out of this prison.." Outbreak's virus moved in on everyone else, and he delayed his virus on the girl for just a fraction of a second. "You got a second to decide, or you're dead," Outbreak told her, laughing insanely. Outbreak had assigned his virus to shut down the respiratory system. Outbreak would normally have toyed with his victims but that wasn't a luxury he was entitled to now.

Tch! Max cursed under her breathe. "What will you possibly gain from this?!


If it's power you seek why not gather power that you can use freely. The legal kind." Max tried her best to reason with him while stalling. She held her cold gaze, refusing to stand down. Othni, please, she thought, hurry back.

Alice burst out laughing he clearly didn't know that she was in prison for life one more murder wouldn't mean anything. "I'm going to be in here for life anyway so killing you wouldn't effect anything."Alice said smirking she wasn't going to help him not a chance, she would need to prove that she was serious about killing him in which she was. She decided her next course of action. She brought one finger into her palm and exploded a few red blood cells just above his nose which should cause a nose bleed. "With whatever it is you have infected me which chances are that unless it focus on my brain or central nervous system you will also be killed."

Taking advantage of Outbreak's focus on Alice, Max raised her gun with the last bit of her strength and shot him in the abdomen with enough bolts to make him lose consciousness. Then, she fainted.


(Is this climactic turn of recent events a good excuse to say 'that escalated quickly'? xD )

Kain stood up mortus floated next to him' it would seem we must involve ourself know!' It said cheerfully!' Kain nodded" only this once mortus." He said kain could feel the virus working his joints hurting. Kains eyes turned pitch black veins formned around his eyes. Black electricity flowed around him kain too bit off his finger. Immediatly mortus took over kains form transformned from organic material to pure energy. The physical manefestation of mortus.

Mortus dark presence filled the area it looked towerds the head warden" im sorry my dear, but it would seem i am required dear!" It said with a sadistic delight. Its extended jaw opened up the several rows of teeth presented themselfs fresh blood strangly flowed from its mouth" you mortal attempt to harm my vessel....that is unexceptable." It said atatic electricity filled the area. The energy from before pulled from the walls into mortus several arca of black lightning flowed from the walls.


Tge electrical energy gave off a dark sinister arua to thise who could sence it. As if death flowed within the electricity itself. Mortus slowly floated towerds the boy his electrical black eyes stairing into the boys.

Outbreak suddenly felt a pain in his nose. He noticed his nose was bleeding even more. He grinned, "Ow...dont be such a spoil sport...its just your death," he joked sadistically. Outbreak was laughing when suddenly he stopped. "H-how..." Outbreak said, falling to his knees. The work of the virus was slowing down rapidly. Outbreak fell to his knees, he looked around, quickly losing consciousness. "K-kill something.." he muttered. Outbreak spotted the boy he was fighting with at the beginning and sent his virus in a last ditch effort to do something but he was only able to make him get a nose bleed. Outbreak fell to the floor and drifted off, everything falling to darkness.

 

[Xenonia]

The sound of a siren filled the air, and a loud metal clanging could be heard. "PRISON RIOTS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. YOU ARE UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF SUPERGUARD MODEL-1996, AND YOU ARE TO CEASE IMMEDIATELY." From his arm, a shotgun appeared, primed and ready for action. "RUBBER BULLETS ARE AN EFFECTIVE METHOD OF CROWD CONTROL. ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS A COMMUNIST OR A LIBERAL." A loud bang could be heard as the first volley of rubber-coated buckshot at the horrifying death-creature. "YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO BE HERE. PREPARE TO BE APPREHENDED FOR TRESPASSING." another volley fired. "STAND DOWN." as he walked past the downed disease-creature, he dropped a length of cable. "SOMEONE ELSE CAN CUFF THIS SCUM."

(@rapjack123 Sorry. D: Good golly guys, day one and the prison is in shambles! I added a couple things to rules.)


Genevieve had been curled up on the ground in pain until it slowly began to cease. Looking up, she noticed Kaine surrounded in dark energy. Afraid, she cried, "Please stop!" Not realizing she put a bit of charmspeak into her words, she hasn't expected anything to come of her words.


Othni walked out of the main building to the large yard and froze. Seeing the chaos that had taken place, he sprinted forward. Noticing Max laying limp on the ground, for the first time he put emotion into his words. "Take action! Take Outbreak to the infirmary and watch him! Everyone who acts out further shall be put in solitary confinement." Lifting Max, he followed the guards who also carried Outbreak to the infirmary.

 

[Xenonia]

Superguard turned back to the downed disease-man. "THIS CRIMINAL DOES NOT APPEAR SEVERELY INJURED. I RECOMMEND SOLITARY CONFINEMENT FOR THE NEXT... TEN YEARS." he then returned his attention to the horrid shadow-creature. "PREPARE TO BE APPREHENDED FOR LOITERING. STAND DOWN OR FACE CHARGES FOR RESISTING ARREST." another volley launched from his shotgun-arm.

"Out for your hour, scum." a guard shoved Yumi out into the prison yard. She still hadn't acclimated to life in a prison yard. This shade of orange on her jumpsuit didn't suit her. Her feet hurt. Prison food wasn't tasty at all.


To make matters worse, a robot was fighting a weirdo in the middle of the courtyard, and it looked angry. Angry enough to take its anger out on even someone who'd done nothing wrong, let alone someone with Yumi's sentence.


"What? No, this is bad. Bad bad bad." she mumbled to herself, pressing her back against the chainlink fence.


Maybe if I just stand here and don't do anything wrong, nothing bad will happen. she thought to herself.

"Ah, hell. First day'a the new inmates an' we already got ourselves a riot!"


Tony, used to standard prison riot doctrine, was already clad in full riot gear. Taser and billy club in tow, Tony moved out to the prison yard. With the help of a fellow guard, Tony hoisted Outbreak up and slapped a pair of handcuffs on Outbreak's wrists.


"Alright, buddy. You know where to put 'im in the infirmary? We got all sorts'a creeps in here, so we ain't just gonna put 'im in a bed. We got ourselves a little special containment facility, just fer psychos like this. C'mon, I'll show ya! Remember: ya got a mask fer all th' creeps who got gas or dust or somethin': use it."


Tony nodded as his fellow guard strapped on a respirator and goggles, and put one on himself. "Alright, let's get movin'." With one quick motion, Tony and the guard lifted Outbreak and got out of the prison yard. The two moved at a light jog, and were quick to reach the door to the main facility.

Outbreak slowly opened his eyes. He felt himself being dragged. Without thinking, he struggled weakly, still dazed from waking up. "W-where the hell am I?" Outbreak said, trying to get his thoughts together. He looked up and saw soldiers walking near him, others holding and dragging him through some hallway he didn't recognize. Outbreak tried to move his hand and realized it was cuffed. He saw a trail of blood from his still bleeding hand.

Kai sat at his desk, watching all of the events unfold on the screens. Kai let out a long sigh and began to fill out a detailed report of the issue that he would send to his superiors in a moment, but he would have to keep watching the cameras for a while. His eyes then moved from the report and back to the screens. He then grabbed his radio and quickly said,"This is Kai, will any form of backup be required? Over." He then released his radio and waited for a response from the other side.

(Since my two Wardens are out of commission, I cannot respond. How about this..)

A reply was sent through the radio system. "The situation appears to be dying down but it wouldn't hurt to head over just in case."

Mortus looked to the machine its sckeletal head twisted in a sickening manner its eyes locked on. The rubber bullets passed seemingly through his pure energy form melted on the ground. Its unhinged jaw corrected itself " i simply try to stop a mortals quarrel, and you choose to fire at me lovely." It made a clicking sound resembling a no. Morbus may be bound to kain, but it would not take threats idly. It held out a bony finger black electricity arced from its fingers forming a ball of pure electricity dark energy flowed within.

Then it fired a stream of black lightning raced towerds the machine.

Nether suddenly jolted up and looked around. "Wha? Or right...almost dies cause crazy dude has anger issues. *shrugs* Not the first time I was in this sort of situation, though this one sure was boring." He muttered as he stood up and stretched.

"FIRING UPON AN OFFICER OF THE LAW IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE, AND YOU WILL BE REPRIM-- REPR-- REP--" The lightning was certainly doing a number on Superguard's inner mechanisms. "ENGAGING RIOT CONTROL: RELEASING OMNIDIRECTIONAL SPRAY." and with that, yet another volley of rubber bullets - this time accompanied by pepper spray - flew outwards in all directions, hitting criminals and guards alike. "ONE RIOT, ONE RANGER. GOD MADE TOMORROW FOR THE CROOKS WE DON'T CATCH TODAY."

Nether rolled his eyes at the machine and walked over to it. "Dude chill out. It's over, you are also hurting your team mates, or whateer you call them which is against the law I may add." He said to it. ((He can talk to machines...if that makes sense))

"FRIENDLY FIRE. ACCEPTABLE LOSSES. LAW ENFORCEMENT IS NOT A SPECTATOR SPORT... RESETTING TO LAST KNOWN FUNCTIONING SAVE POINT." and with that, the malfunctioning robot managed to calm itself again. "APPREHEND THAT SHADOW-CREATURE. IT HAS COMMITTED SEVERAL FELONIES WHILE IN PLAIN VIEW OF AN OFFICER OF THE LAW. PREPARE A CELL." It was clear that, even when made docile, this robot wasn't going to take no for an answer.

Genevieve stood looking around. Scrambling away from the flying projectiles and harmful gas, she took cover behind a small bench. "Jeez, psycho robot! Good grief. I hope it doesn't explode next." Frowning, she gathered up her power and summoned a pair of week shadowy hands and snatched up the robot. Shaking it a bit, she called, "Hey, you broken?"

"Rookie, pick up the slack! That's better." Tony chuckled faintly at Outbreak's confusion.


"Ya tried t' make some boy yer bitch an' got creamed. 'Salright, happens t'all boys yer age. Boss wants ya in a bed t' recover, so we're takin' ya t' the infirmary. Keep yer head down an' we'll get ya--Ow!"


Tony's tangent was cut off as one of SUPERGUARD's stray pepper-balls struck him on the back of the helmet. Luckily, since Tony was at the back of the group carrying Outbreak, he was the only one to get hit.


"Getcher head down an' through this door, rookie!"


The three hurried through the door and closed it behind them.


"Alright, c'mon. Infirmary's just down t'hall."

 

[Xenonia]

"SUPERGUARD MODEL-1996 IS NOT BROKEN. I AM FUNCTIONING... PERFECTLY. YOU CAN OUTRUN THE LAW, BUT NOT A BULLET." his speaker buzzed with each one-liner delivered. "AGAIN, I MUST REQUEST THAT THAT SHADOW CREATURE BE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY. IT HAS ASSAULTED AN OFFICER OF THE LAW, RESISTED ARREST, AND ATTEMPTED TO COMMIT MURDER. WHILE NORMALLY I WOULD RECOMMEND THE ELECTRIC CHAIR, I WILL HESITATE IN THIS CASE, AND ONLY RECOMMEND THE GAS CHAMBER." The robot was definitely... Functioning, at least. If not "working".

"Dear lord!" Genevieve muttered, her eyes widening. With a shrug, she chucked the robot a few yards away. "Broken or not, you almost got tear gas in my eye." Wiping her hands on her skirt in a finality sort of gesture, she took a seat on the bench she'd been hiding behind.

Mortus shot another beam this time more powerful towerds the machine. Several arcs of black lightning flowed from its finger hitting various parts of the machine. A loud vile laugh could be heard from mortus leaning its head back the halos above its head pulsing with dark light. Several bolts of lightning shot down from the sky aluminating the area loud thunder boomned across the prison.

Kai turned on his radio once again and said,"Roger, on my way." He then packed his pistol and radio and began to run outside. He continued sprinting and jumped forward. Before he hit the ground, he turned into a black wolf with red markings and began running towards the conflict area. The large wolf finally made it to the area and instantly began to growl at Mortus. The growling soon stopped as the wolf turned back into Kai. He then said,"Attacking a officer is strictly prohibited, surrender now and I can assure you that no brutal measures will be taken."
