Like "normal" Fae, Dragon Faeries come from Avalon, in multitudes of sizes and shapes. They still are invisible to those who have not been to Avalon, and/or those who the Fae does not wish to see them. However, Dragon Fae have a dragon companion that they can join bodies with. The dragon has the ability to shrink to the size of a house cat (which is what it appears as when it's Faerie companion is in human form), and grow to its full size when needed. Silver does not affect Dragon Faeries, but, as if to make up for it, Iron affects them 5 times as much as a normal Faerie.

While the faerie's soul is in the dragon's body, the faerie has complete control, however, the dragon can choose to push them out. This would result in the faerie not being able to prepare their own body and having to spend the rest of eternity without a body.
The process of switching bodies takes approx. 4.5 seconds.

Recruitment story: Carmo was found as a man years ago during a duel, using more moves then any other swordsman. The Order then offered Carmo a position and since Carmo was to change soon, and finding work would be harder then, Carmo agreed. Has been with the order for years.
Background: Carmo was born as a man during the French age of reason. Following his peers, Carmo rejected religion and superstition. He was confronted by a witch who he had slept with. He used her for a night of pleasure and then tossed her aside. In her anger at being used the witch told Carmo to apologize or she would curse him. He laughed and told her magic didn't exist, which angered her more. She then cursed him to change into a woman every three years so he would know a woman's hardships. She also made it so that he would not age nor die naturally so he would face this endlessly. He has been hurt as a woman many times.

Getting into a fight with them in a very dark area or at night in a secluded area outside of the reach of the city lights is almost suicide if you're a regular human. Though they look just like regular humans, their skin is noticably paler than that of ordinary people and their pupils will dilate into a slit (like a cat) when in a bright area. They also have night-vision but cannot see color. Sunlight, or any intensely bright lights are effective against them, blinding them or making them unable to use their powers while exposed to the light.

Preferred Weapon(s)/equipment: (Since you said to be original, the weapons in my imagination don't often have pictures that fit them so just wrote a description.) Two metal bands around both his wrists with a long, thin, and sharp curved blade, similar to a half moon attached to it. He can use to assist in climbing, brake falls (if possible), fight, etc. They are dark gunmetal grey in color, with the exception of the blades which are made of steel. The blades are poisoned with deadly cobra venom, often taken from his pet King Cobra that he keeps in his apartment in a glass tank, making even a graze fatal. The downside of this weapon is it's range, since it is attached to his wrists he must get up close to strike. The metal bands allow him to block attacks if necessary and can even block a few hits from a bullet though this may hurt his wrists and knock him back from the recoil. Besides his blades, he has many smoke grenades and grenades that he only carries with him during missions except for the smoke bomb which he always has one with him. He also carries with him a glock 18 fully loaded with several spare ammunitions to replace the mag if it empties.

-Manipulation of darkness and shadows, able to use them to attack (like Pride from FMA Brotherhood.)
-Night-vision, a power that applies to all shades in exchange for the ability to see colors.
-Able to blend into the shadows/darkness to become virtually invisible.

Very quick and agile, quick to react and good reflexes. He wouldn't have survived so long in the Order with his short ranged weapons without these skills, after all.
Weaknesses: Not very good endurance. Yes, he can take a hard hit or two but he is not very good with dealing with very powerful blows. Basically, he's like the assassin/rogue class in most games: High damage, stealth, and agility, but very low endurance and health.
Recruitment story: Kuro was originally a serial killing supernatural, stealing things to survive until the Order decided to recruit him for his skills, mostly giving him assassination orders or some smaller missions when they didn't have any for him. Since he Order has many ways of getting information, they found him out pretty quickly after some thorough research and looking around. He willingly accepted the invitation to become a member of the Order, though if he didn't he would either have been forced to do so or killed off.

Jax is sarcastic and an overall blunt man. He will give respect to where its given. He comes off cold and heartless. He's only opened up to 3 people and one left The Order, the other two died on a mission. After a long time, you will see Jax's true side, he doesn't want to be alone and his heart has many wounds. He shuts people out and in return people think he is a dick. He has a messed up sense of humor and he likes toying with his opponent. He hates the cold, and dislikes Asian food. He hates hypocrites and he doesn't like it when peopel repeat themselves.

This is his neutral form Katana. Titanium blade and his favorite weapon to use.
His Katana in his Angelic form, it sacrifices power and strength for speed, can unleash a beam of light from it that can wound somebody. But he can only do it once every 2 hours since it drains him and it reverts him back to his normal form.
Trades the speed of the angelic sword for pure power and bone crushing strength. Can shoot a beam of pure demonic energy that hurts more than his angelic side but can't use it more. Every 4 hours with this one.
His weapon in his fused form. Its ultimate move is Godkiller. He has slain powerful Demons and Fallen Archangels with this form. Godkiller is the ULTIMATE LAST RESORT MOVE. It has a possibility of killing Jax, its left Jax in a coma for two weeks before.
Same style pistols as Sam, but unlike Sam, Jax prefers a shotgun. Also with the various grenades.

Jax figuring that he had nothing to lose, he helped this man and in turn that man gave him access to The Order. That man was Sam Fox. Sam recruited him and with his reccomendation started his own group to hunt and kill any demons and rogue angels. Sam and Jax were good friends, but in recent years they've become distant. Maybe soon their paths will cross and they will figure things out.
Background: Young Jaximus was born to a nice family. Father was hard working man and mom was a stay at home mother. They were close and nothing could go wrong. Father was a retired marine and mom followed him around the globe. Jaximus always enjoyed mythology. He enjoyed reading about the Greek Gods and reading about Archangels and Demons. He always wondered when they would show themselves to him. Around the age of 16, his mother was dying of uncurable cancer and his father comitted suicide. Jax begged everybody to save his mother, no one said that she could be saved except for one man. Lucifer. Lucifer appeared and made a deal with the young Jax. Become a demon and leave your family behind and in return he will cure Jax's mom and revive his father. Jax agreed and left the only family he ever knew. For about 10 years he wondered the world with his curse. Killing innocent people and angry at himself. Finally an angel appeared, and said that she would lift the curse and give angelic healing to him only if he accepts that his mother's death as the way the Lord intended. Jax accepted this and the curse was lifted and now he had the power to control the divine and hellish. He went back to where he was born and in the shadows watch his family being buried. Lucifer and the Angel appeared and told Jax that hs was the conduit to slay rogue demons and angels. And that if he tells anyone about this deal that Jax will die on the spot. Jax acknowledge this and left to become the slayer that he is today.

Personality: She's a pretty laid-back gal. It's extremely hard to get her angry, and when you do, it's usually only to the level of mild annoyance. When she really hates you, she doesn't get mad- she just tries her level best to kill you. Her value system is rather archaic, and Honor is the virtue she idolizes above all. She is rather okay with violence being used for problems, as long as it doesn't go too far. For example- hurting children? BIG no-no, and getting bystanders involved is a Bad Thing. She's usually not too social, although that's partially because of her uncertain grasp of English. Once you get to know her, she has a dry wit and a love of stories, especially sagas (Norse-style sagas. She loathes the Twilight saga). She's rather stubborn.
