Recruitment story: Sam was in the slums when he saw a shadow in the allyway. Rumors spread of a shadow figure abducting people and killing people. Sam naturally intrigued at a challenge followed it. After leading him into a huge space the creature turned and attacked. Sam and the creature fought brutally for about 2 hours. The creature was a vampire who had a hand in killing his parents. When Sam was backed into a corner his primal vampire instincts took over and he "ascended" into a more powerful state. His humanity buried underneath his vampire instincts his hair turned snow white and his body turned grey to that of the creature and within 20 minutes of transforming Sam easily killed and despatched the body. He went back to normal and he limped all the back home in the slums and passed out on his bed. Few hours later Sam woke up sore and weak. He turned and saw someone. It was a member of The Order. He watched the fight and he was impressed. He offered Sam a place to put his powers to good and to find his family's killers. Sam reluctantly agreed. Only to find the killers and find closure.


Background: Sam was born in the Redfield district to a young mother and an older brother. He never knew his father, which Sam didn't mind. Sam and his brother were all they had of friends. Their mother was never around during the day due to doing double jobs and only home during the very late hours of night. Around 15, Sam and his brother decided to start helping their mother out with paying bills and make money quick. And they were in the best place to do it. After Sam buried them in a cementary in the nice district, Sam turned and tried to adjust to being a Dhampir. He was a hermit for most of the year only treading out at night to earn money. After a year of depression, Sam snapped out of it and he started to train himself to fight against vampires and other creatures. After a few years of training he became a hunter at night. Still doing activites but he had a sense of justice now. After a a few more years of hunting and getting by on scraps, the Order took him in. They gave him a place to stay in Newfield which blew him away. He's only been here one other time. To bury his family. He got a job as a Blackjack dealer at Cashpot and a small apartment as well in that area so he can remind himself of the place he once was. But he goes to Newfield every once in a while to let the Order know that he is still there. Sam's life is changing for the better. The Order gave him a life outside of doing illegal activities and living on scaps to having access to almost unlimited money and equipment and his only obligation is to hunt and kill when the time comes. Sam was okay with that, and along the way he will find his father and confront him and bring solace to Sam's life.

They came and when they tried to start Kail punched him in the face, then Kail got scared and ran home. The boys followed him and broke into his house were they robbed his whole family and injured his little sister. Two weeks later Kail decided to get revenge but in a horrible way. He followed the ring leader of the bullies and found were he lived, Kail drenched the outside of his house in gasoline and lit it on fire. The house burned down killing everyone inside of it, no evidence was ever found. A day later he got a message on his phone reading: Welcome To The Order.

Without even thinking she looked at her mother saying "they're in the top drawer of your dresser." Curious at her answer, Thilye 's mother went to check it out, and lo and behold the keys were there. It was then that her powers were discovered.


Obviously proud and feeling special, Thilye told her best friend Mallorie, and like any other secret it spread around the school like wildfire. Random kids she never talked to would ask what their grades were in the teachers grade book in their desk, the more creepy kids would ask what their crushes were doing at that moment. As she grew older more and more kids began to use her for her gift, and as time went on it proved straining on her physical health. There would be days where she'd have to stay home from school because she'd be so weak from using her powers so much the day before. Her parents urged her to stop using it, hating to see their daughter in such suffering. But no matter what, when she returned to school she would always comply with the kids with their requests. She could bring herself to say no, turning her into one of the most obedient girls you'll ever see.


Now she's 14, and she recently got a request from the order. Personality:

Nether is very mischievous, sarcastic and sadistic. He loves to play around and manipulate people and doesn't care if someone get's hurt or worse. All that matters to him is that he isn't bored. He never thinks of the consequences of his actions and would be thrilled if because of them anarchy occured. He absolutely despises doctors, and will terrorize them more then anyone else.

Preferred Weapon(s)/equipment:

He has an enchanted leather pouch that has twenty one marbles and four souls in it at all times. This pouch can refill it's self, but it only does that for immanent objects that he wants. (ie the marbles, but he not the souls. He can have other things besides the marbles but he's too lazy to out them in) He is pretty good at close combat, but he prefers to lay traps and laugh. He has a necklace which is actually a charkam but he rarely uses it.

Abilities:


Explosions

He can touch things and make them explode on command. (works like Gambit from Xmen)

Soul

Since he is a soul he can become intangible and invisible. He can't do this for long if he becomes intangible he can't become invisible until he eats another soul. He can only remain one for a course of four minutes in one day. He can float and that has no limit unless he doesn't eat a soul. He can possess creatures (nothing bigger then a German Shepard) and items for the max of thirty minutes in one day.

Strengths:

He has a solid body, but if he gets injured and then eats a soul he will heal rather quickly. He is incapable of feeling pain. He has heightened hearing and can sense other souls. He actually practice hypnotism and uses his necklace for that.

Weaknesses:

He must eat at least one soul everyday. If he does not he will slowly fade from existence till he is gone. With his explosion power he can not do it to a living thing. Also he can only make small to medium size things blow up. The size of the object matters the size of the explosion (biggest he can do is a twin size bed). He can actually be captured, but you need special type of cages with the right enchantment (or you could go all ghost buster on him). With his hypnotism as long as your brain is smarter then a bird it won't have even the slightest effect on you. When he searches for souls his eyes change color, usually they are yellow, but when he is looking at souls they turn red. When he is looking at souls he can only see souls and nothing else (so basically he sees black and then can tell where the soul is by estimating the distance from his current location). When he changes his eye color is completely blind for one minute.

Recruitment story:

Nether has actually been in and out of the order. He was one of the first to join and once it got boring he left. He would often repeat this process, but whenever he left he destroyed any evidence of him ever being in the order. He first got recruited when he accidently saved the head of the order from an accident when all he was trying to do was steal the man's candy bar.

Background:

He lived with his small family during the 1,350, during king Edward's reign. His father was a general in the kings army and was often in battle having little time to spend with his family. Nether grew up barley meeting his father and he had to take care of his family. Though doing that wasn't too hard since they lived in part of the castle. Nether being the mischievous person he is was always playing around and never practiced in doing anything that could make him a great knight.

One day when he was playing around he met a spirit that was lonely, so of course being that he to was lonely he played with it. He was absolute fascinated by what the spirit could do and begged it to teach him some of it's skills. The spirit agreed and taught him everything he knew. Nether loved this and the more he learned the more sadistic he became. He practiced his new powers on all sorts of animals and even on other people.

The spirit of course was more than happy to have friend and loved Nether sadistic self. However the older Nether grew the more worried the spirit became. He didn't want Nether to leave him because he grew up, so he came up with a plan to make sure Nether would never leave him.

One day there was a huge feast were his entire family was attending. Nether kept playing with the spirit till he had to go, that's when the spirit put his plan into motion. The spirit knew how Nether planned to switch food with the king, so it poisoned the kings food. This was no weak poison either, but one that was meant to let the person who ingested it suffer. The spirit never explained why he made Nether suffer, but in order for him to become a corrupt soul that would stay on earth even after death Nether need to have a strong enough will to want to stay, so he had to suffer in order for the two to remain together.

Nether hanged onto life for two years. For two years he was bed ridden, exclaimed and poked by doctors unable to have fun. His only company was the spirit, however even that ended. Since the doctors believed he was possessed they called in an exorcist. This exorcist was very well skilled and after a small skirmish the exorcist took away Nether's only friend. He was heart broken, his hatred and boredom grew after this moment.

Nether as forced to suffer one last painful year. All he could do was stare at the ceiling and let the doctors take his blood and do what they thought was best. When he turned nineteen his body finally had enough and stopped operating. However his soul didn't want to leave instead he wanted more fun, so he now roams the world causing mischief and death were ever he goes.

Recruitment story: rainne was in the ocean by the beach performing a real life reenactment of jaws and are most of the people. The swat team tried to contain him but he drowned them in a tsunami. The order sought out this beast and recruited him. He is now one of the better members of the order.


Background: he is the half brother of Alex green. His father was a shark demon but him and Alex shared the same mother. Rainne was the more popular son and definitely the smarter. Because of this he was able to enhance his powers and give him the water control ability. He had joined the order long before Alex had risen up in the ranks since then.

Recruitment story: Carmo was found as a man years ago during a duel, using more moves then any other swordsman. The Order then offered Carmo a position and since Carmo was to change soon, and finding work would be harder then, Carmo agreed. Has been with the order for years.


Background: Carmo was born as a man during the French age of reason. Following his peers, Carmo rejected religion and superstition. He was confronted by a witch who he had slept with. He used her for a night of pleasure and then tossed her aside. In her anger at being used the witch told Carmo to apologize or she would curse him. He laughed and told her magic didn't exist, which angered her more. She then cursed him to change into a woman every three years so he would know a woman's hardships. She also made it so that he would not age nor die naturally so he would face this endlessly. He has been hurt as a woman many times.
