Pessimisty
Conor Sullivan and James Porter
James raised an eyebrow when Alex mentioned the hotel and he placed his hand to the side of his head as he recalled the night of Gianna's death, the same night Fortuna used the defibrillator to electrocute him. "I believe I know of it too," he spoke up, his tone neutral. "I spent some time in one of his rooms, in the basement, I recall." When Alex said they would have to trust her to get them in through a backway, James knew he didn't have any choice. They had to try anything they could to get to Finn.
Conor looked down at Alex as she stood close to him. His eyes a mixture of determination and grief. He trusted her, despite there being something in the back of his head that was telling him to be cautious in case she wanted revenge for him betraying her own trust tonight. "I trust you," he decided, pushing any doubts out of his mind. He didn't want her to get hurt, but he nodded in agreement when she said he had to let Lucy and James punish her if she broke their trust. He doubted it would come to that. He felt like he knew Alex enough by now to know she was being honest with him.
James unlocked the door of the pub and looked over his shoulder, expecting Conor to stay close to Alex. "We're going in my car," he informed the group. Though he hadn't spoken up to say he trusted Alex, the fact he was going ahead with the plan should be enough confirmation he was willing to take the risk. With Conor and Alex in the back, James drove with Lucy by his side and gave her a concerned look and a gentle smile, hoping they would all get out of this in one piece. He said very little during the journey to the hotel as he was focused on the job at hand and keeping his mind in the zone.
Conor was pretty silent himself, his mind busied with thoughts of what the Romanos might have done to Finn and what state his cousin was in. He also felt pretty low sitting next to the girl he loved yet had been forced to betray. He had a perfectly good reason to break her trust, but it didn't make it any easier.
As they neared the hotel, James finally spoke up. "What do you propose?" he asked Alex, figuring she had a plan for getting them inside the building.

Leo Davide
Leo looked Lorenzo in the eyes and shrugged. "You can't change what you've already done. You can only change what you do from here on. Either you get away from here and your cousin, or you change things and see if you can have a positive effect on Vinnie. He's an asshole and he's done many bad things, but there must be hope for even him. He cared enough about Athena, somewhere in that mind of his. I have no real reason to try help that man and I'm not sure how long it'll be until I can speak to him again. You're his family..."
Leo lifted his glass to take another drink. "Yeah. Single and depressed..." he bitterly agreed.
