Fantasy The New Earth

[Dxni]

At the last clap of thunder all the tension in Ocean's body dissipated, turning back the way she came she started moving towards where the sound gunshots came from. As she walked Ocean started making up theories in her head, concluding two possible answers, it's a settler or one of us who's new to the area.

 

[Spotine]

Rose looked at the sky. The storm seemed to have left the area. "What is this?" She wondered looking out the window at the now clear skies. Willow looked up, still shaking in fear.

 

[Aero]

April walked up next to Rose and looked out the window beside her. "Oh my gosh! There's smoke where the landing pad is!" April exclaimed making a fist and bringing it up to her chest. "Well, it looks like I'm staying with you guys for a while..."

Jack looked up at the sky. "No idea..." he said. Suddenly, he heard muffled barking. The two wolves had come back with his equipment. "Awesome..." he said, taking the bow and quiver and slinging them over his back. He pet both of them briefly before standing back up. Tatchi and Mitcha continued barking however. Jack's face became riddled with concern as he looked up at the smoke rising from the distance. "Something's up... they smelt death."

 

[Spotine]

"The landing pad? What?" Rose said, looking at April in a confused fashion. Willow stood up slowly and went over to the window. "There is smoke. What should we do Rose?" Willow asked. To everyone else it just sounded like sniffing and grunts. "I don't know Willow." Rose said, shaking her head. She then turned to Jack. "Death? That can't be good." She said.

 

[Aero]

April looked at Jack with wide eyes. "The landing pad is one of the spots the helicopter uses to drop off those from the shuttles." April said looking out the window once more. "I was the only one who left this set I was with. They must've been waiting for me to return." She said adjusting her backpack strap again.

 

[Dxni]

The closer she got the stronger the smell of smoke got, still in her swim clothes Ocean slipped on an oversized sweater made out of left over fabric and clothes she's found when exploring. Feeling the soft ground on her bare feet she treks on to the smoke.

 

[Spotine]

Rose went over to her closet and grabbed a sword from the back of it. The sword was encased in a leather sheath with green vines wrapped around it. She looked at April, Anna, and Jack. "I think I should check it out." Rose said.

 

[Aero]

April admired the sword wanting to take a picture. Then she shook her head coming back into reality. "Your right." She said in a serious voice. Anna sprouted her dove wings again. "Let's do this." Shs said cracking her knuckles. April's jaw almost dropped when her little sister sprouted wings. 'I'm not going to ask.' She thought to herself.

 

[Spotine]

"I'll just stay here.... Watch the house..." Willow said, sinking away. "Oh come on Willow! Don't be a chicken." Rose said, smirking. Willow shot her a look. "I know, I'll let you stay here Willow." Rose said, patting the deer's head. Willow laid down on her straw bed and settled in. "Be safe." She said. Rose turned back to April and Anna. "Alright let's go." She said, a determined look on her face.

 

[Dxni]

Arriving upon the possible site of where all the commotion came from Ocean walks closer to the contraption that appears to be on fire. Scanning the area she notices a tigers paw print, 'Odd' She thought knowing a tiger couldn't have done all this.

Jack nodded and watched blankly as the deer and Rose seemed to be having a conversation. Well then... snapping out of his perplexed state, he dashed ahead, his wolves quickly running after him. "Let's go.. quick! Hopefully we won't miss anything important."

 

[Spotine]

Rose ran after Jack, her short white dress flowing behind her. Her bare feet pounded on the forest floor.

Arriving at the helicopter, Jack was shocked. He didn't know much about modern technology at all, much less a helicoptor. But he knew that with a helicoptor, came people. Jack vanished, camouflaged in the surroundings. Tatchi and Mitcha dashed to two corpses and sniffed them, searching for signs of life. After a moment, Jack reappeared kneeling next to a third corpse, checking for its pulse. He exchanged grim glances with the wolves as their eyes told him that they didn't have any luck either. "They're dead," he muttered, yet loud enough for people to hear him say it.

 

[Spotine]

Rose arrived at the scene and skidded to a stop. "What happened here?" She muttered, walks closer to the smoking helicopter. Rose knew nothing about technology and therefore had no idea what the helicopter was. She looked around for Jack. He had seemingly disappeared. Then she heard his voice. "I'll never get used to that thing you do when you randomly disappear." Rose said as she shook her head.

 

[Dxni]

At the sound of voices Ocean slips inside the helicopter hopefully going undetected. Analyzing all the straps and seats in the back of the helicopter she noticed boxes ripped open, "There must have been something in these boxes." She whispers to herself

 

[Spotine]

Rose sniffed the air like an animal. "Someone else is here..." She thought, moving towards the helicopter slowly. Rose peeked inside. "Maybe someone is still alive." She thought. She saw a girl with a sweater on, standing by some ripped up crates. "Who are you?" Rose asked, her hand hovering near her sword.

Jack looked at Rose. "Well... I can't get used those little conversations you have with Willow," he said. Jack was joking but he hardly had the nerve to laugh in the situation that he was. Upon hearing Rose say there was someone else here, he held up his hand at the wolves. Amusingly enough, they froze mid trot and stared at him for a second. Jack then slowly walked up, where Rose had already asked who the person was.

 

[Dxni]

Jumping slightly all her muscles tighten turning around her aquatic blue eyes shifting back and forth from the girl and her sword, "I'm...Ocean, you don't need to take out your sword...I have no weapons at the ready." She says lifting her hands showing the sack in one and nothing in the other.

 

[Spotine]

"Oh. Hello Ocean. Are you from this helicopter?" Rose asked, dropping her hand. She noticed Jack come up behind her and felt a little more protected.

Jack watched as Ocean raised her hands. He didn't think so much that she was threatening, he was more if she.. "Do you know what happened?" Suddenly Tatchi jumped into the helicopter. "Tatchi! I thought I told to stay over there!" Jack said, frantically. But Tatchi was only followed by Mitcha. They sat there, wagging their tail and letting their tongue hang from their mouth.

 

[Dxni]

Shaking her head no, her blonde hair moving with the motion, "No, I don't know what happened...I saw the smoke and the Lightning and decided to follow it." She said cautiously unsure if they would still attack her. Her blue eyes widened in slight panic as the two wolves jumped inside, once realizing they weren't going to hurt her she smiled reaching out to pet them.

 

[Spotine]

Rose grinned at Ocean. "We were here to see what happened to." She looked around the helicopter a little. "Do you know what this thing is?" Rose asked, referring to the helicopter. She climbed over the broken crates just to find more dead bodies. "Whoever did this really likes killing people." Rose thought grimly.

 

[Aero]

April followed close behind Rose not wanting to get lost in her old planet. She looked up occasionally to see her sister flying overhead with clear concentration. Once everyone made it to the crash site April gasped looking at the wreckage. Anna flew down beside April looking around the site as well. When Jack said everyone was dead April turned pale. Anna comforted her sister till she reign her composer and joined the other two and the new girl they found in the helicopter. "It's a helicopter." April said when Rose asked. "A flying machine that needs a certain spot to land. It's what brings the shuttle people to different areas."
