[The Lawgivers] Game Conversation

Ruler of the Sun kind of route but that would be for much later on, beginning I see more like the young hero full of hope.

My motivation after my original is to "Bring about the glorious Third Age of Creation." Also, how would all of you feel about me "discovering" firearms?

Firewands are already there unless you want to create/discover them to use the modern age firearms charms.

The world doesn't support any of the science to start figuring out gunpowder. To be honest you'd likely segue into magitech and alchemy if you go that route. That being said I can see you making magitech firearms as the concept isn't that weird.

After all they actually do have them in Wonders. Essence cannons anyone.

Yeah they are in the shards books, the firearms charms in that book put the Firewand CMA to shame. The firearms charms have UMI, perfect defenses, unblockable attacks etc...

Updated Asad. I'll make the two ink monkey charms linked to their Wiki when the Wiki works for me again. For right now I put (IM) next to them. The two I picked are Dawn King's Strife and Elegant Dance of Bow and Blade

Elegant Dance of Bow and Blade - Basically allows me to instantly switch weapons without taking an action. Each shift past the first costs one mote.

Dawn King's Strife - This is the one that is the key stone to the Dawn Solution. Basically it let's me use any of the Dawn skill's excellencies for any of the dawn skills. So I could use the 1st Archery Excellency for a throwing attack then a 3rd War Excellency for a Melee parry DV. It is very power but is a second tier charm and requires an Ess 3 and war 4.

I'm bringing out Thousand Arms Prana, it essentially an upgrade to Summoning the Loyal Steel except you get to store essencex5 weapons per mote invested. You also get a refund on Summoning the Loyal Steel as well.

You are an eclipse caste unless you want to argue against it, exaltation in next IC post, so everybody is upgrading their sheets.

I've no objections, although my original plans was a combat-focused Zenith. I suppose I can do the same thing with the Eclipse.

Okay here are the house rules as they are so far, these are always modifiable:
Free spell with each purchase of a circle of Sorcery.

Craft as one skill. Each point unlocks another segment of craft (1 point gets Fire, two points gets two points in both Fire and Water, so on), exotic crafts being specialty purchases.

Everyone gets an additional 2 charms when converting.

Everything from Ink Monkeys is up for grabs, I am not to familiar with it, so link to what you are using.

If you can think of any other streamlined house rules let me know.
Also these are the houserules and you can reallocate your ability dots (so you might get some bonus points refunds).

Appreciate it, I'll get to tweaking the build as soon as I can. I don't want to hold up the game any longer than I have already .

Sorry for grammar, but mega-post is done. Also, just want to get a few things straight that may not have been apparent in my original posting for this game. Others may tell you of this, but I figure it's important to mention that I may break canon. Please tell me when I do as I haven't read every book in the series and quite frankly I love learning about new things. If I do something that breaks canon I wants to know about it for my own learning of exalted. A lot of times I don't have time to sit down and read. I mention that because your exaltation is strange... you did nothing heroic and Takeno's exaltation is stranger... so that is all on purpose if you were wondering.

Also I didn't proofread that beast so have fun with my mistakes. :)

Oh! Before I forget, most of these backgrounds have been taken from my earlier game, so if you see a name that's not yours just let me know. I proofread them good enough though I think...

I re-edited it. Refresh it I couldn't get them to work right :( I just took them out.

EDIT: Makes the post seem more daunting this way anyway lol
