The last ones (Kori, Robin)

Halo shrugged before looking around her own room. "Guess it kinda rubbed off on all of us." She laughed, gesturing around the room at her various Japanese style paintings and anime/Japanese video game posters and merchendise. Not to mention the Katana which she prized as her favorite possesion. She sighed. "What a weird little family, huh?" She said, mostly to herself.

Lawrence heard and he couldn't help but laugh. "Oh that's putting it very lightly." He said softly. Their choice in decor is just the first step into understanding on their "interesting family". Wouldn't even know how to explain the rest.

Halo looked up fast when she realized she had spoken out loud. She laughed nervously before saying, "That ain't even scratching the surface. If people even knew the half of it..." She whistled. "What time is it?" She yawned, before looking at her watch. She took off the watch and held it up for Lawrence to see. "I dunno why I check it. Hasn't worked for a couple years. Usually I can, how do 'xplain it.... "sense" the time but," She yawned again, "Mind's been foggy since yesterday. Senses aren't workin' right." She rubbed the side of her head.

Lawrence levitated the watch over to him. He focused on it for a few moments. "I know whats wrong. Some gears broken." He focused on the broken parts in question. He reshaped the brokwn gears back to what they're suppose to look like. The wath started ticking again. He rubbed his head as he adjusted the time on the watch. "There." He sat down on the ground. Focusing on so many small pieces of metal in a short amount of time tend to make him get headaches.

"Holy hell that was cool!" Halo exclaimed as she looked at the now working watch. She saw Lawrence sit down after rubbing his head. "You alright?" She asked quietly.

"Just when I focus on small things like that for extended periods of time, it gives me a headache." Lawrence said softly.

Halo scowled like she had just heard the stupidest thing. "If you knew that would happen, why did you do it? It's just a dumb watch." She said in false annoyance. (Sorry this took so long, I've had a rather long, and upsetting day)

Lawrence shrugged. "Just want to do something nice." He said softly as he slowly looked around the room.

What happened?)

Halo frowned, and then laughed. "You can be nice without causing yourself to be in pain. I appreciate it though. This thing was expensive." She said, putting the watch back in her arm. (Some guy tried to kill my dog today. She's just a puppy and he was screaming and pulled out a knife)

Why? And is the little puppy alright?)

Lawrence nodded slowly. "That's what some people say sometimes." He said softly. He stood up and he tried to keep his balance. His headache not going away.

(I honestly don't know why. He kept saying he was gonna kill her. She's fine though. Called the cops but they didn't do anything)

"Woah there, d'ya need help?" She asked as she stood up quickly. "Now you're startin to scare me."

Lawrence nodded. "I'm fine." A moment later he got his balance back and he smiled softly. He tried to change the subject. So he said. "Got any big projects going in down here?"

(Didn't get the notification)

Halo looked around and began shuffling through her things. "Big project... Big project... AHA! Here it is." She held up a large sheet of paper with the design for her latest creation. The picture showed the designs for a spear. The head was shaped like the head and wings of a dragon, the handle of the spear having ridges like the beast's spine, leading to the butt of the spear, which was a large spike. "It's the first time I've done a spear. Seems to be comin out alright." She grinned mischievously. She walked over to the corner of her room and grabbed the large wooden pole she would be using and laid it on the desk, in front of the layers of metal that would become the head. "It's cool isn't it?" She said, marveling her own work.

Lawrence walked over to her and looked at the spear. "That's awesome." He said with a soft smile on his face. "What you do down here is amazing. Especially since you do it the old fashion way."

Halo had a wild look in her eye, and a smile on her face. "It's one of those things you dream of doin as a kid, but never get to do, exception, me. Guess one of the perks to nobody knowing you exist is being able to do whatever the hell you want." She grinned. "Anyways, there ain't no way to make weapons 'cept the old fashioned way." She hummed

Lawrence smiled softly. "You're right over that one." He said softly. He chuckled softly. "The old fashion way isn't the only way. But it's the most rewarding." He said softly.

Halo nodded in agreement. "Cheap, weapons made without effort are boring, it's the work and the care that makes it worthwhile." She mused, passionate about her hobby.

Lawrence nodded. "But it's certainly convenient. Especially when you can duplicate it into as much metal that you want."

(thought I posted this earlier! whoops)

Halo shrugged. "Touche, but I was talkin more about mass producers." She laughed. "Eh, I'll skip my run today. I've been inspired to keep working in here!" She announced, eyes gleaming with a new excitement.

Lawrence chuckled softly at her. "I'll probably go up and see if Flare woke up yet." He said softly as he walked to the stairs.

Halo lowered her goggles and called back "Alright!" Before beginning to bond the end piece to the spear. Deciding the blowtorch was not enough heat, she quickly transformed her head to that of a dragon and "cheated" to speed up the process.

Not a full few seconds later there was a explosion upstairs. And Lawrence flew down the stairs and he slid against the ground. He slowly stood up and groaned.

Halo jumped up when she heard the explosions. Grabbing the weapon nearest to her (katana) she ran up the stairs as fast as she could. She looked around as the house was ablaze. She spotted Lawrence and shouted. "Are the others upstairs? Oh God, RUN!" She said, preparing to run up the stairs in search of the others.

Lawrence stood up. "I don't know, I didn't get very far upstairs." He stood up and stumbled over to the stairs. "To the back exit!" He said as he made his way up the stairs.

Halo rushed over to help Lawrence up the stairs. Once up, she started busting down the doors shouting "GET OUT! GET OUT!" But soon the smoke was too thick for her to see in front of her, so she made her way to the back exit.
