I'm a little iffy on how powerful your character's alchemy is. However, I do appreciate you trying to give him weaknesses to make up for the fact, but if your character isn't able to drink water, how is he able to live as people are supposed to be made up out of 70% water? I would prefer it if the weaknesses were more something along the lines of making him physically weaker or perhaps limiting his alchemy a bit more.
