Well before my post was deleted by a refresh...
Jonathan was going to be jogging around in search of a farmer to tell him wth a pineapple is and he'd be looking at it as he ran towards your character so someone tries to trip him with something, he burns it (forgetting to hide his powers) and as he burns the constrictor he'd roll, jump up, MISS THE FUCKIN PINEAPPLE, and fall into Kotone's entourage as a guard pins him down.

Sound alright? I'd have him directly run into her but a lot of people do that. XD This way, he indirectly gets her attention!

I'm feeling hesitant about my first posts. I've gotten so used to dialogue-heavy stuff now. If one thing's for sure, it's gonna look lackluster to the one-page-long posts churned out on a daily basis.

Come from the front... if you do. My character would be in the back (Since the most dangerous positions in any convoy are the front and the back, was at the front, regulated to the back when they got nearer to the castle for appearance sake), and he is more 'stabby stab stab!' if someone runs at him rather then 'tackle and hold down!'... survival instincts and what not.

By the way are you ok with being a member of Ryohei's (Kotone's brother and the heir to the Mizumoto clan) personal guard? I think their father would have preferred to assign someone of Hisashi's skill level to his son rather than his daughter

Don't worry about me ;p. Before tagging along on your and le Captain's coattails, I had planned doing like.. the first 6 post with just me, myself and some NPCs. I am pretty solid at finding things to react to even if it is making a character fume for three paragraphs at something they stepped in earlier.

Sure. I planned on him just being one of the generic guards they brought more for intimidation (his face) during the good ol' stare down between retainers, but he could do that instead. Has a solid enough reputation to not make someone think of possible betrayal, and I am sure that would pay more and that is all it would really take to persuade him into being a bodyguard (a job he detest).

You're lucky that blessed vessel is like the only person that can heal wounds inflicted by my sword. Otherwise I'll have carved you into falafel long before you can do any repositioning. : D
