i understand that we are limited to the applications listed for our powers but Diego, how much would that matter to his abilities? One of the applications in enhanced speed but w/ enhanced speed comes the ability to become intangible (basically phase through stuff using speed) so would Diego be limited to just having the speed or would be everything listed with the enhanced speed?
also can I assume the school wouldn't let Diego practice his death inducement ability?

Glad you asked that, only powers listed under Applications are accessed for use, Applications under the applications are not permitted (So yeah basically just the first set of applications only)hmmm

And I'm thinking he wouldn't be able to even unlock anything like that until at least Senior or Superlative year. Remember all applications won't be available from the start.
