So a good number of you already know why, but for the ones who don't, when I make an IC post I will reference the character(s) I include in my posts, but I do NOT tag the actual RPer. The reason I do this is because I don't want there to be fishing for just the important parts or mentions in the content, instead it invites everyone to continue to read and absorb the story regardless because information in the posts could/will be key for future moments (Not saying anyone is like that, just something I've done for a long time)
