The Inn at the Edge of the World (OOC)

So where exactly is the Crown of Kelen located then? And what's this 'Storm Circle' I'm looking at?

I really need to re-do that darn map. The first one you have is several years old by this point. I need to do better with it.
We legit need to sit down with a teapot, and I can lean over your shoulder like a micro-managing fuckhead until we get something just right.

Like, your skill is not in question here; it's a communicative failure.

Best commission that shit. Pixel's standard rate, plus my charge of... five bucks? To buy a drink with.

I wouldn't mind doing that, Grey. Hash out a couple of rough sketches before I do the proper thing.

Why do you guys hafta live on the other end of the bloody country!?

I'm also a little curious, but just how much of a tank is Abram right now? According to my math he has at least an 8 soak, 6 speed and some nutty combat stats. I mean, I'm not fully sure how the numbers work yet but it seems I've made something of a monster.

It sounds good but you have to be cautious. Combat is realistic and very dangerous.

My infernal demon of Pride was very nearly one shotted by a Mage out of nowhere, no dodge roll or anything.

And that's an Asedence 4 fully plate armored 7' tall demon of Pride that gets faster and faster the more she fights.

We probably won't, just don't piss them off because ranged ballistic weapons, even black powder, are OP as fucccccck

Likely not something we'll have to worry about.

Right now, a peasant with a pitchfork would need to roll two 10s on six dice to deal 1 point of damage to Abram, and has used his entire combat pool so you only one success to take him out of the fight.

A cheap sellsword with, say, a pollax, would need to roll one 9 on eight dice to deal 2 points of damage, but he's far more likely to hit you for upwards of 5 damage. Pollax is for killing knights, though. That same guy armed with a cheap sword would be about as likely as the peasant to do much more than 1 damage.

Anyone sneaking up on you with a stiletto and/or poison will probably do half your Condition or more in damage.

So in a straight fight Abram's a beast, but he's just as squishy as anyone when faced with a rogueish type. Guess he better start growing eyes in the back of his head then.
