I think Death would have moved in in 1945 when he realized he wouldn't be leaving any time soon (3 years and he knew he wasn't leaving. lmfao). Bip's ghost probably attracted him too since he's just naturally drawn to the dead and he was probably interested in how she managed to escape from a Reaper.

I'm going to say that the house just has a long tradition of being a house for supernatural folk. It doesn't belong to any one person or anyone's family. People move in and people move out. Due to its close proximity to the nearby university, most of the residents have been students, but I'm open to the idea that not all of them went to school. So, if you'd prefer your character to be a little older, you may also make that edit!


@Annabella @Raphael Sounds good! You two might want to discuss a little more in depth the nature of Bip's and Zeno's relationship. They've been living together for decades so I imagine they've been through a lot together.


Also, it sounds like everyone with the exception of Jonathan was living in the house during Erin's shapeshifting fiasco. XP
