If you feel like you can succeed, do it, but make sure you're ready for what comes next. It's only been about eight years since your country suffered the trauma of the Spanish-American War.

We could possibly negotiate over the fate of the Philippines and Cuba. But Puerto Rico and Guam are definitely remaining under the United States' control.

Only time will tell. The Empire will be restored...eventually...one day....maybe.
 
Something all y'all should remember is the Monroe Doctrine will be enforced no matter what side you guys are on or who your friends are.
 
Again if its navy then use navypedia like I stated, also as far as I know about the U.S army they used mostly these M1897 3.2 inch guns,
