(After pressing the first button and speaking the target's name, the instrument must be placed on a flat surface to point to the target's direction, much like a compass. The user can now view their target in full color while everything else shows in monochrome to avoid distraction. The second button opens a compartment in the side of the instrument, where a piece of neatly rolled parchment is stored. Pressing the third button and then placing the instrument at the edge of the parchment causes it to roll across, leaving a trail of glowing golden writing: precise instructions for any angel flying to the inquired destination. )
~Record Book, Pocket Edition: Used for locating targets by looking up their full names. It's a pocket-sized leather bound book with an opal gemstone set into the center of the book. The stone has golden ribbons swirling underneath its surface like smoke. After being pressed, the gemstone's gold leaks out onto the books pages, which absorb it and transform it into information about the target. Usually, the book is very informative to angels, but Raven's book has been tampered with by Alden, so it is filled with inaccuracies.
Looks: Long, flowing black hair that normally covers one eye, and her left eye, which was always exposed, was black, whilst the right, obscured eye was peridot green.
