Max looked at her sister and hugged her tightly "He has a kid! He has a kid Chleo and no one told me!" She sobbed shaking a bit because she was so worked up about it all.

Chleo bites her lip and sighs softly. “I...we were all hoping you wouldn’t care. I saw the way you looked at him. I was hoping the way you felt about him would make you reconsider kids. He loves you Max and you love him. I didn’t want to see you throw that all away over something so stupid.” She murmurs and rubs her back softly. “I still don’t want to see you throw that away.”

Max shook her head frowning and pulling away from her a bit "Everyone knew! It kills me that he still didn't tell me Chleo...thats what hurts most." She whimpered looking down "What would have happened if we moved in together?! Would he still not have told me?!" She asked more to herself not Chleo "I don't what my stance is on kids he still should have told me within the first few weeks."

Chleo sighs softly. “Maybe He should have but he didn’t. I heard him taking to Norman about it a few times. That man was so scared you’d walk out on him the minute he told you. He had his reasons.” She murmurs softly and watches her sister. “Just talk to him.” She says softly. “And without all the yelling this time.” She tries to tease her to get her to smile. She hated seeing her upset and she didn’t want her sister to go down the hole like when she and her fiancé ended things.

Max took deep breaths to calm down and nodded softly "Okay..." she whispered before hugging her sister again "I'm sorry I'm being a downer it just...it too me by surprise." She whispered

Chleo shakes her head and hugs her. “No need to apologize. I love you.” She murmurs and kisses her cheek. She gets up and goes to change Dehlila before heading back out to the party.

Max nodded softly and hugged her sister back before she got up and went out as well. She bit her lip hard as she made her way outside seeing Jeffrey sitting down "Can we talk?" She asked quietly as she got over to him. She loved this man, and was willing to try and make this work because of it.

Jeffery looks up at her and nods a little. “Wanna go back inside?” He asks softly. He wasn’t sure he wanted to be dumped in front of everyone, having a sinking feeling that’s where this was going. He couldn’t believe he was so stupid and lost her. He sighs and stands up, heading back into the living room.

Max nodded softly and took his hand in hers before she led him to the room she had previously been in. She turned to look up at him and sighed heavily "I'm very pissed at you right now." She admits taking in a deep breath "I'm pissed you didn't tell me and you hid this from me. Doesn't matter my stance on children you should have told me." She says trying to not show how visibly upset she was at this moment. She needed to stay strong and not crumble at his feet.

Jeffery nods a little and looks down, not sure he could meet her eyes right now. He didn’t want to see the hurt. “I know.” He murmurs and sighs, leaning agaisnt the door. “I know I messed up.” He murmurs and glances at her briefly. “I’m sorry. I really am. I should have told you I just wanted you to like her and I wanted her to like you. I didn’t want to lose you.” He shakes his head and chuckles at himself. “So much for that plan. I lost you anyway.” He grumbles and sighs. “You don’t have to explain or whatever. I get it.” He murmurs and sighs softly.

Max frowned as she listened to him and took a deep breath. She went over to him and gently placed her lips to his letting a few tears fall "I love more than anything in this world Jeffrey Dean...and I won't let my feelings of children take you away from me." She whispered to him before she kissed him lovingly keeping herself close to him.

Jeffery holds her close and kisses her back softly. He rubs her sides softly and holds onto her, scared to let go. He lays his forehead agaisnt hers and sighs. “I love you so much.” He murmurs softly. He closes his eyes and rocks her gently.

Max nodded softly and closed her eyes as well "Don't ever keep something that big from me again understand?" She murmured seriously still keeping her eyes closed as she swayed with him

Jeffery nods a little. “Never.” He murmurs softly and caresses her cheek. “I do have to get back out there and watch her though.” He says softly. “You don’t have to come meet her if you don’t want.” He assures her and slowly lets go. “I love you.” He murmurs and gives her a quick kiss before heading out.

Max nodded kissing him back before she took his hand in hers as she walked out "I'm not going to not meet her now Jeffrey, she is apart of your life and so am I. I should atleast know her a little bit." She said softly as they walked back to the party

Jeffery nods a little and let’s her take his chair. He sits down in the grass beside her and sees Lyla run over. He smiles and hugs her tightly. “Hey princess. I want you to meet my friend Max.” He murmurs and rubs her back softly. “She’s a very special friend.” He murmurs skftly.

Lyla ran over and giggled softly giving a small wave becoming a little shy around her "Hi.." she said softly

Max kneeled infront of the little girl and gave a soft smile "Hello sweetheart, its very nice to meet you." She said softly to the little girl. She was a beautiful girl she wouldnt deny it.

Jeffery smiles and rubs Lylas back. “It’s okay sweetie.” He murmurs and kisses her head. He smiles and watches them. He takes Max’s hand softly and rubs her hand softly.

Max gave a soft smile as Lyla giggled again befote whispering something to her dad

Lyla giggled and moved to whisper in Jeffrey's ear "She pwetty daddy." She said quietly

Norman finished up all the food and brought it inside smiling as he saw Dehlila in the grass with Chleo playing around. He was so happy to have them back in his life.

Jeffery smiles at her and kisses her cheek. “I think so too.” He murmurs and tickles her tummy softly. He glances over at Max and kisses her hand softly.

Chleo glances over at Norman and sees he was already watching them. She smiles and waves at him, getting Dehlila to wave too. She giggles and kisses her forehead softly. She glances back at Norman and blows him a kiss. She really loved that man.

Max smiled wide at him watching as Lyla ran off to go play with the other kids yet again "She is very cute, she has your smile." She said softly

Norman came out and yelled that food was ready before he ran over to Dehlila and picked her up quick spinning her around smiling as she gurgled loudly. She didn't fully get screaming yet because of her hearing issues but he could tell she was happy.

Jeffery smiles and watches her run off. He looks at Max and grins. “Thanks.” He murmurs and stands up. He kisses her softly and cups her cheek. “She thinks you’re pretty.” He murmurs and helps her up when he hears food was ready.

Chleo laughs soflty and watches them. She stands up and wraps her arms around Norman’s waist. She kisses his shoulder and nuzzles her face in his back. “You’re a great dad.” She murmurs softly.

Max smiled happily at him glancing at the little girl "She really thinks so?" She asked going inside with him to make some food.

Norman smiled softly and kissed her cheek "And you're an amazing mom." He said softly cuddling Dehlila close rasberrying her some smiling as he heard a small laugh come from her.

Jeffery smiles and calls for Lyla to come inside. He nods a little at Max at her question. He picks Lyla up and takes her to the table, helping her get some food. He goes to set her down with her plate before making one for himself.

Chleo smiles and watches them happily. She rubs his back softly and leaves him to play with Dehlila. She heads inside and helps make sure everything wasn’t running low and getting drinks for people.

Max gave a small smile at the two of them before she got her food settled. Maybe she could somewhat get used to having her around, but she knew for sure she wasn't the girls mother and she wasn't going to act like it either. She would be her dad's special friend and that would be it.

Norman smiled and played with Dehlila for a little longer before he went inside and got himself something to eat while he held Dehlila on his lap.
