Zeros brows furrowed in concern. He feels like he should be able to but he's not sure? The statement confused him, but he still nodded. Zero walked over to Ryft, taking his arm and placing it over his shoulder to give him some support. He looked over and offered Ryft a smile, simply to show he was more than happy to help. "This should help us get you to the nurse then..." He trailed off. He hadn't really thought about it, but what if it was that Ryft wasn't able to actually walk. Upon considering this, Zero ended up picking Ryft up bridal style, figuring this would be best anyways. They'd get to the nurse, and it'd take pressure off of his injuries. He began walking, being careful not to do anything that would cause Ryft pain, that was the last thing he wanted to do. "Is this alright?.." He questioned, taking a glance at Ryft before looking back in front of him. He was aware that picking up Ryft was a bit sudden, so he had to make sure it was at least alright with him.RYFT-MK80
Ryft stared at Zero, trying to analyze the reactions he seemed to be having. It was like he was surprised by what Ryft was saying. Was he saying something really that strange? I suppose it would be a bit weird to not really seem to show concern for your own injuries, but lately Ryft actually hadn’t been able to show much concern for... anything. He felt very disconnected from himself and his emotions, sometimes it felt like he didn’t have any emotions or couldnt truly feel the pain he was in. Of course he could tell there was injuries but... maybe that disconnect is why he didn’t quite feel the panic or concern that someone normally should. God, not having a wielder was really messing him up good time. “I feel as though I could or should be able to walk, but I’m not sure if I actually can.” He admitted, realizing that the strength levels in his body were lower than they should be. He wasn’t totally sure how badly the accumulation of the injuries he had sustained would affect his ability to move. Looking up at Zero, he could tell that something was really bothering him, though he figured that now wasn’t a good time to ask.
