“What would I have left to experience, though? My entire bloodline is nothing but a forgotten crypt now and I shouldn’t still be in this world. Besides, I watched my own corpse rot away to nothing. I doubt many spells could resurrect me from that.”

Gail floats over to the computer as she says that without even waiting for a response. She wanted to at least have an answer to her problem before she ultimately decided her fate. As she places an open hand onto the computer screen, her eyes turn a bright, glowing blue as the computer sparks to life. After a few seconds, a few files open on the computer.

“I think I have found the necromancy books, though.”

I think Ren is well versed in ghosts enough to recognise a possession when he sees one.

Raven allowed Han and Keith to get on into the train as she stood there waiting for the crowd to clear. Once it cleared, by now the train should be starting to move. She went to the front of the train and jumped to the window and stabbed a hole into the wind shield to cause the train drivers to become scared and stop the train. "I recommend you keep the train stalled until I find who I am looking for. Don't worry. I am only looking for two." She said before she broke the window in and got inside and tied the train drivers down so they couldn't move. "This is just so you don't do anything stupid while I am away... Now, to find those two..." She said before going through parts of the train to find the two passengers who were her targets. She now remembered there was a third person. She'll just kill him after she does away with these two. She then sliced at the air again opening a portal before appearing in Han's and Keith's part of the train. All the passengers soon pressed themselves to the walls staying far away from Raven as possible. She then began walking grinding the tip of her blade against the floor as she searched for Han and Keith. They couldn't hide forever, not in this small area.

Keith Brando

Keith cursed under his breath. He had hidden himself at the back of the train. If the train didn't keep moving then they were doomed. He need to get the train moving or they wouldn't reach Studdton on time. He decided to make a call. He got outside of the train and took off his hood, proceeding to push it viciously forwards with all his strength, causing it to go really fast down the tracks. It was all up to Han now... He would have to stop her by protecting the civilians, and defeating that girl.
((The train moving is essential to this part so... Just gonna have Keith move it >~<))

"With necromancy we could bring your body back. There's all kinds of magic that could fix that, but I see where you're coming from." Ren said before watching Gail go over to the computer. As she started to possess the computer, he simply watched, waiting to see if she found anything. "You did? Great, which section should we head to?" He asked, looking around a bit to see if he saw anything. Th entire time they were there, he repeatedly told himself in his head that this was to help her. Ren had just made a new friend and well... He was already gonna lose that friend. Maybe he could visit her somehow after all this is over.

“Yeah, right this way.”

As she says that, she heads into the back of the library. It’s a bit dim there, especially to read, so she creates flying blue balls of fire with her hand that spread out and roam the corridors. Since she isn’t in a fight, the balls of fire are actually a lukewarm flame that couldn’t burn straw in a hot sun. As the will-o’-the-wisps orbit her body and fly off in different directions, they come to a stop at several books.

“Here are all the ones in the library’s database. Which ones do you need?”

Since Gail doesn’t know the title of what she is searching, she could only search by category.

Han had hid with Keith, knowing they'd have to do something soon or that'll be it for them and all this would have been for nothing. With his sword ready to fight off their surprise attacker, he could only wonder what they wanted from the two. When the train was forced to stop, he frowned ad watched as Keith left the train. "Shit..." He could hear the blade being dragged on the ground by whoever it was, and Han started getting people out of the train so they wouldn't get hurt before Keith got it up and moving again. Han then started making his way to meet the girl and finish this fight.

Raven noticed that the passengers were being moved out. And the train began moving again. Soon, the area was clear of civies and only Raven and Han were in the area. She then stopped walking as she examined Han. She also examined his sword. This guy didn't look so skilled. She then just charged at him without saying a word before swinging her sword upwards at Han, cutting through the floor.

Since the anti-super incident, Roland had been more on edge against strangers than usual. Not particularly anyone from FHS or customers, but those out on the street? Oh yeah, there was zero trust and no getting close to him unless Roland already knew you. Even after the whole thing blew over, Roland was hesitant to move back to his shop with Dakota. Then his family was hesitant to let them go back. But they did end up going back, but not empty handed. At first, his family tried giving them all sorts of things, but Roland refused every offer he could until it was just a lot of food being sent back with him and Dakota. So much so, he had to go out and by a spare freezer, which wasn't a bad thing, given how Roland often forgot to eat. That was just over a week ago. But already Roland had fallen back into his bad habits of staying up too late in his shop, despite his knowing Dakota would probably scorn his for it. Like always, his stomach was the one to drag him up from the shop and into the apartment on the second floor. It was roughly eleven thirty at night as he attempted to sneak into the kitchen.

Han had continued walking until he came in contact with the girl. He could feel the killing intent radiating from her. He still didn't believe she was cartel either, but that wasn't the point, and as she examined him, he did the same to her. This was going to be fun. He didn't show any signs of movement as he was being charged at. Han just stood there. As soon as she swung her sword upwards, Han did the same thing, though with the swing of his blade, an attack similar to what he used to defeat Keith was made. A blue beam of energy was made and at this distance, it had no choice but to be a direct hit unless she pulled off some miracle. "Hmph..."

Raven seeing the beam just in time used her attack on the beam instead which split right in the middle of the beam as Raven was unharmed. And her blade looked as if it was getting sharper. After sliced straight through the beam, the split beams impacted the walls behind her which could cause them to be detached from the rest of the train. But to Han's and Keith's luck, they weren't. However another attack like that could detach them from the chain. But supposed it didn't matter since Keith was pushing against it. Raven then charged at Han again not showing any sign of fatigue or injury. This time she performed a skull splitting stroke, aiming for Han's skull.

Keith Brando

As Keith continued to push the train they had arrived in a desert of sorts. There was absolutely nothing for miles. Keith knew he was just had to push the train to the barrier then he could help Han. He noticed the train was starting to suffer some damage. There was nothing he could do about that since if he let go the train would stop and they wouldn't make it to Studdton... So he kept pressing on.

Han had seen that the attack failed the moment it was split in two. Whoever she was, she wasn't a rookie. She must have been trained for this type of thing or something. witching up the plan and using the blast as a distraction, Han jumped out a window that had been shattered on the train. He then waited and when he heard footsteps going in the direction he stood before, Han jumped back through the window and kicked the girl into the seats. Han quickly pointed his sword at her, ready to attack once again if she was still going to fight. It wasn't going to be good for the train though... It was taking heavy damage and soon could possibly end up detaching... And there were civilians up front as Han only got the ones in the back to safety.

Raven soon found herself pinned on the seats before a sword was pointed at her. Quickly, she took out an automatic pistol and shot rapidly in Han's direction to distract him or perhaps kill him before getting her sword quickly and hitting the sword out of Han's hand and into the ceiling. She then kicked Han to the wall and pinned him there with her foot in his stomach. Now as she started to bring the gun to Han's body since it was coming from behind her, Han has a moment to react before Raven makes some new holes into Han and filling him with bullets.

Han was about to finish it before bullets were shot at him, and acting quickly he had to make sure he didn't get hit. Unfortunately for him, that allowed for the girl to get free of his hold and he soon found his sword stuck in the ceiling after having his hand be hit, causing for that to happen. During the confusion, he was kicked into the same spot he had her pinned down in, and she was preparing to shoot at him again. Han grit his teeth, resorting to having to use his fist for this. He grabbed her foot and lifted it, raising it high enough for him to tackle her into the other side of the train and get free, and in the time given to him, he retrieved his sword and took a fighting stance. "What the hell do you want from us?"

When Raven's leg was raised, she sprayed her gun just next to Han before getting tackled and kneeling on the floor. When Han spoke, she got up and tossed the pistol away, possibly out of bullets. "It's quite easy to tell what I want. Your deaths in exchange for money. Blood money if you want. Now do me a favor and just die." She said before she charged at Han again before swinging sharply at Han.

Much to their disappointment, they had crossed the barrier... But soon after a large purple meteor slammed into the train, completely shattering the first half and sending the back half flying to the side off the tracks. This caused Keith to go flying as well, suffering quite a bit of damage as he was barely able to move through the sand. Sand began swirling around the back half section of train, where Han and Raven were. It seemed they had been ambushed. Keith could tell from the shifting shadows in the sand. It was hard to see due to sand being on Keith's glasses so he acted like he was dead since this wasn't exactly the perfect setting for him to fight in... A shadow was slipping through the swirling sand that had suddenly appeared.

Han frowned, "You want us dead? Not happening, beautiful." He said with a grin. Since he had been able to defend himself so easily, he was becoming slightly more at ease. As she neared him, Han stabbed his blade into the floor of the train and as soon as the blade was close enough, he kicked it out of her hands and followed up with a sweep kick, before a random meteor hit the front half of the train. "Those civilians!" Han was gonna grab his sword but he soon lost track of Keith's power. What the hell was happening? "KEITH!? Shit!" He then looked at the girl. "You can kill me later, but we may have a common enemy here and if they kill me and Keith, you're most likely not gonna get paid." He told her as he hopped out of the train, covering his eyes as he did so. Han couldn't find Keith, but he did sense another energy and it wasn't the assassin's. Someone else was here.

Raven was sent flying a few feet back before she recovered quickly and sprinted to get her blade back. Then a meteor hit causing her to feel a jolt from the impact. She then looked at the front of the train before she grabbed her sword. She then listened to Han as she just stood there wondering what was going on. She gets a letter from some organization she never heard about and was told to kill off 3 people. Now a meteor hit and it seemed like something else was here. Since she couldn't get a grasp of the situation as Han left, she decided to walk away temporarily. She then sliced at the air opening a portal and then sheathing her blade before looking back at the direction Han left. "You better survive. I'll be waiting." Raven said as she was leaving. Her strategy right now was to rest while her targets work to fight something else off. That way, she would have more stamina than her targets giving her the upper hand. After she made contact with the portal, she disappeared along with the portal.

Smiling down at her as she walked into his home, he had noticed her faint blush which made him smile. "Oh I've done nothing but sit at home and help my sisters around the house" he said looking around. "What have you been up too?" He asks shutting the door and walking over to the living room

She glanced over at him briefly "Oh? You mean like chores and stuff?" She asked as she had made her way to the couch to sit on it, she made sure to sit on it the right way though. Just to be mannerly in another home more than anything if this was her home they were in she'd probably do what she normally did. By now she had accepted the fact that Luke liked her the way she was, she acted her weird self around him before they admitted to liking eachother so there was no point in her trying to be civilised now when he already knew what weird habits she had. She of course found this to be a huge relief, she didn't think she could ever manage being a 'proper lady'. "Pfft. I probably need to do chores, my house is a mess" she said giggling a little as she leaned back on the couch a bit. "What have I been up to? Honestly nothing much, woke up, got a shower, ate an entire big box of poptarts, watched TV, died of boredom, came here to cure it" she paused before looking over at him "And to see you, of course" she responded, smiling brightly at him.

“Ah yes, of course.”

Kane grabs his well-made shashka, a saber-esque Russian sword, from the seat next to him, and with a simple flick of his wrist sheathes it in a fancy looking leather sheathe. It doesn't appear to be used that often - Kane's shashka was more for ceremony than anything else. Despite his relatively middle class upbringing, he still has a bit of royal blood in him, and the sword was passed down from his father to him.

“After you, miss.”

He gestures a hand towards the exit of the school, to go find the park.

Rosalie smiled at him, amused by his politeness, she wasn't the most posh of people so she didn't think she needed to be referred to as miss or anything like that, but she didn't really correct him thinking perhaps that may be rude. She didn't spend much time with people before she came to FHS so at time she would have not thought on how something would effect a person. Not out of selfishness, just simply out of not knowing. Since starting here she had learned to analyse things a lot better. She glanced back at the boy as he sheathed the blade he was carrying, with a curious expression she looked to the blade, then to Kane before her voice sounded again "That's a pretty cool sword? Why are you carrying a weapon with you?" It wasn't unheard of for the students here to carry weapons around with them since the school offered all kinds of training including training with weapons if your abilities involved your weapon somehow and if your powers were classed as offensive fighting classes were compulsory, much to Rosalie's discontent, since she was made go to those classes, since coming here she had also learned that her abilities with sound can do some pretty dangerous stuff. But he didn't really look like he needed a weapon for his abilities south did make her curious.

After arriving back home, Dakota wasn't really struggling with the same amount of distrust as Roland, mostly because she didn't really struggle with people anyway, she just didn't like crowds, which stemmed more from her powers being haywire in the past, having those under control and living with Roland's huge family in the one place had definitely made her realise that she can now stay in a crowd without hurting anyone. As for those on the streets as long as she didn't tell them or give any signs to disprove their assumptions, she just looked human, she was 50% human after all. After a week home, she felt like she was settling back into the place again as well as a certain individual that hadn't arrived upstairs since lunch was too. In that time she had went shopping and met up with her friends for a bit but she was a good 98% sure he hadn't moved from his workshop in that time, Especially since she had left a plate of cookies she had bought earlier in the day on the table that had been completely untouched, and found that a bit hard to believe. She was well used to Roland coming to bed late at this stage, so much so that his nighttime creeping around the house didn't wake her up anymore, no amount of telling him sleep was important was going to change that about him, he just liked his work that much. She probably would eventually voice her concerns when his time for coming upstairs moved from midnight to 3am which had happened more than once or he was staying up late many days in a row.

When he had finally arrived upstairs for the evening, there was no worry of waking her up. Since she was already awake. She was staying up late herself to watch a movie on the TV. She she was on sitting on the couch with her favourite fluffy blanket when he had arrived up the stairs. She actually hadn't noticed him at first when he arrived up the stairs, it was only when she had went to glance at her phone that she had spotted movement pass the doorway. She blinked a few times as she watched him attempt to sneak food. Why was he doing that? He must have thought she was asleep already or she going to tell him off she guessed. She was tempted to ask him wasn't it a little late for dinner but instead stayed quiet and tried not to giggle, mostly because his sneaking around was funny to watch.

Kane unsheathes the sword again to hand it to her. He pulls it out with excellent skill, and rests the end of the blade on his other hand as he gives it over. He doesn’t want to hurt herself, after all.

“My shashka? It’s more for ceremony than anything else. We Russians like our traditions. It was my forefather’s sword – has been passed down for generations.”

Kane smiles as he says this. He enjoyed talking about the sword – it itself had little history to it. It was made by an unknown blacksmith way back when, and was given to a nameless soldier in battle. It was bland and uninteresting, but still carried the same quality to it, if not more, to this day. No, it wasn’t the sword that was special to Kane, but the people who wielded it. Men of his family would pass it down to their children for centuries, father to son, grandfather to grandson etcetera. Some people had a plate or a necklace as their family heirloom – the Kolowski’s had something that was integral to their history.

Rosalie was about to start walking when he had unsheathed the sword again, the sound of it causing her to pause in her movements and look in his direction. She tilted her head slightly as the blade was handed over to her, she looked at him hesitantly with a look that said 'You're sure you're okay with me touching this?' before she eventually took the blade. She looked over it as he talked about where it came from, it must have been pretty interesting to have a special item that your family thought was important, it was like having a connection with people before she thought to herself "So, it's like a family heirloom. That's nice" she smiled softly "My family don't have anything like that in our history...It's pretty cool that you do" she handed the sword back to him, she didn't want to be the one to accidentally drop it or something, especially because it was important to him and it was sharp. Of course.

Kane wasn’t worried about her dropping it. It’s made of a decent metal – dropping it onto the ground probably wouldn’t do much.

“Most Russians have something like that in our families. Most Russian families have something like this.”

Kane grabs the sword carefully from her, and places it back into the sheath. He doesn’t handle it particularly gently, but makes sure not to cut Rosalie’s hands. It looks like it would hurt if it cut her.

“Anyhow, shall we be off?”

EmeraldGail, the forever young.

Roman Roman
Ren followed Gail to where the books on necromancer stuff were put. It was definitely a place for necromancers. Dark. When Gail made a light source, Ren blinked. Convenient. He then came to a stop when she did, looking around at all the books. "Huh? Oh... Ah... We're just gonna grab a bunch and look through them. I'll see what I can find." He said, before walking towards a shelf and taking down a few books. Placing them on a table, he took a seat. "Now to get started. Think you an come closer to the book? I can't see much." He asked her, flipping open a large book.
