"I wonder... What does a guy like you have for his powers?" She asked, looking at him, tilting her head curiously

Alejandro looked at Astrid and smiled a little. He couldn't make any promises on that, but he could promise to keep her out of his business. That's for sure. He sighed lightly and nodded his head in agreement with her words, telling her something other than what he really wanted to say.


"Sure. If it keeps you out of my hair and me out of yours."





Moments later Hyouinmaru returned, but stood outside the room, the door was still open so he knew he could go in. Just this time... He didn't know what he'd be going in for. Alejandro or that blue haired girl... One was his friend and the other he had just met, and barely knew anything about, yet he just wanted to sit and talk with her maybe over a cup of coffee when she's out of the hospital. That's when he put the palm of his hand on his face, and began thing about the BS he just told himself he wanted... Though it wouldn't be a mistake...


"Hyouinmaru... She's just a girl. Nothing more..."


"...Yeah... Just a girl..."


Hyouinmaru walked back inside the room and waved to everyone. He saw Astrid in his seat, but didn't bother to make her get up. She'd probably chew him out for even looking at her. That being said, he just went to the window and looked out of it.

...?Skylar had turned away from Astrid, not really knowing what else to say to her, when she noticed that Hyouinmaru had returned and was walking in the doorway to their room. Her eyes widened a bit, but he wouldn't have noticed as he had gone straight to the window to look out of it?...





...?Astrid huffed again, blowing her bangs out of her face. The hair moved upward with the force of her exhale, but slowly fell back down into it's original position, which caused Astrid to scowl more. During this she raised an eyebrow at Alejandro?...


"Sounds good to me, Ishida."


...?It was then that Astrid noticed Hyouinmaru as well. She didn't say anything, just looked at him sideways with an expression that was a mixture of anger and wariness. Not wanting to show her displeasure toward Hyouinmaru in front of Skylar, she turned back to her friend to see her looking like she wanted to say something?...

Klef was going to say something else but was interupted by the return Gitrog monster. Her eyes widened and she lifted her eyebrows, she froze for a mere moment as she watched the frog swallow Nova whole. The murmured screams of her new friend let Klef know she needed to do something as quick as possible. She would use a knife, but Nova mentioned that such a weapon couldn't cut through the frog's thick skin before. The frog now had it's slit eyes on Klef, who was clueless and trembling to the point that her body couldn't handle being in the form she shapeshifted into.

Her body quickly contorted into it's original form, she was now was about a half foot shorter and rather small compared to the form she was previously using. All she could do was cry, she was not expecting such a frog to pop out of nowhere, but it seemed odd that she could even use this form. Was her chip no longer working? It had been awhile since she left to 'visit' this city so perhaps things have changed back there. An idea popped up into her head, the girl was ready to risk exploding as long as it meant she could get her friend back. She morphed into a bear at least three times her height since she thought the best way to go about this was monster vs monster. Klef charged at the Frog at full speed, attempting to ram the frog into the wall, hopefully it would push Nova out, or at least leave the monster unconscious.

The giant frog wasn't extremely quick so the ram was effective and caused it to ram into a wall, the sewers now shaking wildly, threatening to collapse on them both. Nova popped out of the frogs mouth for a second but was quickly swallowed again, the frog now looking angry now took Klef and started dragging her into it's mouth with it's long tongue, Nova now seizing the opportunity as she quickly took her knife, did a flip and cut the frogs tongue, causing it to wail in pain and to only leave Klef tied up. It was just Nova and the frog now, and the odds didn't seem to be in their favor. Nova looked like she was on the verge of death, her body badly bruised from hitting the sides of the frogs stomach. "I... Won't...." She muttered before the frog just jumped and body slammed Nova, leaving her to struggle under its weight, her bones getting crushed.

Kite was out at the park, doing some street performance for any humans who were attacking supers during the Civil War. Many seemed pleased with his performance, while some others just got up and left. Either way, he was trying to make amends with them so that the war would not continue. Right now, he was just doing some magic tricks using a simple deck of cards, and one of his animal friends that looked like a lizard with a top hat and cards in his hand.

Lexi warped to kite, leaving Harper in charge of Lillith, she saw people and then she saw kite performing, she walked over and say on a bench and watched, waiting for him to be done

Yuna nodded "Yeah, two of them, an older brother and a younger sister" she said with a small smile "My brother is pretty lazy and a bit grumpy sometimes but he's nice" she said as their coffee's arrived, she thanked the waitress before she left "I havent seen my little sister in quite a while, but she is pretty shy and quiet" she then continued.

Zero took a drink of his coffee before looking at her curiously, "You haven't seen her in a while?" he asked. "Doesn't that worry you? unless you know where she iss and just haven't met up with her..."

Even if it was rather hard to tell, there was a brief, but triumphant smirk on the bears face. She couldn't believe that she was able to not only attack the frog, Nova was able to get out, even if it was only for a moment. She even heard a few of the frogs bones crack from smashing into the cement walls, which made her feel bad, but it needed to be done. However, her actions did not come without consequences, as now the entire sewer was furiously shaking since it seemed that the combined weight of the the frog and bear was enough to significantly damage the cement. Nova was quickly swallowed again, and Klef was being pulled in by the frog's abnormally lengthy and strong tongue. Her friend came to the rescue and managed to slice the frog's entire tongue off, which would have astonished Klef if the situation was a little less chaotic. The frog's tongue tightly coiled around Klef's body, leaving her gasping for air as she watched her friend continue to battle the frog. Nova appeared to be dying, she was not only body slammed by Klef (by accident), but now the frog, who pressed it's weight into her. The sound of her friend's cracking bones made her cringe more than what Klef was doing at that moment, biting through the frogs tongue in hopes of rescuing Nova. It took a minute or so, yet the minute felt like forever for Klef, the ripping the frog's tongue with her teeth made her want to gag and she had to do it quickly because her friend was dying. The bear once again rammed into the frog, in hopes of knocking it off of Nova.

"I don't have the best reputation ever." He sighed, there was still a faint smile on his face, but it was fading. "You should live your life as a badass weapon/ assassin and meet amazing people. The chances probably will slim down if you hang around a wimpy, rainbow loving unicorn."

Alejandro nodded and slowly closed his eyes. He felt tired all of a sudden and figured this will be a good time to get some rest. He had made one last comment, before yawning and going to sleep.

Hyouinmaru felt Skylar's sight fall on him when he walked in, but he didn't say anything. He listened as Alejandro fell asleep, and that's when he felt Astrid's eyes fall upon him too, but she quickly looked away. She wouldn't be the easiest to get along with and he knew for a fact that proving he wasn't a bad guy was going to be even harder. When Skylar asked for his name, his body stiffened a little but he quickly relaxed.


"S-Sure..."


Hyouinmaru turned to face Skylar and he put his hands in his pockets, as he made his way toward the bed, standing beside Astrid.


"I'm Hyouinmaru Ishida. Think I can know yours?"

Ryouko stared at him, "People will react the same way you did when they find out i'm an assassin, I don't think they'll hang our around me" she said.

"You'll be surprised, for some odd reason people seem to be attracted to badassery and most people don't flip out as much as I do." He said to her. " Do me a favor and just try to hang out with some other badasses, if that doesn't work, then we can hang out." Roy joked.

Leon stopped in his tracks, thinking. A FC ter a moment, he extended an arm, a flash of lightning and wave of fire shooting over his palm. Following this was a burst of Shadow, erupting upwards and absorbing the elements that came before. Finay, the darkness was parted by purifying light, which Leon extinguished as he closed his hand into a fist.

For a moment, Layla was confused as to what Kalin had found humorous. In her eyes, the entire situation was confusing. For him to just be out here, seemingly dead, and be laughing. Figuratively shaking the thought from her head, she sat back on her hands and tilted her head, examining his facade as she spoke. "Perhaps. If necessary."

She said as she watched him rub at his neck with his hands, he was smiling now, yes, but she still wished to know why he thought of it.

Immediately, Kaname's smile disappeared. His head shifted to a downward tilt, and his hand brought itself to the floor. His gaze went dull, quiet. He had no direct aim as to where he was looking as his thoughts coursed through his brain. After a few mere seconds of silence, his gaze sharpened, and his brows furrowed. He couldn't allow himself to bring Camilla to any stage of worry, however, he would have to make her aware sooner or later. "Because....those who stay with me, always seem to disappear."

Klef was successful but in doing so it caused rubble to start falling from the ceiling. The sewer was now in a dangerous state, on the verge of collapse. Nova was in a heap of blood, gasping for the breath. The exit was just right around the corner. They were SO close...
