Would you mind elaborating on his ability. Mainly his energy-attacks. I get that he can basically become a moving Metapod that has used Harden 30 times in a row for using the energy in his body to become durable. However these energy-attacks is something i want you to elaborate on.

Harry is an amiable old man, very soft spoken. He is slow to trust anyone new, due to his tumultuous past. He doesn't like to bring up his abilities, because in his eyes those were the very things that STARTED the great bloody mess that was his life. A true sage, Harry believes he has seen most, if not all of what life has to offer him, and believes this might give him an advantage over those "young whippersnappers" that he'll be facing up against in the tournament. However, he does have a drawback- he cannot bring himself to harm anyone in the tournament. He has left his past of violence and death behind him, and if he must lose the tournament in order to keep it that way, he will. No more will any innocent people will be harmed because of his ignorance. No more.

Bio/History:

A long time ago, a man named Dmitri Mendeleev (Mendel- lay- ev) invented and wrote down the first periodic table. A scientist, he became obsessed with his creation, forgoing his family and shutting himself in his lab for days. Finally, he reemerged into the world, having discovered the ability to manipulate the very elements he had discovered. Many years later, his progeny still retained some of the original abilities, with each member with abilities only able to manipulate a single element. Harold Mendeleev was one of these lucky few, and learned from a young age to control his abilities with his brothers and sisters.


However, he did not enjoy this long. His family was killed by a shadowy organization that hated all Mendeleev's lineage for the power they once solely wielded over the human race. The carnage that night was terrible, with Harry the only survivor. He went into hiding, and soon was traveling the globe- always one step ahead of his pursuers. Finally, Mendeleev shook them, which is when he set his plan in motion. By creating a new identity, he infiltrated their group, and, due to lots of hard work and a filing error (someone accidently replaced his name with the boss’), he eventually became their leader. He succumbed to the pull of riches, however, and ended up aiding the group with their lucrative trade in blood diamonds. This earned him the nickname “The red jewel.”


One night he went on a raid in a tiny coastal town in the philippines, and in the heat of the moment killed a family. He flashed back in his mind to the time when he was orphaned, and realized he had just done the exact same thing with the very people who had done it to him in the first place. He shut himself up in his office, and disbanded the group forever. He then moved to the mountains of Saskatchewan, where he repented his actions against the many people he'd hurt. It was then that he realized he was much less powerful than he had originally been. He vowed to return the name of Mendeleev to its former glory, and after years of training prepared to re-enter the global stage by force as a contestant in the elemental tournament.

As long as you can't manipulate the carbon in peoples bodies, then accepted. Although the only complaint i have with this character is his age. Now i do admit that the backstory provided actually adds very interesting lore to this universe, however the timescale doesn't add up. Dmitri Mendeleev died in 1907 in our time and that would mean it would be 1989 for Harold, meaning that the USSR hasn't collapsed yet. Sorry, but i'm a stickler for that kind of shit. He's accepted either way, but i was just pointing it out.

Kiritsugu was raised by his father as a Killer,denying his emotion.His power came from the research done by his family as he throw away his emotion in order to be a strong Assasin.


After years and years of training,his abilities was controlable along with the Origin Bullets,coming from his own ribs.

Quick question before i accept this. Does this guy always go for lethal shots? If so i can't accept this until you've changed that, this is a non-lethal tournament aka no killing.
