*dusts off 8th grade biology memories* well, you see, punnett squares.


Really, though, you usually have to just wait and see which traits end up beating out others in successive generations of organisms. At least, if my memory serves me correctly. A lot of it also has to do with the alleles and phenotypes/genotypes of the parents. If the parents have certain combinations of alleles (or genes, in layman's terms), then it makes certain genetic outcomes more or less likely. Here, I'll link two wikipedia pages.

Well actually in the old days they tested if someone could curl their tongue. If they could in a specific way or do it more than one time, then they had dominant genes. Of course that's outdated and we have genetic science.

@Loyal Guardian if I may? I would suggest getting a second In Character tab for the actual tournament battles. That way, people can be RPing in the main tab while the tournament is going on and they don't interrupt each other.
