His ring allow's him to construct things using the emotion of hope. If a Green Lantern is nearby his ring has the same capabilities as a Green Lantern's power ring would, plus being able to heal wounds and regenerate.

Weaknesses

Without a Green Lantern nearby he can only do the minimum with his powers, mainly just his protective aura, augmenting his strength, as well as flying with some occasional defensive shielding. There's always a risk of losing his ring, or the ring losing power if for some reason he loses Hope.

Biography

Nate was your average college student when he was suddenly abducted by aliens...which to be honest, happened on the news occasionally. What he hadn't expected was to be taken to another planet, to become a Blue Lantern. He didn't even know there was such a thing, I mean everyone knew who Green Lantern was...but a blue one? And powered by Hope? He hadn't felt like he was particularly in touch with his inner hope to be honest, but the Guardians of Hope clearly saw something that he didn't. That had been only a few months ago, he was told he wouldn't be able to use his full powers unless he was nearby a Green Lantern, which he hadn't been yet, so he was unsure as to what the full extent his powers we're.

  Bio: Barbara Gordon is the biological daughter of James Gordon and Barbara Eileen. At the at the age of 15 (made younger) she was obsessed with Batman. Training herself to her fullest, she gained a black belt in a short period of time and created a DIY costume to defeat some villains. During one of these heroic trips, Bruce Wayne was being kept hostage by a villain named Killer Moth and Batgirl soon stopped him. After this, Bruce told Barbara about the whole ‘Batman’ thing and let her join. Though this was short lived for one day there was a knock on the door. Thinking it was her yoga instructor, she opened the door to reveal the Joker in tourist clothes. Shooting her lower abdomen she was crippled from the waist down and was thrown into a depression (There was more but it’s inappropriate :3). Becoming Oracle for a year (made shorter), she helped Batman in the background. Though after the timespan of that year her wounds were healed and she was back into crime fighting. Once back in, she received an invite to the Bird of Prey; a group created by Black Canary. First denying, she soon joined after defeated a group of super villains with them. Though she ended up leaving and she joined a few of her friends to go live in Burnside, the “coolest place in Gotham.” Afterwards, she went out of the suit designed by Batman and created her own new suit and became a viral Superhero, and the only one to take part in social media events, challenges, and fads.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  Personality: After a few years of her serious phase, once going to Burnside she decided to become a new Batgirl and completely shed out of her serious personality. A new trending superhero, she enjoys and takes pride in the fact that she's Gotham's first and only viral vigilante. Unlike other superheroes who only stop crime, she stops crime and takes part in social media fads and challenges. Though she hasn't completely grown out of her seriousness and treats villains with cold and harsh words and treatment. Biography: Adrian is the son of the Gotham mob boss Pasquale "Junior" Galante. His life was easy up until the point that his father was killed. He, his mother and his sister were taken into police protection following this where his mother and sister were killed by corrupt cops working for Black Mask, who wanted all the Galantes out of the way so that he could seize Pasquale Galante's criminal organization. Adrian managed to escape however due to the timely assistance of Batman. Following this Adrian swore to avenge his family and created gadgets and weaponry to do so, taking on the name of The Phantasm. The Phantasm now stalks the streets of Gotham, eliminating threats and working towards his goal of killing Black Mask.

He has heightened senses, and also has a sixth sense. He can sense body heat and also other abnormal temperatures, and also has night vision.


Master of Disguise. Able to quickly escape from most situations.


Peak human strength, speed, flexibility and stamina. He can endure high and low temperatures, and immune to many deadly toxins.


A master street fighter.


Weaknesses: He is a human still.


Bio: Only very little is known about Barion. He is the son of Ra's al Ghul, but not much more can be said. He appeared in Gotham, and started havoc there just like any good villain. More will be revealed in the RP.

Jonas is an Umbrakinetic, allowing him to control his shadow an any other shadows around him.

Weaknesses:


Jonas' powers are useless against someone who can control light.

Jonas cannot control shadows in areas where it is impossible for shadows to be present, such as a pitch black room or cave.

Jonas, while he can control any naturally created shadows, can't control them past the 1 mile mark.

Jonas is mentally and emotionally unstable. Any mention of his parents could send him into a rage fueled frenzy.

Biography: When Eliah was born, she was already known to be gifted with powers. Her mother dabbling in sorcery and her father being a college professor, the two devoted themselves to Eluah. Sadly, one day Ra's al Ghul wanted the parents of Sliah Willace. Her parents refused, and Barion was sent to kill the parents. Being at a very young age, still being a toddler, Eliah never knew this happened, and was told her parents were killed from a car crash. She is now residing in a children's hospital, her being only 10 years old. Barion is her legal guardian, and she has no idea he killed her parents and no idea he is the son of a powerful villain. Until later.

  Personality: Jason as a serious attitude when he's trying to pull the whole 'Red Hood' alias. Though with friends like his considered brother Tim Drake and best friend Roy Harper he's occasionally joking or bantering with them though he doesn't go overboard. A known flirt as well, he sometimes attempts to get a girl's number who doesn't know him as Red Hood yet. During missions, he usually attempts to get help from people he's barely met yet like Arsenal. Only bumping into him around twice he broke him out of a maximum security prison in the Middle East for assistance in future objectives.
  
  
  Short biography: Jason Todd was born from the loser Willis Todd and Catherine Elizabeth because they couldn't keep their hands off each other in an alleyway. Having a troubled childhood, he always listened through his parent's arguments and helping her mother threw her drug filled depression. Though he never knew that the Joker plotted most aspects of his life. Being bored, the Joker wanted to do something that would really get Batman both sad and angry so he decided to create another Robin, and Jason was the perfect candidate. These arguments in the house kept going on until the Joker got his father arrested and he died in prison. Being the man of the house now, Jason kept his mother's dealers at bay though with all his attempts to save her Jason's mother still died of an overdose. Surviving off of crime, he sneaked into the homes of many people and stole items from them. Though this obviously wasn't taken lightly and he was beaten to near death by some of them. The Joker then placed Jason in a clinic where he was passed out for a week. Waking up, he was treated with kindness by the doctor there but he returned the favor by stealing medical supplies and ditching. Trying to run, Batman caught up with him and as he described it, "I lasted an impressive three seconds". Batman was going to lock Jason in prison like all the other criminals he'd faced before until the doctor made him change his mind. Jason didn't know what she said but soon enough he was living in Wayne Manor and has the 'Bruce Wayne is Batman' talk. After that, he was trained as Robin and fought crime with Batman until he was found severely injuring someone who was already tied up. Because of this he was sent on monitor duty and he discovered that his mom was alive and well. Soon leaving, he hid his tracks well and left to Ethiopia, where his mom should be. And he found her in an abandoned warehouse. Though he should've known it was a trap and Joker nearly killed him with a crowbar before setting a time bomb and leaving. A few seconds too late, Jason and his mom blew up while Batman was nearly there. A few days later, he was revived by the lazarus pit. After that, even more training came from the All Caste, a branch of the League of Assassins with his mentor Ducra who was older then darkness itself. After training, he harassed Batman for not killing the man who killed him and he was soon found nearly dead at a shore of an unknown island while fighting crime. Found by Starfire, he was healed fully and they broke Arsenal out together and they formed the team the Outlaws. A few good missions later Jason was confronted by the Joker in the Death of the Family story arc and he banded together with the rest of the Bat Family to stop him. When he thought the Joker was done and dead, he was wrong. For when he put on his helmet again acid spewed out nearly melting his face off. The night that followed he woke up in Wayne Manor in the edge of tears and he apologized to Batman, and they made up.

  Weapon(s)?: A set of pistols which are considered as the strongest in the world, a set of SMGs, tazers, knives, and many other gadgets.
  
  
  Costume: Following his resurrection, Jason took on the Joker's old mantle of the Red Hood. His interpretation however involved denim jeans, biker boots, a t-shirt, and a biker's jacket. He wears two masks, the first being a red-domino mask, fixed in place with spirit gum, and includes a built-in radio transmitter/receiver and Starlite night-vision lenses. His gauntlets and boots each contain eight compartments in which he can store items. His second mask was a metallic red hood, which offered many of the same functions as his mask, thought also added better protection for his face. It also has an electric glider attached to his arms.

Abilities: - Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced): Trained by the League of Assassins, Talia al Ghul and Batman; Damian may not be physically tough but he knows how to control his weight and has stated that he knows, "one thousand ways to kill a man." Damian's training has made him a formidable hand-to-hand combatant able to defeat or hold his own against multiple opponents, armed opponents or skilled hand-to-hand combatants.


- Martial Arts: Trained by the League of Assassins, Damian has stated he knows just as many martial arts as Batman and can use them more effectively. This may be a largely overstated comment but one should not ask for verification.


- Stealth: Damian was able to sneak into Gotham City and furthermore into the Batcave virtually undetected until he felt necessary. Of all the Robins, Damian may be the one that is the most silent.


- Swordsmanship: Damian assaulted both Tim Drake and Bruce Wayne on separate occasions with his sword, apparently the same sword used by Ra's al Ghul. Although Damian no longer uses his sword he may be unmatched with one if armed correctly.


- Throwing: Damian is trained by the League of Assassins in shuriken throwing and further trained by Batman in Batarang throwing.


Weaknesses: - He is still only human...


Biography: Damian is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia Al Ghul. He became the fifth Robin, originally working alongside Dick Greyson as Batman whilst Bruce Wayne was thought to have been killed by Darkseid. Damian's existence was initially unknown to Batman. Genetically perfected and grown in an artificial womb, Damian was intended to be a formidable warrior. Raised by Talia and the League of Assassins, Damian became a talented martial artist by the time he was a pre-teen. Talia revealed Damian's existence to Bruce Wayne at ten years old and left him in his father's custody in an effort to disrupt Batman's work. Originally precocious, spoiled, selfish and violent, Damian now seems to genuinely want to aid Batman's war on crime as Damian sees himself as Wayne's true son. Damian now works with his father as his latest Robin.

  Biography: Originally a sidekick of Green Arrow, he was soon rejected due to drug addiction. Losing all shares he earned from Q-Core, he was left on his own. Joining the original Teen Titans with Dick Grayson, he soon left and he was on his own once again. At some point he met Robin (Jason Todd) to only find out he died the same day from the Joker. Falling into a depression, he soon sought out suicide and he wanted Killer Croc to do it. Soon finding out Arsenals true intentions however, Croc refused to kill Roy and let the rejected hero live in the sewers with him and waited for him to recover. Though one day he was found in a Middle Eastern prison and was broken out by Jason Todd and Starfire.
