Plants, mushrooms, grains, berries, roots, insects, grubs, maybe some fish if she's kinda desperate. There's plenty of stuff she can eat!
She can grow things using her powers, or create the perfect environment to grow mushrooms.

While he was talking he had lifted the hunter up on his shoulders in a firemans carry, now he held out his hand to Snow, or you might get sick and that's the last thing either of us want while we're stuck in the woods like this.

well Pug life did talk to Einua, and I think that is an interaction right in front of you that you should take advantage of. Then I am sure Keiji will bring Einua over to the rest of the group.

ik, which is why instead of focusing on romance in the rp, I think we are all focusing on getting to know one another and build something stable. It will take awhile which is why I think romance is gunna take a long while. But also why I let all my romantic fan girling out here in ooc instead of in my posts in the rp haha.

Really we should be focused on one or a couple of common goals for our characters so the story can progress

And bugs and fish still affect her, but much less than mammals do.

Uh... It's just farming...? But with a little extra boost from her powers, so stuff grows a lot quicker and her crops are much less likely to fail....
