Realistic or Modern The Come Out Club (LGBTQ High School RP)

Troy blushed almost too intensely at the compliment. "They don't...only the club knows." He replied.
"Do your parents know?" Troy asked, figuring he might as well.

"My mom and dad both know. Dad's not very supportive, mom is but she worries about me. I live with my mom. She's caught me with a cock in my mouth twice...so there's that too. My parents recently got a divorce. Before you ask...they didn't get divorced because I like dick. They were having problems for years but they wanted to stay together till I moved out and went to college. Guess that plan backfired," Daniel said nonchalantly. He pulled his pickup out of the school parking lot and looked at the shy Troy.

"So Troy, where do you live? I need directions or you'll never end up getting home," Daniel said with a chuckle.

"Just make a turn at the next left and keep going on down the road, I'll tell you when we're there." Troy said quietly, a little surprised Daniel shared that much of his past.

Nick had his soccer bag slung around his shoulder. He stopped and pulled his ball out and as he walked down the street he would kick it, at least this gave him something to do so he wouldn't get bored. He thought about a lot of different things but always ended up going back to thinking about the club. He still wasn't sure if he should go back tomorrow or not. Nick sighed as he still had a long walk to go.

"Ok thanks," Daniel said following Troy's direction. He looked over at Troy and he saw the kid was nervous. He didn't know what else he could do to help make Troy a little more comfortable.

"Sorry...I talk a lot. I don't have a filter. I really don't want to scare you away because I'm to crazy and out there. If I ever something that bothers you...you'd tell me right?" Daniel asked trying to keep the conversation at least kinda going till they reached Troy's house.

Blake walked down the hall, whistling a tune he picked up from the movie Kill Bill: Vol. One. The area was pretty quiet as he reached his car. As soon as he was in the red beauty he peeled out of the parking lot rather quickly. In only a few turns and five minutes he was back home and outside, weeding Gran's garden. The arugula looked as if it'sd come along nicely, making Blake grin to himself. It was around that time that he saw Daniel and Troy pass by his home. "Oh, dang. I didn't even think one of them would live close to me." he said to himself, wiping his brow with a heavily gloved hand. "Maybe I'll pay them a visit. I mean, gotta have buddies...right."

"Blake, don't talk to yourself. It shows how much crazy runs in our veins." He looked up and saw the elder woman smiling at him, with another crazy colored scarf in her hair. "Gran," he replied as he pulled a deep rooted weed sprout out of the soil, "Who is gonna talk to me otherwise? And is that lasagna I smell? Who is coming over this time?"

The woman only used that dish to win over a man's gut before she got to his heart. "An old friend." she answered, and with a roll of her shoulder she was off to make other preparations. If that wasn't a sign for Blake to clear out of the house that night, nothing would be. He pulled out the cell phone in his pocket and began checking the school directory, to see who he should drop in on first. It was Adam who won the draw, being that his house was only a block away. Blake proceeded by sending a warning text stating who he was and that he'd be over after a brisk shower. He'd never gotten so slean in such a short time. When his Gran wasn't looking, he pulled a batch of chocolate chip cookies--which were for her bakery-- and jetted out to his car.

"Yeah..I'd tell you." Troy said quietly. He really wouldn't, hell, the fact he was talking now was a huge adrenaline rush...crazy. Daniel soon reached Troy's house, and Troy began collecting his things and preparing to exit the car. "Th...thank you for the ride." He said softly, a hint of shyness and gratitude in his voice.

Daniel pulled the car to a stop and looked aft be shy boy as he collected his things.

"No problem. Will you be coming to the show next weekend? I can give you a ride if you want," Daniel asked the boy before he was fully out of site.

He could tell that he had helped the boy open up some. He was at least not super scared of Daniel, that much was clear. Tomorrow he'd sit next to him in class and make sure he didn't get bullied. Having a Jock on your side was always a good thing.

"I don't know...maybe...if I don't have to study, or have chores." Troy replied. Both those things were true and good reasons to not go anywhere...also he still had social anxiety worse than a mouse in a room full of starving snakes. He gave a small smile in the corner of his lip, barely noticeable and he opened the car door. "I...I guess I'll see you tomorrow."
Troy then stepped out of the car, making his way around, now by the drivers side as he took one step onto the sidewalk leading to his house.

After Adam ate, he pulled out his laptop, reclining the chair he was in so his feet stuck out. He opened up his Mac book and went onto Chrome typing in the link that lead him straight to Facebook. Call him stalkerish, but he had already looked up everyone in the group and added those who had accounts (OOC: not sure if anyone's charries would or wouldn't have an account) as a friend, sending out a message to them all to see who was free to go out to lunch tomorrow because if he was stuck eating that damn cafeteria food once more he would rip out his tongue. That or starve himself every lunch period. Adam it enter on the last message he sent out and sat back in his chair, waiting, looking over his computer screen to watch what was happening on ANTM while his mom took a nap on the chair next to his.

Drew had gotten the message, obliging to the lunch invitation. He smiled at the invitation and looked forward to lunch tomorrow. He rested in his bedroom, looking around at the memorabilia of past sporting events and musical performances. He sighed and slipped off his shirt, revealing his athletic body and remaining in his khaki pants. He was bored so he proceeded to do some evening workouts.

Troy wave bye to Daniel as he walked into his home. Blake was Troy's neighbor, and didn't even know it. Perhaps they's run into each other on the sidewalk some day. Troy walked through the front door of his home, setting his bag down by the front door and waving to his adoptive parents as he entered the kitchen. "Hi, honey. How was school?" Asked his mom, kindly. He smiled at her and said, "Fine...met some people...a friend drove me home." He said not as quiet as he'd been all day. His parents both smiled and chanted 'that's great!'

Troy smiled and headed up to his room, where he took out yet another journal from his desk and wrote in it.

Daniel looked at the time and smiled at Troy as he walked away. He started up his truck and finally headed to Coco's. When he arrived the large black man opened the door for him.

"You're late," Tyrone said motioning the blue eyes boy inside,"Come on. We only have two hours to practice choreography and teach you more ways to contour your face."

"Yes mama," Daniel said stepping inside and grabbing the black stilettos off the kitchen table. It was Coco's rule. As soon as he arrived he had to put on his heels so he could get used to walking and dancing in them. Next to the heels were two wigs on styrofoam wig-heads next to a can of hairspray and a large comb. Coco had been styling her hair, she was always doing that. She worked 5 nights a week at one of the most popular gay bars in the area, "Adam's Apple".

It's a two story gay dance club in the downtown area, Coco had snuck him in a few times to see her preform. She was always wonderful.

Coco told him he was doing a better job with the makeup and Daniel new that was true. He was also less wobbly on the heels the more times he did it. It was performing twice. Once in a solo act and once with a duet with Coco.

"Thank you so much," Daniel said hugging the large black out-of-drag queen.

"No problem sugar...you're my daughter now. Gotta make you look gorgeous for next Saturday," she said escorting Daniel out the door,"Remember I'll be here anytime you need me."

"I know," Daniel replied smiling and he waved at Tyrone/Coco one last time before getting in his truck and driving off.

When he got home he logged onto Facebook checked his messages and noticed he had a friend request. He added Adam and answered,"Sure." To his lunch invite. He scrolled through his friends list and found Nick. He shot him a message,"Hey, tomorrow night do you want to hang out at like the mall or something? Maybe catch a movie?" He clicked send and the message was off.

Nick finally got home after walking. He opened the door to his big house and sighed as he was the only one home. He went into the kitchen and made him self dinner and then went into his room on his laptop as he are dinner and watched TV. He logged into Facebook and saw he had 2 messages. The first one was from Adam, it was about going out to lunch. Nick wrote back to him. "If you find me tomorrow I'll go with you guys." He then checked his other message and saw it was from Daniel. He read the message and blushed a little. He didn't want to be a puppy dog around him anymore. Sure he liked Daniel a lot but he didn't need to worship him. He figured that kinda turned Daniel off. He wrote back to Daniel. "Yea sure dude that sounds like fun."

Troy didn't have a Facebook. He had no friends to add...why bother? (Assuming all other characters have a facebook, but I could be wrong) He was sure to be the only one not knowing about lunch tomorrow with the others. He sat in his room for hours writing. Writing about the club, how he came out to them, how cute some of them--really all of them--were. He smiled as he wrote. He never smiled, being as emotionless as an outcast should be. Maybe smiling should hurt him...but it didn't. He put away his journal and placed it back in the desk in his bedroom. Troy showered and got ready for bed within 20 minutes. He wasn't going to bed yet, too early. He decided to play some video games to pass time. He popped 'Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen' into his Xbox 360. He watched the screen as his character fight enemies on screen, making several kills. He was anxious to see it Daniel would actually remember to call...but probably not. Troy was forgettable to most people.

It was a bit late when Sylvester got back home, his father was already asleep so it was just his mother there to greet him, "You were supposed to get home hours ago!" She said with crossed arms, "Sorry, ma... I went to a club after school, and lacrosse took way longer than I'd thought... And I had Kade in the car so you know how that goes..." He said, smiling sheepishly at her. "I should get to bed..." Sylvester hurried upstairs and into his room, glad to avoid his father, who was as strict as humanly possible... Compared to his mother anyways, they were both nice people though. The sophomore buzzed in his pocket, startling him and nearly causing him to trip. When he looked at his phone he saw a notification from Facebook, wondering who could have come across his account as he tapped the screen, "Adam? What could he want...?" He looked at the message, not entirely sure what he'd be doing so he responded, Not entirely sure what I'm doing. If I can't I'll be sure to let you know. He clicked the 'send' button and set his phone on the nightstand beside his bed, assuming the message had, in fact, sent as it was supposed to and turning his attention to his bag, making sure no one put anything weird in it during class like last year.

Kadence walked into his house only to find that his little sister had been waiting to prank him and had fallen asleep, he chuckled lightly as he approached her, holding her nose closed and laughing when she awoke in an awkward panic. "What the hell, Kadence!? That was a dick move." Hanna yelled, giving him a good view of her middle finger as he walked to his room, "Love you too Hanna! G'night!" He said as he closed the door and proceeded to open his laptop, logging in to Microsoft on the touch screen and noticed that he had twenty messages, "Geez, I get it Jennifer..." He said as he looked through Jennifer Morgan's e-mails, only two were different, one from Amy Callester and one telling him that some kid named Adam had sent him a- OH, that Adam! He laughed at himself as he checked Facebook, also seeing something that hadn't been shown in any e-mail notifying him of a meeting for freshmen about the different extra curricular crap, "What's this?"

While Troy awaited a phone call from Daniel as he had hoped for, Drew spent his night working out, eating a healthy and well-cooked dinner, and practicing his guitar. He began singing and playing the song "How You Remind Me" by Nickelback. He loved that song, loved it so much that he'd stay up for hours trying to prefect it. Nicole entered his bedroom as he sat in the floor, acoustic guitar in hand, strumming away at the chords. She sat silently next to him, and he just smiled at her and continued on with the song.

Adam closed his laptop, cleaning around the house a bit. Once he was done he went to look at the time seeing it was almost seven o'clock, sighing he opened the pantry retrieving one of his mom's many pills that she had to take and a glass of water. He made his way back into the living room and lightly nudged on his moms shoulder to wake her up, she was a light sleeper so it didn't take much, he handed her the pill and the water, she took them both, handing him the glass wen she was finished with it. Adam went back into the kitchen and stood at the table letting out a long sigh. It was obvious she was getting worse, just by the way she held herself and the amount of time she spent sleeping these days. He placed the glass in the sink and took out his phone and saw he had a message from a number that he did not recognize, after reading the text he couldn't help but smile slightly. He tapped out a quick message telling him that he planned on going to the beach and that he could meet him there.

Adam walked back into the living room, his keys in one hand and his camera in the other. "I'm gonna go out for a bit," he said waving his camera slightly. It was normal of him to just pick up his camera and go, normally going to secluded places or busy streets. He liked the quiet mostly, so it was rare to see him in busy spots. The sun would be setting soon, and the water... To the beach it was. Adam placed a kiss on the top of his mothers head and grabbed his jacket leaving the house going out to his car starting out on the road towards the beach.

Blake hadn't gotten any word back from Adam, so he found himself roaming the streets in his baby. He figured the fresh air would do him some good. It didn't, making him feel even lonelier than before. A tiny "chest opening" sound alerted him that he'd finally gotten a response out of someone. He looked down and saw it was Adam, who had seemed to make it a point to wait as long as possible to reply. "Nope...not gonna do it..." Blake told himself, sitting at a crossroad. He really did try to resist--in the end he caved. Blake pulled a u-turn and headed to the beach spot he knew wasn't too far away. Hopefully the guy knew how to have fun...

Adam had pulled up to the beach sitting in his car and waiting, he never got a response back from Blake, maybe he wasn't coming now? Was he being stood up? No he couldn't be this wasn't a date. Adam looked down at the camera in his hands inspecting the new lens that he had gotten for it, he was rathe happy about it but he knew his car would pay the price seeing as he had to get his insurance renewed soon and an inspection done.

Stop thinking about the car, Adam mentally scolded himself. He set the camera down gently, stepping out of the car as stretching out his arms, leaning on the car door waiting for Blake to show, and if he didn't in a half hour, Adam would just pull out his camera and take some photos.

Blake slid into the parking lot with ease, making him smile with pride. The car hadn't been easy to restore and he would make sure it would run as good as it could as long as he had the will to take care of it. Blake saw his peer standing next to a classic of his own. As he pulled up to park, the look of utter stupidity took over his face.

He hadn't seen all the tattoos...or the chiseled cut of his jaw. Of course not--Blake had been in a daze since caressing the door with his face. The teen stepped out of his car and froze, My Little Pony shirt and all. "Whoa." He exhaled, ending with a gleaming white smile.

Adam looked up upon seeing the orange classic pulling up next to his own. He pushed himself off the door of his car waiting for Blake to get out of the car. When he did, he tried his best not to laugh at the My Little Pony shirt he wore, because it was just too adorable to see such a masculine person in such a shirt. Adam contained himself, grinning over at Blake once he was out of the car, "I see we both share the love of men and nice muscle cars," he said laughing slightly to avoid awkwardness. But he couldn't help but wonder why Blake looked at him the way he did, it made his cheeks blush over, and to look away shyly. He cleared his throat and locked the doors in his car walking around the front of Blake's car, obviously checking it out, and very subtly checking out Blake as well. Finally his gaze met Blake's as the next question flew out, "Any particular reason why you contacted?" he asked.

Blake was in too much awe to beat around the bush. "My Gran had a sex date and I wanted to clear out of the house pronto." He giggled, then remembered the items he managed to sneak into his car. "I hope you like food!" He chimed, going over to his car and retrieving the cookies and an added Tupperware bowl of lasagna. Jogging back to Adam, his cheeks were reddened by the exertion--and the source of excitement before him.

Adam's brows raised to his hairline as he was given his excuse. "Oh," was all he managed to say in his shock. He watched Blake leave and come back with food, and though he already ate, he wouldn't mind eating again. Adam smiled up to his fellow senior and pointed out onto the beach, "I um, I have a blanket in my car if you'd like to go sit out on the beach," he suggested sticking one hand in his pocket ready to take his keys out to retrieve the blanket. Oh god maybe this could be classified as a date. And a very cliche one at that -what with sun setting soon, a picnic on the beach with left overs... And for some odd reason Adam didn't seem to mind.

"Sure..." Blake replied, kicking off his red chucks at his door. This quiet little event seemed to have been escalating at a rather nice pace. Unfortunately, while he enjoyed where this was going, he needed to clarify...whatever was going on. "This isn't a date right? I mean, it can't be. We barely know each other." He sighed, rolling his eyes. "I mean...I would date you...but, we should wait first. Right?" He asked in a quirky tone.

"Well I'm flattered," Adam said, and to prove the fact that he was flattered, the tips of his ears started to turn a little red; it wasn't every day that some incredibly good looking person comes along and tells you that they'd date you. "The only way this could be classified as a date is if we said we were on a blind date," he said with a small smirk opening the trunk of his car and pulling out a red fleece blanket. He decided the hell with it and opened the door grabbing his camera as well slinging it over his shoulder walking back over to Blake with a toothy grin.
