A note on backgrounds: you can be rich, poor, anything, but there has to be a reason for you being here, either being of use to the colony or because you were sent here as family of important people who didn't want you to be a problem in the inheritance of their companies, or just because they wanted to shelter you from corporate politics.

• Zelina is an assertive figure, and a competent Captain. Some of her crew see her as a mother figure for her concern, and care for her crew. She has a bit of a dark sence of humor, though normally she is quite serious after her long career in the navy.

  At the age of 18 Zelina was accepted into the Helia Academy of military sciences. She graduated at the top of her class, and was quickly promoted to the rank of commander. During a simple relief mission to one of the outer colonies her ship was attacked by rebels from the colony. During the combat her Captain was killed, and she was forced to take command. The battle lasted roughly three hours. During the battle the colony was destroyed. Upon returning from the mission she was court marshaled due to her inability to save the colony. About a year after the incident she was offered command of the Colony ship Majestic

• Feris is generally speaking a nice guy; always concerned for others more tan himself, but he is quite quick in losing his temper when things annoy him. What he hates the most are materialistic concerns. Having said that, he is not very interested in money at all; he is out here to help people and this attitude not to ask any questions has gotten him up in the ranks quite fast.
• He was born as a child of one of the great families, but he was never interested in continuig the family business. Instead he went to Medical School when he graduated and studied medicine. His family was appalled by that, they thought the dirty work on humans and other species should better be left to robots, but he didn't listen. So this is why he has never seen his parents since the first day of his studies and he really doesn't wish to ever see them again.
• He is extremely good at his trade, he hasn't received a lot of commendations for his work, but Feris knows people respect him for what he is doing. In his childhood, he learned a lot about slef-defense, so if he has to, he won't be scared to go into melee and he will be able to do considerable amount of damage.

  To sum it all up, Rosae has distinct (and small) features for someone her age. She is extremely short and petite and is quite insecure because of it. Rosae has big, innocent brown eyes with full lips and lashes, thick eyebrows with a mild arch, with a button nose and freckles she normally covers with makeup on a small heart shaped face. She has long dark hair cascading down to her waist. She also has tattooed monochrome roses all over her right leg.

  Rosae simply stands out at whatever she does, even without meaning to. She is the youngest daughter of a corporate "nobility". In other words, she's the 1%, and from an early age was taught to act and be treated as the 1%. Like any other human, she has her good and bad points.
  
  
  
  
  
  To people she is close with or to people that regard highly of her, she is sharply intelligent and clever. Rosae was privately educated with the best all of her life, fueling her love of learning. As a result, she is a quick learner and has a killer intuition. Rosae has become desensitized to the cutthroat upper class lifestyle, learning how to become charismatic and eloquent, knowing how to get her way when the time came. On an even more personal level, she is a pacifist, hating conflicts and violence in general. In fact, Rosae is an optimist at heart, maybe even to a fault.
  
  
  Rosae is great at keeping up a conversation, but beneath her charms, she is actually an introvert, preferring to keep to herself and her rich internal life. She is imaginative and likes to think outside of the box. In fact, she's probably one of the only upper class citizens that doesn't seem to be prejudiced against the middle or lower classes. At her worst, she's blunt and uncaring for other's feelings.Rosae can also be naive and impulsive, after having everything handed to her on a silver platter made her undisciplined and insensitive, even intolerant.
  
  
  She is not aware of the aliens living on the settlement, since her family believes in her being safely guarded at all times. Consequently, she feels smothered by all the surveillance and overly curious to seeing what's in the world outside...without the robots as her curiosity might lead her to some shocking discoveries.

  Rosae is the youngest daughter of twin brothers in a famous corporate family. Her twin brothers, Damien and Cyrus Leon were her father's pride and joy, the face of the corporation while Rosae won her mother's love. Her father was an ambitious, forward thinking corporate owner and could be a little insensitive while her mother was an important representative of the government and was a lot more loving than Rosae's father.
  
  
  This allowed for her to have a lot more freedom than her older peers, in fact as a child, she was a bit of a wild troublemaker. Rosae would normally sneak out of her family's residence and look at the flowers, in her garden or out in the wild and put them into her hair under her mother's careful watch.
  
  
  Although she would never admit it to anyone else, Rosae loved to sing, and she did it well. Whenever she wasn't sneaking out, she was learning, and reading, and especially loved to look at all the stars and planets. As was expected of every upper class child, she was subject to extremely boring meetings and dinner parties, hating every single last bit of it, but Rosae never complained as she never worked a day in her life. Suddenly her simple and lavish life had changed. Rosae's mother had died of unknown causes that the government covered up as a "technology malfunction" and to this day, Rosae never knew what her mother had died from or why.
  
  
  After the death of her mother, Rosae's father decided to move to the Colony to continue his legacy and company, taking his two sons and only daughter. As Rosae became older, her brothers became more distant along with her father while Rosae was still left in the dark with robots that watched her every move. Yet Rosae decided to keep staying optimistic and positive that they were doing this for her own good, knowing there was nothing she could really do about it. Sooner or later, she began to play with her father's programmed security robots....

• Very on the mark and doesn't tend to keep things from you. He's the kind of person that you can expect to do a d*mn good job and grab a beer with after. He's been told he's easy to get along with.
• Born and raised in London, he was always pushed towards the high classes. Everything was honours. His mother loved him with no need for him to do good, but his father, a prominent dentist in London never agreed with a single thing Jaime did.
  
  
  It was never his fault whenever a kid decided to pick on him. He wasn't the type to pick fights. He had a younger sister, but after a tragic accident with their father's medication, is now comatose with little hope of waking. The family was never quite the same afterwords. His father became an alcoholic and drank himself to death. His mother had to raise him and maintain a close eye on Virginia, Jaime's sister.

• Kinsley is a disorderly and generally eccentric person, she has a certain strange perspective on life and people mostly believe she is either certifiably insane or just different. She has a short attention span due to her ADHD and is constantly misplacing, losing, or just forgetting things and she is generally unkempt. Despite these quirks, Kinsley is rather skilled in inventing and fixing things, becoming attentive and studious when assigned a task.
• Kinsley's mother was diagnosed with severe pschizophrenia when she was a child and placed in a mental ward. Due to this, Kinsley was left alone with her father who was a prestigious astronomer and was often never at home. Kinsley was educated at home and expressed a certain affinity for putting things together and making them work once more, always inventing something to chase away the daily boredom of having no fellow companions. When she enrolled in High School, she skipped 2 grades due to her ability to surpass others in her class and excelled in the last two years of school before graduating and transitioning into College where she studied Engineering immensely. She was rather put off by her ability to create and produce things that were her own and often irritated her roommate due to the disorganized stature of her room. She eventually graduated with multiple degrees in various subjects and then was offered a job to work in the Colony to which she instantly agreed.
