[The City Twice Lost] The Rusty Gaol

Cassomir. A city of labourers and merchants. Primary worship is of Gozeh with a significant minority worshipping Aroden. The black market, along with a significant portion of adventurers and crime is found at the Dog's teeth; a collection of rocky outlets ruled by Tarik the Unclean, an ageing half-orc. Info post will be up before we start.

If you want, you can have formed a company before the game started (name it if you did)

I am happy to know the wizard. I mean you are not cool enough to wield a sword but you can at least sling a decent spell so I guess you are ok =P

You want a swordsman, you can know the minotaur.

Of course I want to know the minotaur!

So we have a Wizard, a Magus and a Minotaur. Does the Priest and Ganadorf want to join the band before game start or are we going to have to hunt you down?

I'm not opposed to joining.

And that city is perfect to give me an excuse to go there. Worshipping the nature god and a dead guy? No wonder the place is going to pot!

How common are magic items going to be in your game? Are they everywhere or more rare?

Yes, the base conceits (magic item mart) remain intact. Not that obviously, but there are people who make their living from making magical items and selling them.

Cool. I have several items that I want to save up for.

So we need a name for our perfectly normal band. I am no good with names myself but I think it should have something to do with our rather unique Minotaur as he does kind of stand out.

"Are you on the horns a dilemma? Then -insert band name here- can help. A reasonable fee for all your monster slaying needs!"

I would say the Order of the Stick, but that name has been taken already.

Hey all! Sorry for the silent period, but a family member unknowingly dragged me into a lousy job, and well, i became a little too obsessed trying to fit all the pieces.

Anyways, Reincarnated Samsaran Oracle of the Moon in the works now. Now, to try to obsess a little less on the fluff...

Ah good an Oracle. If you can see the future it would be appreciated if you could tell us the company name we decide on =P (maybe I am obsessing a little...)

Well, sans getting a feat for an extra mystery, i'm pretty sure my two slots are already taken, but i'll see what i can do. I suppose you people wouldn't be up for some puzzling, wuxia-appropiate options, would you?.

Also, finally did the focus&foible method. My gods do those stats look OP.

Truly. I don't know enough about the Oracle character class to know what fun stuff you can do with it, but Grond doesn't need to know. He's a wall to stand behind as he butchers bad guys. Just remember to keep the healing spells flowing freely on me as I soak up all those hits.

Now, for a party name to keep @Kasheal from having a seizure.

How are the characters coming along for approval? I'm anxious to start wailing on the bad guys with my giant sword.

I understand I just fixed the last error that was holding me back a day 'go or so, with some monetary and spell issues.

Also- I understand the most common alignment in this group is 'Neutral'? I think we may be a rather Mercenary Group.

Thats funny. Should I change my alignment, since it is currently Chaotic Good? Compared to the typical minotaur that is Chaotic Evil, I'm quite a good guy.

Well.. I'm True Neutral..

Solomon is Lawfull Neutral.

Edana is Chaotic Good, so yeah.

Dahaka doesn't have an alignment notated.

Karuna also has yet to be notated.

So my appraisal was inaccurate anywho. That said- Chaotic Good seem's just fine. I'd be worried more if you where a Paladin who'd insist that I convert to goodness- Chaotic Good? I lack issues. Though, the Arguments with Soloman may be amusing.

"But it's the LAW!"

"But it's FUCKED UP!"

Ok, I just didn't want to have a problem with alignment clashes. In my table top game, we have a player that was supposedly chaotic good, but by the way she was playing her character it was more like neutral evil. I told her that if I were the ST I would have docked her xp for not playing in character.

Yeaahhh.

That's not cool.

That being said..? My character is, as written.. True Neutral in the "I don't really have an alignment yet, and it will likely change based on what I spend the first adventure or so doing."

He's sort of at a moral Crossroads, from where his backstory left him.
